This place sucks there is a horrible girl answering the phone and forgetting to send my order… Rude as balls to me and not even offering any compensation for a 50 min wait on my one sandwich less than a block away… Freakin slow delivery…

Just ordered a #5, Vito. The bread was stale & the vegetable mix was dry. Called the store & was told they received a new bread. A zero rating for today. Scratch that purveyor This is first time I received a sandwich to throw away. Next time I will order from Cousins.

I love Jimmy Johns. I mean I won’t even go to another sub shop. I was craving a Big John and stopped in this location. They made the sandwich so sloppy when I ate it it was dripping mayo and toppings. Not only that, I was waiting for my sandwich they guy tossed it to me. REALLYGUY!!! Do not throw food at customers. Extremely RUDE. Second thing that really irritated me was that people before me got their sandwiches in a bag with napkins like all nice and stuff and I get my tossed. I love JJ’s but this location I dont this so.

We order from this location all the time and have consistently had fresh sandwiches and great service. I’ve tried a few other locations when I order at work, and the sandwiches are soggy an the delivery people unfriendly. Favorites are Beach Club, Italian, and Bootlegger.

For whatever reason this location’s employees don’t put the toppings ordered on the sandwich. The first sandwich I bought here in six months was missing the exact same topping the one I bought six months ago was missing.

It’s a Jimmy Johns. Not Subway, people. No, you can’t get your sub toasted. No, they don’t have the same toppings. Jimmy Johns is on another level. Their subs are delicious. And they are made fast. No, not faster than you can pull out your wallet. They aren’t all actors from the commercials. But they are WAY faster than Subway employees. So know your order before you order. And say you want the guts right away, otherwise you won’t get them! I always get the #6 vegetarian with onions. It is loaded with avocado, mayo, and cheese. No longer has the sprouts though. Most sub chains have gotten rid of this(might not have updated menu though) because raw sprouts spread salmonella really easily. So no, they didn’t forget your toppings, they just didn’t want you to get sick. For a nice twist on the sandwich, try an unwich! AKA your sandwich in a tight lettuce wrap instead of on bread.

The food is what you might expect from the nationwide sandwich shop, which is superior to all the other chains, but don’t expect stellar or speedy service at this location. The employees clearly don’t care about you or getting your order right. Ordered a #4 and they forgot the sprouts and it was oozing mayo. They also seem to have given up on the whole«subs so fast you’ll freak» thing(where the guys would hand you your selection before you could even get your wallet out). Now it’s more like, «subs will arrive when we feel like it,» certainly not what the company’s founder had in mind.
