It’s ok for a mcdonalds. My fiancé was a rdm for McDonald’s in St. Francis an somehow still loves their food. Me I try to steer away from MacDons. It may be tasty at 3 in the morning when you have the drunk munchies, but in my opinion, I’d rather go to white castle for that 3 am drunken burger trip. The service here is so so. I get different vibes on different days, and while a few of the workers in the morning and evening are genuinely good people, most of the other workers are very rude and belligerent, which I cannot stand at all coming from people who work in customer service. Why work in customer service if you are going to be rude and mean to your customers? I understand, having worked in the customer service industry for a few years, that some people are rude and hard to deal with, but bottom line, you are working to satisfy them. Which happens rarely at this location. I’d rather go to the 42nd and winnetka ave location. At least I’m not yelled at for them screwing up my order there. McDonalds will never get a 5 star review from me unless I walk in and get some kind of free meal or an award or something, simply because I just dont like it too much anymore, but seriously, steer clear, far from here, head to the Lodge for a real burger, and beer. :) hahaha
