KFC

Worst customer service ever. The lady taking my order never greeted me even though she was standing by the counter when I walked in. She just walk to the register and stood there until I basically told her my order. Could’ve at least said hi.

Kfc is kfc & the taste of the food is pretty much standard across the board, so this review is not about the food. .it’s about the people in the establishment. I went in today at this location around 2 pm. Right off the bat, the cashier was very rude and not friendly. I ignored her attitude completely and ordered the same thing I always order; 5 dollar fill up box, chicken strips with wedges. or so I thought. .I don’t know if it’s just this particular kfc, but these only come with mash potatoes. so when she brought my plate out, I assumed it was for someone else since it was mashed potatoes and not wedges. when I said that I didn’t want mash potatoes, she replied very nastily «well that’s what it comes with!» And continued what she was doing. Another lady stepped in, whom I assume is the manager, and asked «well ma’am, what side did you want? «I told her wedges and without hesitation, she asked the cook to give me wedges. And he did so with a genuine smile. .I then asked for barbecue sauce. .and the same cashier with the attitude plopped it on my plate. I asked for another since I had 3 rather large strips and she said «that will be 25 cents» .I said seriously, you only give one sauce for these? And she replied «yes, 25 cent»
I’ve always gotten 2 or at least I’ve always been asked, how many I would like. So I just took my plate to my seat. I thought it was really stupid (which I definitely stated to her) and sat down to eat.
A few seconds the manager I assume, came to my seat and asked me which sauce I wanted, and then proceeded to go and get it for me.
The manager or shift supervisor is the only redeeming quality about this place and the reason I’m not only giving 1 star.

Jennifer was the cashier at the drive thru and even though she answered a question we had about the order sizes, she was rude with a sarcastic laugh. She was like this before and this was the second time. We just asked her «please don’t make it spicy.» And she laughed and said «I didn’t say we offered it spicy.» And when we were about to drive off she looks back at us, which she probably didn’t know I saw because of the tinted windows, and goes laughing her rude self again. Impeccable service KFC.

There is lots of parking at this KFC. The drive thru is in a weird location so when it builds up a line, it blocks incoming/​outgoing traffic. It’s super annoying.
Employees are super friendly and nice. When they are out of product they tell you exactly how long you will be waiting or offer you a substitute. It’s inconvenient that a restaurant that specializes in chicken can run out of chicken, but you know what, every fast food chicken place has this problem so I’m not going to rant about it.

Thanks for the 1 peice of no chicken you overchargd me for. And you shoold get a new employee who done sent insult customers. I wanted to slap her in the face
Honestly this is why I never go to KFC no more. The people working there are rude especially this location being called the ghetto side of the 405. There’s chollas with sharpie eyebrows working in the back. Bought a sandwitch that had way too much mayo barely lettuce and a tiny peice of chicken. Meh you get. What it appears to be a half eaten boneless chicken then give me guilt going back. Your KFC your corporate screwed up with mislead advertising. You have to deal with someone who has a say (note I didn’t say angry customer). I put in my say about the issue and the girl was complaing about me being a cheap ripoff and insisting on watching the cameras. Like really if it was me I wouldn’t say noting. Plus the mgr did her this is what it looks like talk and have me what I ordered which was whatever but the whole going there and return. KFC sucks in the valley. And other spots. I better make my own fried chicken

for the first time in years had a KFC:
1) that didnt make me feel like shit from the heavy oil and fat after I ate
2) Was hot and fresh tasting, usually coating is lukewarm and feels like it has been sitting there for hours
3) thouroughly enjoyed it and didnt eat any side orders (except a biscuit)
4) There wasnt a line in front of me asking 21 questions to save 30 cents via different scenarios… well, shit its 4^th of July at 11.30am gimme a break in life
the 8-​pc chicken only was 9.99, not bad.
Besides drinking 2 – 3 gallons of water to piss away the sodium, a good meal for once.

I eat here occasionally for lunch, usually with coupons, most recently last week.
The good:
Chicken quality is average to good, salty but not quite too much so.
They have decent mashed potatoes and gravy.
They generally have good biscuits.
They have different types of chicken.
Prices are not bad, especially with coupons.
The not-​so-​good:
Food generally tastes production-​line, not gourmet.
Kohl Slaw is below average, way below Chick-​fil-​A.
Fried chicken quality is sporadic. Sometimes greasy, sometimes overcooked.
Biscuit quality is also sporadic. Sometimes burned or overcooked.
Quality consistancy is the problem, and even when at their best they are average.
