First time I’ve been here. The guy was nice, but he really, really skimped on the ingredients. The bread was so stale, it had to be several days old. Don’t go. I was so disappointed. Boooooo.

Bad service by the phone. Never make an order over the phone they take your order but when you get there they don’t have it ready. They can’t take a correct order neither. I know we are not perfect but they need to improve.

The best subway in North Hills by far, most humble and prompt service. It makes me upset that this store does so much for their customers and return, customers give crap reviews. Couple of days ago, customers received free soup on a non-raining day and still complained about it. Living in a lazy entitled sub-standard society.

Very disappointed, Raj didn’t honor the rainy day special. When we asked him about it he said come back later. When we sat down to eat we looked out the window and it was in fact raining. When we brought it to his attention he said it was too late. He brushed it off as if it didn’t matter, he just walked away. While we were sitting there, he walked over and asked what type of soup we wanted. He redeemed himself. I started off with 1 star, I’ll change it to 2 stars since he had to think about it and the bread was stale. :)

Where do I begin? I understand that everyone has a bad day, I get that. But why make it apparent that you don’t want to be there? As I walked through the doors I was greeted by a man which of course is always nice, and as I went to start my order off the woman helping, her name Maurza or of some sort, already had a «I don’t want to be here or help you look». She took my orders fine but my goodness it was so hard to hear her! She would talk under her breath and I had to keep repeating, «Excuse me?» and it’s already hard enough to hear with the protectors and other customers. I get you don’t want to be at work but don’t take it out on the customers.

*sigh* Where can I begin? I can never tell if its a good or bad day(for employees) walking in. I hate to post a bad review. However, enough is enough. its not fair i’ve been coming here years, paying & sadly 80% of the time the bread is stale :/Whether you toast or not. Anytime lettuce is being lazily splattered, olives or onions(which I hate) land on my sandwich. I have to always ask to please remove. I get a bad attitude if its one of the girls, but really what makes them think Its ok? Why wait to see if i’ll say anything when they should just remove it? Its almost like its intentional each time. The guys tend to be polite & neater, but again hate being served stale bread. I really try to think it will eventually change for the better. This subway has potential. Why I kept giving it a shot over & over. Now I think twice about this location. I rather drive a couple miles further just to get the right sub.

5 stars for this subway! Customer service is great! They are always nice and friendly there. There is a guy there that always makes jokes with me and remembers me. He asks me how I’m doing and remembers things I have told him. Makes me feel like he cares about the customers, very genuine. They always make the sandwiches or salads like I ask and the prices are cheap. It’s like fast food that taste fresh. I like that they have healthy options too. And I like that they offer breakfast and egg whites as an option. The parking lot is next to a nail shop that I hate! But I love the cleaners and the Starbucks that are in that same parking lot. I can make all my stops in one usually. Every experience here is always pleasant and it’s never too crowded.
