Pizza Hut

I have ordered from this location three times now for their 2 medium pizzas any toppings deal. Every time I complete my order I receive a call from the manager saying they are out of pan pizza. I have talked to the manager about it before «Joseph» and I guess they just don’t get stocked enough with pan dough. I know the employees have nothing to do with the issue, but the company should take full responsibility of this issue if they are going to offer pan pizza as an option.

Stopped by for a quick pizza. I needed a quick meal and one that I could take back to the hotel. I made a quick order and the place had a good hot pizza ready in a few minutes.

Yes i dont have a wife to cook for me, hence ordering pizza on a tuesday night, THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF BUSINESS, business’ that mess up and tell you to go fuck yourself, and business’ that mess up and correct the mistake. This pizza hutt is the later, i ordered, the order was wrong, i called and they corrected the issue. THAT IS SERVICE. we are all humans, i have made a mistake in my life, it is not the end of the world if someone else makes one, the fact they said no problem we will fix it is the reason i will be ordering from them again. The guy on call Aaron, was very polite and professional, made sure that i was taken care of and told me to have a good evening. WILL ORDER AGAIN.

Just recently ordered a large pizza from them. Although my order was delivered incorrectly, Samantha and the manager on duty quickly fixed the problem and made sure they corrected the issue. 5 stars for their hospitality. Thanks Pizza Hut. :)

WORST SERVICE EVER! I have always gone to Pizza Hut and loved it. I ordered online and it said my pizza would be ready for pickup at 6:15. I come like 6:30ish and it was in the oven still. The manger was yelling and was annoyed with his employees and showed it, and I had to wait while he was yelling. It was unprofessional to do right in front of a customer and to make them wait. After waiting 15 more minutes the pizza finally came out. After I put my pizza down in my car we questioned why it was out so late and manger said we were wrong even though we had a picture of proof for the time pick up. It wasn’t worth being treated like that to even fight him anymore. You could tell the pizza itself was made in a rush and was Just to salty to even eat. I’m sad to say I don’t know if Pizza Hut is my #1 choice for pizza night anymore.

No. As long you don’t see the inconsistencies — this is your last resort pizza and wings place for those evenings where friends are visiting and all of you got consumed in conversation. And dinner was an afterthought and the prospect of driving out with a bunch of kids in tow is not going to happen.
Their pizza has improved. but only so slightly. All the rectangular shapes and stuffed crusts and sausage on the inside pizzas are like perfuming the pig. The wings leave room for a lot better as well.
Will I order from here again? Absolutely. Because I will always have situations which will warrant ordering not so good pizza delivered in under 30 minutes which we don’t mind eating because the company and conversation are more important.

I ordered same menu, but taste is not
same as before. I can’t expect a certain level
that I can remember before. I don’t know how
many times more ordering.

I was impressed with the speed with which Pizza Hut prepared our order. They did get it wrong, however, I think it was because they were reacting so fast and didn’t see the change from Spinach to Sausage.
When Evelyn opened my pizza and saw Sausage, she immediately apologized and put in the correct order. I was very impressed with the quality, the taste and the service.
By the way, we wanted 2, 2 topping pizzas, but only wanted cheese on one. The RSM pizza hut absolutely refuses to combine the two. This one was happy to accomodate the customers. GREAT experience!

My experience is always POOR customer service. I’ve been a customer for this store for over 10 years, only because it is 5 minute drive from my house. I always order the personal pan pizza which comes in smaller boxes. First, this old fart employee, I think Joseph is his name, tries to make small talk or a joke when after I said my name and I am picking up my phone order. I said excuse me? Well that small talk or joke was not funny to me but I ignored it. Each time they give me my order, I always have to say, could you put it in plastic bag. Then they won’t point the plastic bag behind my back. Sometimes I put it in the bag, sometimes they do. For me that is poor customer service. Yesterday, for the VERY FIRST TIME, this Joseph employee guy ask for my ID after giving my credit card for payment. That was strange. For a pizza? I showed my ID anyways and I thought he was just harassing me. I know my rights. If the card is already signed at the back and I signed that receipt, that was good. Also, I called my credit card company and they said I was right and merchants can’t demand an ID for sale to go through, specially if the card is already signed at the back. This store has the most incompetent employees and poorest customer services ever! Don’t buy from this store.

Worse customer service ever. How do you advertise 11 any pizza online, but when you try ordering online it does not work. You try calling them and they are horrible and say that special does not exist. BUT IT IS CLEARLY ON THERE WEBSITE AND ADVERTISE EVERYWHERE. They will be happy to sale you a large at 12 and .50 cents for every topping though. By the way the Pizza Hut on El Toro has all the deals advertise online, but for some reason this location does not. RIP OFF!!!

Very disappointing… the pizza quality, the service, the response. What you see in the ad is definitely not what you get.
We ordered one of their cheesy bites pizza, which we’ve had before so we know what to expect. This time it was more than a disappointment… the crust was like flour tortilla thin (they called it hand-​tossed!!!) … there was practically no sauce… the «cheesy bites» were, well not there! It was awful!
I called the store, got transferred to «Joseph», I’m assuming the Supervisor? He did not know how to handle the problem. We were not looking for a free pizza… just a good one. His offer should have been «we’ll deliver the right one» NOT «bring it back».
I guess Papa Johns has a new customer!

Employees rude and surly. Ordered one thing of breadsticks and it took twenty minutes! Asked about them multiple times only to be met with dirty looks. Will not be back.

We like this place for fast food pizza. It is easy and generally fast. I usually go pick it up since it is like $ 10 more to get it delivered. The pizza is good and they always seem to get my order right no matter how complicated. I have an online account so it makes it easy to order. If you call you might be on hold for more than 5 min. It is always busy in the little place.

This location sucks. I ordered for pickup online. I get a phone call from the store and the guy on the phone was rude. He wanted to make sure I was picking up at the correct location, and spoke to me like I was some kind of idiot who doesn’t know one Pizza Hut store from another.
I get there. I get in line to pay for my pizza. The guy at the register helps the lady in front of me really fast. Ignores me when it’s my turn at the register. After I pay, all that guy had to do was to turn around and get me my food. He doesn’t do that and waves me off to help the person behind me immediately. I had to wait 5 minutes for food that was sitting literally right behind this guy.
After helping everyone in line, ass head decides to turn around and stretch his arms out to get my food. I go back to my car thinking I’m never coming back to this place. I notice that I didn’t get the sauce for my chicken wings. I go back in the store. No sorry, no nothing. The guy behind the register who has been an ass to me throughout this whole transaction just gives me the sauce without saying anything.
This guy, who I think is the manager, is also probably the rude guy on the phone. He needs to be fired ASAP. I also think he is racist because while I was there, he gave quick service to all the white people in the store, but he made me wait at the register for 5 minutes before he even acknowledged my presence, and after I paid, he wouldn’t even take 2 seconds to turn around and get my food and hand it to me.
Needless to say, I’m not spending a penny more in this store. It’s too bad because I like to get Pizza Hut every once in a while.

I ordered my pizza online & received the confirmation carry out time of 6:25 pm. I get there at 6:30 pm & pay. The guy behind the counter turns around to get my pizza & then turns back to say «Uhhh. I think we gave it away to someone else.» What?! Why would you give MY pizza away to someone else?! Then the guy’s like «Well I guess we could make you another one if you want.» Of course I want another pizza! I already paid for a pizza that you gave away to someone else you idiot. Who’s really going to be like «No. It’s cool that I paid for something that you gave to someone else. I’ll just go about my merry day.» No one, that’s who. And why would you tell me that you gave it to somebody else. You could have just said that it’s not ready yet or that it’ll be a few more minutes when you realized your mistake.
Papa John’s here I come. At least you don’t give away my pizza to other people.
Plus they have a better rewards program. For every $ 5 you spend, you get a point towards the rewards program. Once you accumulate 25 points, you get a free large 3 topping pizza.

Whenever we need pizza delivered, we always use this Pizza Hut. I’ve never had a problem with them, the pizza is what we ordered and delivery is usually within 45 minutes.
I generally place my order online, so that I make sure that nothing is written down incorrectly and we haven’t been disappointed yet.

BEST Hawaiian pizza under $ 10.

I ordered from here last night — for delivery.
I used the Pizza Hut app on my Iphone… either that or my Kindle Fire, I cant remember honestly.
I ordered the garlic bread pizza… pepperoni lovers. I havent had much love for Pizza Hut in the past but for all things holy, this garlic bread pizza is AMAZING!!! WOW! I had seen the commercial and am a huge fan of garlic, and just couldnt pass it up. I sort of went into the experience expecting to be let down. But I wasnt! It was just the opposite.
I also ordered the 8 piece hot wings… those didnt have the juicy sauce on them, guess I ordered them wrong, not sure… and they werent the best, but they were still fairly good.
The garlic dipping sauce is also amazing!
I have a feeling this garlic bread pizza is going to get me in trouble!
The delivery time on my phone was about 50 minutes and my pizza showed up in about 30 so that was awesome.

After the service and quality of food I have received from this particular pizza hut I would suggest not giving them any business. I must say that I am a pizza hut fan and this review only holds true for this address.
I have ordered pizza from this pizza hut about 5 times and every time I have been super disappointed.
My latest order and my last went down like this, I order a cheese lovers plus with pineapple. It arrives an hour later and looks like a piece of burnt cardboard, no extra cheese, and has so much pineapple on it that it is soggy.
I do not eat it and call the manager to complain, her name is Mariella. She tells me she is sorry and will send another pie but its already late so I tell her no thanks and she says she will credit me for the entire order and that she is sorry. Ok, I am mad but it is what it is. So I call back tonight and ell them about my credit which was supposed to be about 20 or so dollars and the teenage order taker argues with me about having a credit. Then talks to a manager who tells order boy that I only get 10.00.
I am mad but press on, I order a cheese lovers plus (been ordering it for 20 years) and order boy insists that this is a new pizza and he has never heard of it and continues to argue with me about the existence of this pie. At this point I just hung up and decided to Unilocal.
On another occasion the driver pulled up to my house, we heard him racing down the street, music blasting. Parks the wrong direction in front of my house, car running and some stupid music just blaring out of the car.
We see the drivers all the time in our neighborhood racing around, we live in a typical RSM neighborhood with lots of families and kids and the drivers just race through here blasting music delivering crap.
I would rather flush money down the toilet then give this place another dime. I would not spend my money here again.

Just used Pizza Huts app to order a pizza for delivery. The process of using the app on my iphone was very simple and quick. I didn’t time the delivery. Seemed like it came in a reasonable amount of time. The pizza was warm and ok tasting. Nothing against Pizza Hut but if you want a premium pizza you’ll have to pay for it and get it somewhere else. We used to get a creamy garlic cheesy pizza from a competitor but it cost over twice as much.
