The pizza tasted like dish soap and arrived cold. They offered me a free large pizza on my next order as if I am going to order from Domino’s again.

We’ve ordered from here many times but this was the last straw. We just ordered one pizza and it took over 2 hours for it to be delivered. The original time was just over an hour but two hours later and still no pizza, when I called the person who answered the phone apologized and said they would resend it and that there was a mistake but 20 more minutes and still no pizza. This has been a terrible experience and I will definitely go to other places to order from now on. Save yourself the headache and time and order pizza from somewhere else.

I love Domino’s buffalo chicken pizza and we have ordered from them several times. We usually have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get our pizza delivered. The last time we ordered we got someone else’s order. I know mistakes are sometimes made, and the person we talked to was helpful. But when we told the delivery guy we got an attitude and was very unprofessional. I’m sure that’s a weird situation to be in but we didn’t get an apology or anything. Like it was our fault he delivered to the wrong house.
There are so many other pizza places out there that do things right.

I gave Domino’s a good rating and huge thumbs up. But the last few (more than twice) orders have been wrong.
The first couple of goofs weren’t life ending so I wrote them off. The last few times I ordered light on the cheese. Obviously our definitions aren’t the same as I kept receiving pizzas with tons of greasy cheese. The last time I specifically ordered no cheese. What did I get? A pizza covered in greasy cheese.
I took a picture and emailed it to their customer service. I received the usual oops we’re sorry, won’t happen again, etc. You’re right it won’t because I’m finished giving this particular location second, third and fourth chances. Done. We’re making our pizza at home and yes it is light on the cheese.

Worst pizza, period. Ordered using the Domino’s app. NO extra cheese, NO extra mushrooms and NOT FULLY COOKED. Raw pizza dough and minimal toppings. Total waste of money. The Cinna-​Sticks were on point… but the pizza was disgusting. No wonder they’re never busy. Never again.
You’re better off buying a $ 2 Tostinos party pizza at the grocery store. I’d give less than one star if it were possible.

Always on time, always fresh, always good. Only complaint is they might be a little too fast! Carry out has a great rate and quick in and out.
