This review could have been a 5 star if the customer service met standard expectations. Our waitress was often invisible. The food was great and my compliments to the Chef. The salsa, migas, and chilaquilas was good.

Not a good first impression. Walked in, tried to ask questions about the menu and how it worked if all I wanted was the bread, and of the five people working here, NOTONE spoke English. Was hoping the service received would make up for it, but it did not. Our server brought us the menu, then disappeared until we asked another server to get her. She took our order(Alicia had the make your own breakfast combo, I had the pay for what you eat bread), brought us our food, then disappeared again. HOWEVER, the bread I ate was VERY good, and Alicia really enjoyed her Café Lechura. If you want good food and are not a stickler for service, not a bad place to eat.

We love this place the food is excellent, the price is good and the service is the best. They always make you feel like family. Their M-F lunch special best bargain in town. Love their Christian music.

Great Mexican pastry selection. The pieces are huge and sold by weight so keep that in mind when pilling on the bread. Food is decent.

This place was great. We had originally tried to eat some BBQ next door at Ace’s but it was not good at all, so we left and came here and now realize all of the cars in the parking lot are for this bakery that serves more than sweets. Beans, avacado salad, everything fresh and delicious. Thanks for saving us from a bad experience next door, your food here and the service made up for it! We will be back!

Not a good experience. Our refried beans were rotten & inedible. The eggs tasted strange. We informed the manager & left our meals on the table. The bakery items did look tempting.

I love coming here. The food is great. They have come a long way, but still needs some improvement on service. The meals are priced well, but the bakery is priced higher than most bakeries. Gallon of Milk is also $ 6! Yikes! Very clean and cozy atmosphere. A+

This place was really good for an enjoyable breakfast. Café lechero is their signature item and it is great. Their huevos rancheros are good and their bakery is good too. I will come again for the café.
