As their companies name states: Basic. It is basic. More like a show room floor or one of those factory direct places. It wasn’t for me, and I didn’t like the feel of emptiness this place gave off — it was kind of creepy. A person sat at the desk at the front entrance to direct you were the item is you are looking for; however, any associate in that vicinity would initiate dialogue. Very weird. Like they don’t want to help or want you money. Not recommended. The only reason I went here was to look for a tv stand. Maybe next time I will look for something else. I don’t know. They did have descent prices on their products; they just don’t know how to make a sale.
