Waiting for help at the home depot for over 30 minutes. Just needed another box of lag bolts. I’m looking at several employees staring back at me … Not cool guys.

I can basically run in here any time of the day and grab want I want. I really like that option. However, beware of asking any associates for help or any questions you may have, they really don’t know their stuff at all. It is like they are just hired to show up and wonder around. They really don’t have much in the department of product knowledge.

New to Monroe and needing lots of stuff that has required several trips to the store. Customer service is a joke. Rude, could care less about the customer and their needs and hate to be asked to do their jobs. Not just once but twice I have experienced rolling eyes, deep sighs and drag my feet to help attitudes. Makes you wanna go to Lowes. I have had to run associates down for a question instead of being made to feel important. Just makes you want to always shop online and not support your local entrepreneurs.
