It was a freezing cold, dark night in the midst of winter… I woke up with a start… and…NO HEAT!!! A nightmare tale for sure! Called WK Mechanical and they couldn’t not have been nicer. All techs respectful of house, Bob (local tech) nicest guy and very professional, and Trish at the office has been wonderful. My very old furnace said a fond farewell in a dramatic way, but my new furnace is so quiet and efficient. Even a hiccup one month later, brought them to my house the same day and with full information on what the manufacturer’s issue was and the quick repair. I would highly recommend (and have already!) this company.

A+ service with a smile! On a Saturday no less. After we warmed up our fingers enough to dial we were all set with a technician on the way. And after an hour they came (wow, talk about fast) and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and were on their way. And now I can sit here and type this review because I am warm and that makes me happy.
Craig (the technician) called when he was 15 minutes out. Brought booties to keep everything tidy. Was quite professional and knowledgable. He even went so far as to write everything down for me and my poor memory. Thank you Craig for making our day. You are a rockstar!
Side note: can someone PLEASE send Winter the memo to GO AWAY. Thanks.
