Went to Chuck E Cheese Saturday for my nephews party. It was time to eat and of course we serve the kids first and then ourselves. Well I was one of the last to get a slice of pizza and when I started putting the Parmesan on, it smelled funny. It was moldy. Stopped the kids from eating, checked theirs and yep… mold. Now our server was great she replaced it, she did her job. Now that manager Jose! Yeah he never came over! Didn’t apologize, didn’t offer any replacement of the pizzas NOTHING! Sooooo… I tracked him down we had a private convo and he gave me $ 50 off my bill and 100 extra tokens for the kids. Now should I have had to go find him? NOPE! Should I have had to pull him to the side and talk to him like my child? NOPE! It shoulda been dealt with on his end. He needs to be retrained. Customer service score —-0(yeah that’s 4 negative signs)

Miranda really made a difference when it came to customer service today. I feel safe when it comes to the safety of my kids. She triple checked our stamps. Loved it! She’s very friendly and polite. The pizzas also great and the place is always clean. I’ll defensively keep coming back and highly recommended it for parties. Or just a place to hang out with your kids.

Came here on a Tuesday evening. We were greeted at the door. Waited around 5 minutes to order pizza. I think they were short staffed because they kept coming out of the back to refill the salad bar before helping us. All games seemed to be working. Kids had a blast. We ordered a half cheese/pepperoni. The pizza wasn’t that great. Salad bar was over priced. Note: You reuse the same salad bar plate over and over. The staff were cleaning small children’s rides while we were there, so that was nice to see. Would definitely come back

3.5 stars for hosting a bday party Deposit $ 50 in person to reserve date and tables for a bday party. The day of the party, i showed up 30 min prior and tables were not ready. They barely started setting up due to a party before ours but luckily they left quickly. Samantha was our host and she was friendly and patient. She was good at her job but she was also helping other tables so i felt she was spread thin. 4.5 stars for her. Soda fountain– 1 star! If i have to pay $ 2.50 per cup for me and my guests then u should at least have the drinks available. Pepsi was flat. Lipton tea came out white bc they were«out». Only mountain dew tasted decent and that is mainly what our guests had. Sigh Food– 3 stars. Tasted decent but took loooooong to come out bc they were backed up. So there was this awkward phase of when people showed up and expected to ear but didn’t so everyone stood around waiting hungrily. Too many parties/people for them to handle! It was a rainy day Sunday afternoon. I can’t imagine what it would be like if it was not raining! Chaos. Luckily people that day were nice, not ghetto and no one stole our presents. Cleanliness of facility– 3 stars.

Had my son’s party there on Saturday. Our party hostess Alexis was very attentive and helpful. The manager also came by and checked on us frequently. I would give 5 stars for the service but reduced overall because the food is just not that good(lol!). The kids all had a blast so that is what matters!

I’ve been to a few chuck e cheeses in my time, and by far this has been the cleanest one. I had my nephews birthday party here and I was satisfied with everything, to my host to the food. Spoke to the Manager and help me with any questions I had or any problems I had with the video games.

Happy they improved on the food. The past 3 times we’ve been here they got our order wrong but the manager Jojo is awesome he takes care of it right away brings the food himself with an apology. It’s always clean here. This is our preferred location.

Nice clean place, employees with attitude, manager with curly hair had an attitude when I asked for a clean plate for the salad bar. Looking like she was forced to work there. They need to put smiles on their faces for once. Other then that it was okay.

6-year old birthday party at noon on Saturday, 5÷23÷15 It might be difficult to find since it’s in a plaza with lots of other stores. There’s plenty of parking though. The place is packed with fun and games. We walked in and there’s a staff member at the entrance. Since we came for a birthday party, everything was paid for already. The food was average. They had pepperoni and cheese pizza, chicken wings, sandwiches, and drinks. The kids also had a souvenir cup with a loopy straw as well as a tokens to play with. The mechanical games were fun for toddlers to sit on such as the fire truck and mini carousel. The climbing tunnel was a bit dirty in my opinion and yes, adults can fit inside too. The variety of video games for the older kids were fun. They had car driving and motorcycle driving games. I like how some of the machines gave souvenir pictures and cards. During the cake cutting, staff members helped out and cleaned the tables. Chuck E. Cheese also appeared for photography. The birthday boy was able to participate in a chamber that whirlwinds a bunch of tickets. He gathered as many tickets as his hands could hold. Kids find it fun. It’s a place to experience once in a while especially for younger kids before they grow up and enjoy finer things in life.

Where do I start with this review… horrible horrible horrible! I have been coming to this location for years for birthday parties(sometime even 2 – 3 times in a month) and it never has been as bad as the most recent visit. They apparently changed management and incorporated a «new» menu… basically it’s the same crap. Our server or party coordinator(totally don’t remember her name) brought out a couple of plates of buffalo wings and they were COLD basically still frozen so when we told her we would like to have this warmed up or actually COOKED. she answered with«like I told her(pointing rudely at a family member of mine) that cannot be done. you can either have it cold or burnt like that(pointing at the previous batch of burnt wings she brought out)…so you decide.» Excuse me? I have never been told to choose whether or not I want to eat cold frozen food or burnt over cooked hard.interesting. So apparently now that they have changed management and the new menu they have forgotten to cook too! Well then bye! We will take our parties else where! Thanks for nothing! Save your time and money, do yourself a favor and do not come here!

This Chuck E Cheese is clean. I loved this location. I did my 12th bday party here in 2011, I’m only 16. No theme. My cake was a ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins. But it was Disney princess kind. It was good. I got a bunch of tickets from the ticket blaster. Had fun with my friends and family. My aunt Diana reserved my party at the Pasadena Chuck E Cheese location so my dad told her its this location. But my aunt put the balloon with my name and that I’m 15. But I wasn’t so my dad got it check and put 12 and with my name still.

Terrible experience. The place was a mess, the tables where sticky and the service awful. My 4 year old granddaughter played several games that where over in less than 30 seconds. We ordered food and the young woman at the counter had great difficultly understanding a very simple order. Everything had to be repeated over and over. We sat and waited for our food for over 30 minutes. When we complained we where told it would be 10 minutes more. We demanded our money back and left, never to return.

Manager doesn’t know how to take orders, she needs to better assistance her employees. It’s dirty all tables are not clean. Arcade games don’t even work, 3 tokens for a dollar. Someone needs to inspect this place for the quality of the area where it’s at doesn’t reach the ratings.

This place used to be so clean, immaculate when the previous manager Octavio was in charge. Now, the tables aren’t cleaned, bench corners have dirt, ran out of ranch and napkins on a Saturday 10:30 am, barely ½ hour after opening, games not working. This used to be the only Chuck E Cheese we would go to because of the cleanliness and service of staff and all the games always working. We will try to find the one where Octavio is.

I can only give a review for coming in on weekday evenings. I don’t dare try the weekend. Looks like they have recently remodeled and updated the games. Great open feel and much easier to see. TIP: print online coupons before coming. They have 100 tokens for $ 20 instead of 80. Wings are good. Pizza is ok. Games are FUN!

This is my second choice of location for Chuck E. Cheese but after coming here again, it might be #1 because of the games. My daughter had her birthday here twice. The birthday area is huge and they have a Ticket Blaster Booth. The birthday child goes in the both while tons of tickets are flying around everywhere and he/she must catch as many tickets within a certain time; my daughter liked it! Recently, I took my daughter and her friend on a Saturday evening. While we were playing I realized how this location has a lot of cool games which I will mention below. Most of you already know what Chuck E. Cheese is about, kids play games, they get tickets and redeem the tickets for prizes(I already wrote a detailed review on another location). :Experience: We liked the following games: ~Marathon Runner is similar to the Run Around Wheel for hamsters. You go inside and keep running. ~They have a bike where you pedal and it goes up. Make sure you don’t leave any items beneath the bike because there are sensors and you must put on the seat belt, if not, the bike will not work. ~We liked playing Deal or NODEAL, Operation, Guitar Hero, Doodle Jump, Temple Run, and the Wheel of Fortune. :Highlight: These are the top games that stood out the most. ~SnoCross is a snowmobile racing game. I liked it a lot. The seat vibrates to give you the feeling that you are actually racing. First I picked my snowmobile(blue), choose the upgrade(engine), selected the course(Colorado) then raced; it was fun! ( ) ~Mario Kart we had a blast racing each other. ( ) ~SuperShot(basketball game) my favorite, I played too many times, my arms got tired. ~Mad Wave Motion Theatre, you sit down and choose the theme you like then the seats move depending on your selection. My daughter choose Road Fury which is a racing game(like mommy lol) and her friend selected the Arctic Run which is a roller coaster ride. ~RagingGape we were laughing so much. You hold on to two metal handles and it shakes depending on the level you pick. It’s like being electrocuted but your not, you have to hold the metal bars as long as you can. The highest we reached was 1,000 voltage. After we played, our hand still felt shaky. :Customer Service: When we went it seemed like they were understaffed. One person was working the front, the cashier and the prize section. It was sort of annoying but she was nice. :Rating: 3.5 Stars for the games and 2.5 Stars for the customer service. :Tip: Please refer to my other Chuck E. Cheese review if you are curious. I listed all the tips.

Where a kid can be a kid! Honestly, the only fair way to judge this is 1) if the kids want to come back again and 2) if the adults would come back again. The answer is yes many times over. It’s fun enough for kids, clean and spacious enough for adults, and food and customer service is what you’d expect. All the machines worked while i was there. And every time I go i admit i might have more fun than the kids because of the basketball hoops game.

Having kids, this is the place to go for a couples hours of fun. Every game is only a quarter, making the dollar stretch is the key to any family fun night. Right? The food service was a little slow but over all the food is pretty good, and hot here. Very clean location. I recommend you check this location out, It’s becoming out regular spot. Cheers to all

I hadn’t been back to Chuck E Cheese for over 10 years! Though i didnt go to the typical one i use to go to as a kid in El Monte, i’m sure all chuckecheese are pretty much about the same! I noticed that they now give each kid a raffle — the raffle gives them a certain amount of tickets/token, nice little freebie for each kid that comes in! Instead of huge machined-run characters, where the eyes and the mouth movies they now have ONE life size ChuckE and a running video of the other characters as Muppets ?! They bring out Chuck-e and i didnt realized this than, but its pretty much a Ghetto Version of Mickey Mouse! Now they have a Ticket Pit, where you try to grab as many free tickets as possible! Overall a lot of new improvements and def. a great easy place to take your kids for cleaning up everyone’s room in the house !

My friend’s son celebrated his birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese this year. I probably haven’t stepped foot in one in over 20 years! Not much has changed; they still have the robotic mouse on stage along with outdated corny videos of kids and puppets singing on the television screens. The pizza tasted like one of those frozen pizzas from the market and the Buffalo wings were drowning in batter. They offer beer for the adults… probably to help tolerate the experience. The host who was in charge of our party was accommodating and didn’t rush us out when it was time to set up the next party.
