Ordered and came to pick up cause my family loves their pizza. My order was messed up but they right away took care of me. They are awesome!!!

We used to live in the area and order from Monrovia Pizza Company all the time! Now that we live so far, it’s become something we look forward to when we’re in town! Had some Pizza for Valentine’s Day & it’s still my favorite :)

Ordered pizza, that was ok not really good at all. When I found out they didn’t charge me til 3 weeks later that’s some serious bs never buying from this place again. Pretty ridiculous don’t buy from here ever unless you mind getting charged 3 weeks later

I have been coming here for pizza for over a year now. And I think it’s time to start doing more Unilocal reviews. I always give establishments a chance to experience for myself. In doing so, I have to say that Monrovia Pizza co. Is one of my favorite pizza places. The pizza is really good… I always get sausage and pinapple with a sprinkle of oregano spices on top, soooo good! If your looking to try a new pizza place, this is it. Everybody that works there is always friendly, when I go. Not sure on some of the reviews for bad service… I’ve never had bad or rude service from this place, and I’ve been coming here for over a year! Could have just been a bad day for them, or maybe it was the customer. Everybody has had a bad day! I know I have… LOL

Update– still no word from management or any form of an apology from this location. I’m truly disappointed and shocked. So sad to have to give this place 1 star but the experience we just had ruined this for us. We called to let them know they forgot our ranch. Without asking our name she let us know we weren’t charged for it. She later came back with a huge attitude and said there were no notes asking for ranch(again she never asked our name so I’m a little confused how she came to this conclusion) I attached a picture with our receipt clearly asking for ranch. The best part is if she would have been kind at all about it we wouldn’t have cared. I hope the owner sees this and takes corrective action. It’s not a good idea to have someone answering your phone that loses customers.

Any of the pizza company is yummy yum. I like the sauce and the pizza here. They great specials and I like that we can call it in and it will be ready. Parking is easy and they take credit cards. I like the bbq chicken pizza.

Loved it! Pizza was perfect and we also got wings which were cooked perfectly. I ordered a salad and had some of their homemade ranch which was so good too. We asked them to mix the spicy sauce with barbecue for spicy barbecue wings and they were so good. Its officially our fave pizza place!

Don’t recommend the calzones. Packed with ham and sauce with only a few pieces of pepperoni. Ham in a calzone??? It was very bland. Service was friendly and fast. No complaints there. Just mediocre food though. I’d try again to see how the pizza is but based off the calzones I wouldn’t order again.

Never been to this place until a few days ago when I was super board of every other restaurants around the area. I walked there and ordered a beef ravioli and a small pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and chicken. Came out in 20 mins and was hot when I got home. I was really satisfied with my meal and would definitely come back for more. Even though the place looks run down, the food is still great!

Great pizza. Great Taste. Best in town. Horrible service. For the last 11 years I’ve been ordering from here! And honestly it’s my favorite. But the las few experiences I’ve had, have not been great at ALL ! The costumer service they give is horrible. Not what you expect when you pay about $ 17 for a large pizza. Not to mention the managers way to handle a complaint. Sonia the manager did not take the responsibility she was given serious. Couldn’t handle a simple complain about one of her employees. The problem was Sonia wouldn’t answer the phone when I asked for the manager, I had a question about what was going on with my order because my pizza hadn’t been deliver after 1 hour and 30 mins from when I ordered it.(It was only supposed to be a 20 – 30 min. Wait) She sent the girl that was there to tell me she was«too busy» to answer. When I asked the girl to ask her to come to the phone because I had been on the phone for 7 mins already she replied with«Well your going to have to wait longer than that». I went to the store to talk to her about it & to top it all off she ignored what I was saying. *very unprofessional!!!*

Their dough is awesome, and all the ingredients are extremely fresh. I highly recommend their wings as well. Epically if u really like them hot.

This is just your basic local pizza parlor, but they make a legit pizza. The crust is part of the draw. It’s always delicious. Toppings are always fresh. Fair prices, nice people and delivery! Recently they started offering a garlic sauce in place of red sauce. It’s tasty. Give it a try.

5th grade educated customer service is what you get here, the owners are ruining their business with the trash people they hire to work behind the counter. I have given this place many opportunities to lose their«ghetto type» hiring method. and yet they keep hire from the same dump pile. At one time they had a pretty good pizza, but no where near good enough to put up with«brain dead» employee model, My latest escapade was to try and get them to deliver to the Marriott in Monrovia, The 9 dollar an hour PROFESSIONAL phone girl, insisted that, with her current brain power there was absolutely NOWAY she could take my order without knowing the cross street to the hotel, I told her«its a really big building about 9 stories, its pretty easing to see… its a half a mile from your store«no no no she insisted«we will NOT sell you a pizza, until you find out that info, having dealt with this on numerous occasions with the dimwits that work there, I hung up, .well after a few pleasantries, …the bad thing for the business, is when you hire this type person, they THRIVE on angering people, that’s their mentality, low educated, low self esteem, BAD customer service. I then called ROUNDTABLE pizza, talk about going from the shit house to the penthouse, they were amazing, offering this, offering that, When I told them I didn’t have the cross street,.».oh, no problem, I can get that for you, would you like some plates? forks? napkins? » WOW, imagine that, actually taking care of your customer, instead of trying to bully them like a gang banger… PIZZAWASGREAT… TRYROUNDTABLE in Monrovia.

Worst customer service and incompetent employees. The cashiers there have a complete lack of respect. I will never return because they mess your order up, over charge us, and were extremely rude!!! Pizza was horrible and employees were worse! Don’t even bother!!!

I am so happy to work within walking distance of Monrovia Pizza Company! They make their pizzas with the freshest, quality ingredients, and the crust always comes out tasting the way pizza crust ought to taste — like the very best freshly baked bread — not some cardboard thing that you want throw away. They get my vote for BESTPIZZACRUSTEVER! Sonia and Mariana are the two names that come to mind when I think of the warm and friendly employees there who are always there to greet me and take care of my order. I know that my order is going to be done right when I place my order with them. Recently I tried one of their newer creations — a chicken, artichoke, bacon, spinach pizza with a creamy garlic sauce — and I loved every bite. I’m not a big fan of white sauces on pizza, but this was like having a delicious traditional Italian dish in pizza form. You’ve got to try it!

After moving to the Monrovia area a few years ago, I was on the hunt for a pizza place that would sell pizza by the slice. I came across this little gem about a year ago, and come here an embarrassing amount of days during the week for their lunch special($ 5 for 2 slices & a drink). I think I like the pizza so much because of the crust, it’s baked so it has a great mouth feel, and they aren’t stingy with the sauce or cheese either. I have only had their pepperoni, but I always see their special pizzas and always want to try them out, just have not gotten the opportunity to yet. Other than the pizza being great, all the ladies who work behind the counter are the best, especially Sonia. They are always so friendly and welcoming whenever I go in, and they know what I want before I even say anything. Good pizza and great service, it’s all you really need.

I used to LOVE their pizza but lately it hasn’t been amazing lately. For some reason, when I get the Jumbo size pizza, it’s perfect. But it’s a lot of pizza. The last pizza I got from them was heavy on the sauce and the cheese wasn’t spread out so it was in clumps here and there. The pizza wasn’t cut well so I was ripping my slices apart and taking the toppings off other slices of pizza and I ended up with a big mess. But I’ll still get my pizza from MPC over domino’s or pizza hut anyday. I’m still in search for some good pizza in my area.

It’s not the worst you could do for pizza. They don’t skimp on toppings. That being said, the flavor is also entirely underwhelming. It just doesn’t really stand out as anything memorable. The crust tastes like cardboard. It’s even more cardboardy as leftovers. The meatballs were smaller and meh as well. More bready than meaty. I’ll eat it if it’s in front of me, but I think for the price, I’d rather get something better.

I just love Pizza Co. period! There Pizza is just right, not to thick and not to thin. We get pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. The chicken wings are a must!!! They have a soda fountain so you can get what ever type of soda you want. There salads are pretty yummy too. Its great for groups, bday gatherings or if you just want to hang out and watch a game, that’s fun too. Ive also tried the bbq wings and there yummy, too!

Pizza is good. Service is alright – could definitely use some improvement. Most of the workers here are young and can be rude. The last time I was here, I had placed a phone order for a large sausage pizza. After placing the order, I bought some ice cream for dessert and then stopped by to pick up the pizza. They had a large pepperoni pizza waiting for me. I corrected them that I ordered a sausage and they just said«well, it’s pepperoni.» Pepperoni is the bane of my pizza world. I. HATE. PEPPERONI. But alas, I had my ice cream waiting for me in the car –__– No opportunity to make a fuss. Just have to tear off all the pepperoni when I get home. Then on top of that, the girl behind the counter(not knowing I could hear her) started making fun of my last name. Ummm rude much? Go ahead and make fun of my last name, but can you wait until I walk out the door? So anyway, 3 stars overall. 4 stars for pizza, 2 stars for service… so 3.
