Drove over to get some food at 11:45pm and when I pulled up I was ignored… I get that it’s Friday night and it’s close to closing time but the hours clearly stated that they were still open. What makes it even more awesome is that when I was at the window I could literally hear the workers talking and hiding in the back, even though I couldn’t see them. Worst service ever

Terrible service! The guy at the drive thru hates working there or hates life all together. He has an attitude and lacks customer service. They need to get rid of this guy asap.

Never thought I’d leave a review about a fast food restaurant… I only stop in here when I don’t have time to cook breakfast, since I leave so early for work. I pretty much stop by here once a month, if that. And they remember me! Never have had bad service here, and the place is so clean. It’s not your typical BK, that’s for sure. Thanks for keeping your standards high and providing outstanding service.

I hope someone in management reads this review. My experience with Burger King has always been decent and I do admire the food consistency, however employees do need better coaching on customer service. I came by the drive thru to order, and my I was asked to wait which I didn’t mind at all. My wait time was about two minutes, but this wasn’t the biggest of my concerns. As I pulled in front of the drive-thru, I greeted the server, «Hi, how’s your day going?»(No response) After being given my total, I gave the man my card to pay. As he was giving me my card back I said, «thank you»(No response) He then closed the window, and later opened it to give me my food. I said, «thank you»(No response) He had forgotten my drinks, so then I asked politely for my drinks. Finally, after handing me my drinks, I said, «thank you, I hope you have a nice day»(No response) I am not someone in the position to give advice on how to exercise quality customer service, but my experience here is not one anyone should experience as a customer paying for his/her food. As customers are people providing service to pay checks of the employees, proper service should be exercised. 1 Star!

This place along with the other locations near by are clean and the food is good. My orders have always been exactly how I ordered them and have good customer service here.

Then you call and no one answers the phone??? what’s that about no customer service anymore??? This sucks now I have to go some where else to get food. That’s why I don’t come to Burger King. And agin that’s why there no line!!!

I hadn’t been to a BK in years and I thought I might appreciate a little fast food nostalgia so in I went… I was the only customer in the restaurant. Employes in the back in the kitchen were interacting amongst themselves and didn’t bother to acknowledge me. Then, from out of the office comes three laughing employees and someone’s little kid of about 7 – 8 years old(so much for following any shred of company policy). These four were clearly having a good time while I continued to wait, they looked straight at me and didn’t even pretend to acknowledge my presence(so much for setting a good example for whomever’s kid had been hanging out in the office). The guy working the register slowly sauntered to the counter and did me the obvious favor of taking my order. Then it took forever for the people in the back to get my order ready. How hard can it be. I was the only one there! If these people can’t handle working at a BK, WTF are they good for??? What kind of future is there for someone who can’t handle working at a burger place that doesn’t even require them to flip the burgers??? I don’t guess BK shareholders care that their franchise’s customer service is abhorrent as long as the dividend checks keep rolling in. Management clearly doesn’t give a s**t. The employees clearly don’t give a s**t. Nothing to be nostalgic about, I’ll certainly never step foot in another BK.

In a rush today, normally I would know better than to go to BK, especially this one. But they really outdid themselves this time. I ordered a five piece chicken tenders meal with onion rings. They informed me the onion rings were in the box with the tenders. On the highway, I opened the box to find 3 shriveled chicken tenders, neither more than 2 inches in length, and six, thats right, SIX onion rings. All were room temperature. Not even SLIGHTLY warm. All the food fit in my right hand. I know this because I was able to scoop it all up and throw it out the window with one hand. On the plus side, the coke tasted like Dr. pepper. And I like Dr. Pepper.

My first one star review. I don’t like giving negative reviews, but this place really deserves it. I normally go to the Burger King on Foothill, which has always been fantastic in my 3 years living in La Crescenta. However, when I’m in a hurry and jumping on the 2 south, I’ll stop at this BK. I’ve only been about 7 or 8 times and my experiences have always been«meh». Nothing great, nothing bad — but it’s a friggin’ fast food restaurant, what should I really expect, right? Today, however, was different. Today… ugh… I pulled into the drive-thru and gave my order. A sausage, egg and cheese croissant-wich and a diet coke.(I’m a soda drinker, hate coffee.) I got to the window, the girl working the window was kinda sleepy, so far it was my usual«meh» experience. She handed me my food and change and I started to drive off. I reached in the bag to find a partially wrapped sandwich. I pulled it out like«wtf. Why is is this thing only half wrapped.» I opened the sandwich to find a VERYOLD sandwich. Dried, crusted sausage, dried cheese that had become hard… and guess what — it was stone cold. It had one warm spot on one side, but the rest of it was actually, literally cold. It seemed like they made one too many sandwiches that morning, had one sitting for about 2 hours, remembered it when I ordered mine, threw it in the microwave for 10 seconds and gave it to me. I whipped my car around and went back through the drive thru. The girl came over and I handed it to her and said«I’m sorry, my sandwich is stone cold, can you make me a fresh one?» She said«It’s cold?» Kind of bewildered and surprised. She took it and walked around the corner. She popped back around the corner with another sandwich in her hand just about 20 seconds later. I was in a rush, so I grabbed it, felt it was warm, said«thanks» and drove away. The moment I pulled onto the freeway I started to open it and noticed the wrapper was super wrinkled… hmmm. I opened it… it looked okay, so I took a bite… that’s when it hit me… they took that same F-ING stale sandwich and once again, reheated it, and gave it to me. It was disgusting. I pulled it out of the wrapper and touched it with my hands to confirm… YUP — a stale piece of bread that was basically hard and super tough sausage and rubbery cheese. I asked for a new one, I was cool about it, they reheated the same sh*t. They weren’t ridiculously rude or any other kind of drama like that, but any place that serves anyone a triple reheated sandwich that has been sitting for about 2 hours(whether or not I asked for a fresh one) instead of making me a fresh one — deserves one star. Bottom Line: Avoid this BK.

This is the BK that’s right by my work, so I go there all the time. I’ve never had any problems with any orders getting rung up incorrectly, and the staff is always very friendly to me. There’s a heavy-set Hispanic lady who works there in the evenings, and she is the chillest!

This is my «Home King,» so I’d better not dis, but I do have to rap about what here’s amiss. Don’t wanna be a punk, all negative and junk, so I’ll mention the fly along with the s*** that needs to go bye-bye. As I mentioned before, the Cheezy Tots here are just not made correctly. They come out burnt and chewy. But much more important is a real case study in human behavior. A new crew member they hired recently is an absolute amazement to me and just takes the whole fast food experience to a depressing new low. «Have it your way» is of course BK’s long-standing mantra and are usually pretty good about this as long as your request is reasonable. However, on several fateful days, I encountered a gentleman here who, to all appearances, seems bright, alert, attentive, and hardworking, but is completely hopeless. This person could not seem to get anything right beyond simply registering the simplest of orders, and even then could not get that right either. My orders are often a challenge and I recall the first time I encountered this crew member, it became obvious to me halfway through my order that he had no idea what I was talking about, and I left hungry in an angry rage. One of those deals where you get 80% through your order and the clerk says something to you like, «Uh, OK, you wanted a hamburger, right?» But it was worse than just teenage slacker inattentiveness. The look on this poor guy’s face was as if I were asking him to solve a differential equation in his head to save his grandmother from a firing squad. This poor guy has some kind of mental block, anxiety issues, I don’t know. Now the manager of this store usually intervenes and does right by me, and while he did so in another such situation involving the same crew member(Yes, I gave him another chance because I figured he was just new.), much to my shock, he also interjected a curse word in a language he didn’t guess I was fluent in. Something roughly equivalent to «a-hole.» He better not have meant me(although I guess he’d be right!). I do like the ease of access to coffee and condiments/utensils at this location. The breakfast crew is usually very good at handling my breakfast needs and usually gives me the correct deal before I ask. There have been some very friendly crew members here in the past, a very outgoing and bright African-American girl who I never see anymore and a cool 7′ tall punk guy with tattoos.
