The absolute worst drive thru. Ordered 2 breakfast combos and they tell me to park out front. Waited for over 15 minutes for my food. I saw other customers who walked in and got their food faster! WTF

The bacon western cheeseburger is a classic, very tasty.
Service was quick and efficient.
Everything was very clean.
The manager was making sure everything ran smoothly.

Worst fast food service i have ever experienced by a girl named Lilyana or something like that. I don’t expect much from fast food chains but I do at least expect the person taking my order to let me finish my sentence and not give me attitude when she wrongfully assumed I was finished with my order. Besides the rudeness and obvious drug use of this girl she also forgot part of my order. It really isnt that hard to put food into a bag. Management should really consider looking into who they hire and reconsoder some training techniques. Sadfully disappointed… makes me glad jack in the box is just accross the street.

This is the best Carl’s by far, employee pride shows in location, clean, friendly, helpful. This is how food and service are suppose to be. Every visit has been a pleasure even when it’s busy and noisy.

The service here is good, no great. The staff is very nice and they have always gotten my order correct, the only downside is that they make you wait out front a lot when going through the drive through. At least you know it’s not being placed in a microwave though!

For those late nights this location offers green burrito and drive thru is open late. Friendly staff does make all the difference, and this Carl’s has it down. Would stop here again!

No need to review a Carl’s Jr’s food. The food is what it is. It’s about how well the place is run.
In this case, the drive through goes quickly and they get the orders correct. That’s what you want, and they come through.

this place is alright. always takes longer than usual to get food, but they used to ALWAYS mess up my order… plain turkey burger no mayo. I would get guacamole with a freaking pineapple WTF. overall, don’t use the drive thru if you’re drunk or hungry; its going to take too long and be ass backwards.

I love the burgers here, and the hand breaded chicken strips are damn tasty! Just tried a teriyaki turkey burger and was pleasantly surprised. Usually turkey burgers are pretty lame in my opinion, but Carl’s got it right!

I just don’t get how hard it is to NOT put something on a burger! I always say no Tomato no Mayo and every time I get one or the other. Once my chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way through. look guys I worked fast food you put it in the deep fryer hit the button and wait for the beep. or maybe you need to check your temps!

Oh Carl, you and your Western Bacon Cheeseburger are AMAZING!
In all seriousness, there’s not a lot to say about Carl’s except that the Western Bacon Cheeseburger and a side of criss-​cut fries are one of the best meals one can get in Moorpark! I don’t even like BBQ sauce (see my Roadside BBQ Review:
), but I love me some Carl’s Jr.
This one isn’t open all night but it does have a drive thru.
