This is now the second time our pizza has been late when our estimated time was an hour to begin with. Not just a few minutes late, but a half hour late. A 90 minute wait was not worth the ridiculously thin pizza(definitely didn’t order that) and almost burnt breadsticks, both of which tasted disgustingly old and stale. Last time we will be ordering Pizza Hut.

Unilocal really needs to have a 0 star review. Horrible service. I ordered the Alfredo pasta. Arrival time was to be 5:55. I called at 6:05 wondering where my food was and the girl said«oh they are in their way» ok well when did they leave? «Oh maybe 10 – 15, ore minutes» I asked to speak to the manager and waited on hold for 3 minutes. I call back and they automatically put you on hold without saying anything. I call again and a manager named Ryan answers and I cancelled my order. I said I paid online and sled if I would get a email indicating my refund. He didn’t know? I hung up then at 6:14 the delivery kid arrives which was about maybe 4 minutes since I had hung up with the manager. So the manager didn’t even call the delivery person to say the order was cancelled. Horrible horrible service. I went back online and just ordered Dominos instead. A way better choice!

I truly believe this is our last time ever ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again. Nothing but problems. It either a totally burned pizza, or the completely wrong order. Cornish game hens have bigger wings than their wing Street orders. The unfortunate thing is their delivery service is actually really fast and they have a great personality. But unfortunately, whoever is behind the grill needs to sober up for a night of work.

Absolutely worst pizza place ever!!! My husband and I ordered pizza from this location on Saturday. We ordered online and was told it would be delivered by 2:00. We waited and it passed 2:00 going on 3:00. We called them and they said sorry and that they should be on the way. Ok. No problem. It is a Saturday… Two hours go by now and at this point we were furious for two pizzas come on! So we called them again. We were told to hold and we spoke to the female owner. She apologized and then told us the driver went to three more houses before us. Not my problem. You should be at my house especially when our order is 2 hours late! She then proceeds to tell us she will give us credit! Great! I ask how will I get the credit? She says oh uhh I’ll call you back and give it to you. Ya I’m still waiting for that call. Anyways pizza shows up almost THREE hours late and its ice cold!!! We of course were livid and the pizza guy didn’t receive a tip. He stood there and asked us for a tip! Lol uhh no. Tips are to insure prompt service. Our pizza was ice cold since he went to the other houses first. we couldn’t enjoy it. And we ended up throwing it away and ordering papa johns in moorpark. Papa johns took 30 mins to get to us and it was amazing HOT pizza. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place it’s horrible!!!

They are not punctual. I ordered 2 soda and when they arrived they told me they were out and to call back for a refund. My order was also incorrect. Will go back to ordering Domino’s even though they are idiots too.

Pizza hut i have no compliants i just wanted to say that it was just right i ordered a pepperoni med well and it was perfect a side of breadsticks and cinnamon stick the manager on duty was very nice and courteous definitely will return keep up the good job pizza hut…

Not good. Waited an hour last night for a pizza and wings. Maybe an hour on a Friday, but an hour on a Tuesday??? Then the pizza didn’t even taste good so we ate one piece and trashed the rest. Waste of money and time.

Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place in Moorpark. I have never had delivery from them(it looks like they have a lot of bad reviews because of this) but I have never had an issue with carryout. My pizza is usually ready in 15 – 20 minutes and most of the workers are very friendly. They usually have a special online for a large one topping pizza for $ 7 – 8 that I normally get. The pizza is always fresh and delicious and I have never had a quality issue.

2+ hours for delivery, won’t answer the phone so i could cancel and ended up going in and picking up the pizza. After having a «fail» the last time we ordered(took well over 2 hours and no phone) we thought we would try them again(our mistake). Once the order was complete(online) i got the notice that it was going to take 2 hours and 5 minutes. That was not going to work. No way to cancel online so I called the store. Their answering system would never connect saying they were with other customers. Put the phone and speaker and waited on «hold» for over 30 minutes, hung up and tried again to be on hold for another 10 minutes. At this point I was pretty frustrated so i drove the 5 minutes to the store. Once there there were several people that were in the store that had the same thing happen to them. When i finally got to chat with the kid working there he said he only had 2 people on so they were behind. I looked where they store the receipts and they only had 5 going at the time. I mentioned that if they would answer the phone they might tell folks what was going on. He said that if he answered the phone he would burn the pizzas. I got our food(it had been in the warmer for a while) and when we ate it is was just warm good but not great. I assume the management is to blame here. Sad to have this be the only pizza hut that serves our community. I had never had issues with the Simi Valley store before we got our own pizza hut. My suggestion is that if you have an employee issue you might want to shut down delivery for the night or till you can get it controlled. It will be a while before we try again and I would imagine we won’t try delivery. If you are going to try this for delivery i would suggest not using online, call and if they don’t answer go elsewhere, if they answer ask what the delivery estimate would be.

So we ordered 2 medium pizzas. One pepperoni and bacon, one ham and bacon. We also ordered a chocolate chip cookie and chicken Alfredo pasta with breadsticks. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing. That was the only amazing thing about our dinner. We ordered the special Pizza Hut crust on both pizzas and there was no special crust on either pizzas. We were both really looking forward to trying it out. There was a bone in one of the pieces of ham that I unfortunately found. Gross. There should have been more bacon on the pizza. Barely any. They were nothing special. The breadsticks were okay at best. Maybe a little over cooked. The pasta Alfredo was decent. Nothing too exciting. Everything was a little cool, I had to microwave the pasta a bit. We ordered take out and we live only a few minutes away so I don’t think it got cold from the drive. All in all, nothing too great and mostly disappointing.

This was the by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from! If I could give them less than one star I would. I ordered a single pizza online with a coupon(only good online) and my confirmation said it would take 2 hours for my pizza to show up. There was no way I was going to wait 2 hours for a pizza so I called to cancel my order(since there was no way to cancel online). I called and was immediately put on hold. Someone came back and asked me to continue holding and before I could tell them I had been holding for 10 minutes already they put me on hold. I was on hold for 19 minutes until I decided it would literally be faster for me to drive to the Pizza Hut. I got in my car(while I was kept on hold) and drove to the Pizza Hut down the street from my house. When I came in there was one person ordering some food. You would never think that they had someone on hold for almost 20 minutes. I stayed on hold while I was waiting on line and put the call on speaker. I was acknowledged by the person at the register who asked me to take my call off of speaker phone. He said that there were only two people working there(on a Friday night). I told him it was inexcusable to put someone on hold for 19 minutes. He said they were short handed and there was nothing he could do. I told him he would be better off not answering the phone at all than wasting peoples time on hold.

Well. I tried calling the Moorpark Pizza Hut to find out some information about a promotion, the person who assisted me didn’t help at all, so I asked for a manager. He was a manager. After trying to explain my situation again(website was screwing up my order) he told me «We can’t control what the website does.» I replied with«So I’m pretty much screwed» and he just told me, «yeah, if you wanna look at it that way.» Great way to help a customer out.

UPDATE: I Received a call from the DISTRICTMANAGER today. He wanted to know why I(yes, me) canceled my order last night. I explained to him that I didn’t cancel, it was the location itself. HE then let me know that the reason why the employee called me from his personal cell phone was because all of the pizza hut calls are recorded. So it was instead marked as me cancelling my order because they had no proof of the employee ever called me which is ACTUALLY illegal. And he told me that the employee should not have closed the registers 30 minutes early because that is against company policy. He then gave me a 42 $ credit to my phone number. He was very upset and let me know that he will be making a trip to the Moorpark location. Good. I sincerely hope that employee gets fired for being unprofessional and a jerk. DONOTORDERFROMHERE. First off this guy called me FROMHISPERSONALCELLPHONE. Great, now some punk kid has my cell phone number(isnt that illegal?). I cant even believe how rude the people that work here are. I placed an order at 10:35 pm. They call me almost immediately after and say«sorry we’re closed». I said okay how come it didn’t tell me that online? «oh we close at 11, and stop taking orders at 10:30». I literally ordered at 10:35 and I told him that. He was so disrespectful I cant even believe it. I will definitely be calling back tomorrow to speak to a manager. Rude people should not be allowed to work in customer service.

So I went to this Pizza Hut few nights ago and order my large pepperoni pizza before I go see a movie with my friends. I ordered the pizza like 35 minutes before all of my friends showed up and by the time we were all together it still was not ready. I could maybe understand that if it was a busy night, but there was like nobody there. So after like an hour my pizza is ready and we are so ready to chow down. First of all this thing was literally the greasiest pizza I’ve ever seen in my life. I had to dab it with like 30 napkins before it was even edible. It was steaming hot and we had to let it cool off for like 10 minutes. Finally when we were able to eat it was not that bad. I drenched my slices in ranch dressing so it was pretty tasty.

Came home from work the other day and was too tired to go out or cook, so we ordered a Pizza from Pizza Hut. We ordered a Thin Crust Mushroom and Pepperoni Pizza along with an order of Chicken Wings. The order arrived and was HORRIBLE! On time delivery and it was still cold! Opened up the box and the Pizza was dry with very little sauce and even less cheese! It looked like Pizza does the next day after it has been in your fridge all night, very dry, and not appetizing. We literally ate one piece each and threw away the rest of the large Pizza The only saving grace was the chicken wings which were cold, but tasty once we heated them up in the microwave. Filled the on line survey and told them how terrible it was; still no reply. First time customer and they blew it big time; not ever spending my money with these people again! I would beg to differ from the first reviewer Dianna W.‘s opinion as it was the worst Pizza I have ever eaten in my 50 plus years.

Ever changing review Some nights not as good as others but I can rely on getting a great tasting pizza with nice crust. Had a terrible experience there this week(5÷14÷12) Ordered online, got there not only was the order not ready and they told me to wait, but about ten minutes later they tell me they had burnt it and had to start over again. I wound up waiting for 30 minutes and got the Pazone home to find that there was literally almost nothing on the inside, one piece of pepporoni and a spot of cheese. Also got the cheesey bite pizza, it was ok but not great.
