Denny’s

My family and I used to love this place. It was always fast, friendly, and great food. Through the years it appears as though management has really let go.
I decided to give it a shot tonight and it took about 10 minutes before anyone came to even ask if we wanted drinks, another 20 minutes before food even came out. They gave us a «discount» on our bill as though that would make it better. Place needs new management ASAP

I go to this Denny’s a lot and this was the first time we had a awesome server his name was Jonny and he really made our night by being so amazing!!!

My friend and I came to this location for a late dinner and Johnny is great! He made the whole diner experience amazing! We love him!

The customer service is so bad here and I have no idea why and my mom’s and my eggs were burnt! They had no silverware at our table and the server said the cook was stressed out which is a shitty excuse. Fuck this place. DONT COME HERE.

Worst I ihop ever… im eating here right now… food too salty and the service is slowest I have ever been too… I waited over hour for my appetizier… cannot imagin my actual entre… do not come to this ihop. I am so dissatisfied i am going to write to corporate after this review. If you wanna wait forever for another cup of water or anyone working to acknowledge your presence come to this place if not… go anywhere else.

The management here tonight is a joke. There are customers who have been sitting for 30 mins and not being served. Manager looks at customers waiting to be served, waiting to pay, and doesn’t lift a finger to help them. There are two good waitresses here and the rest are terrible tonight. Management are the most disappointing. But food was good

Came here at 2 in the morning when there is usually nobody here, we were seated and waited about 12 minutes for a waitress to arrive, we got our drink about 7 minutes after and ordered our food we never got refills and when the food finally came i never got my silverware, i would have asked for some but she never really came back to check, the table next to us never even had their order put in so they just up and left. I used to frequent this dennys all the time then the service just got bad, what happened?

I would give them 0 stars if it let me! Their quality of food has dropped considerably. And the service was horrible. The Hispanic waitress would barely help us (me being white n my bf half Hispanic) but was more than happy to carry on lengthy conversations in Spanish to all the tables around us. We had to wait through half our meal to get drink refils. Maybe if I had spoken in Spanish to her we would have received better service!!!

Dnt eat at this place it’s nothing but reverse racism here… waitress walks buy and speaks with other tables while we wait to have our drinks refilled and table cleaned while eating. if I were to speak spanish and not be with a white woman they would be more then happy to help. but since I’m not they rush by our table to talk to other customer in spanish… and forget that we are here I see a big tip on her table and it’s only gonna be a penny…

Good food, pretty busy for a Saturday eve but they were handling it well.
Saw manager on the floor helping out, nice to see.
Place seemed clean and organized…

The reason for my reviews are in the hopes that management in these establishments will try to change things :). The times that I have ate here the service has been slow. Again, just like the one in Perris-​It seems when You eat by your self They ignore You for the longest time.

There’s a Dennys in practically every city in Southern California. Of all the ones I’ve been to, this one seems to be just okay. Nothing super incredible about Dennys. They wrote the book on fast restaurant food. I like to visit Dennys for a quick breakfast That’s about it. The food is not so extaordinary and bland. Service is okay. Nothing to write home about.

People need to realize that its DENNYS with a VALUE MENU. why would you expect a fine dininh experience from a fast food restaurant. You get what you pay for. Appreciate the servers that bust their butts and the management does the best they can. And its in the ghetto so don’t expect to be waited on hand and foot for pancakes. If you don’t like your eggs go home and make them yourself? Aha I can’t believe people and their reviews for this place. Rudeee ever thought of maybe you having to take care of people like you? Okay I’m done aha

Overall my food was just Ok nothing special. I could have gotten a better meal at McDonald’s the food was a bit cold and for some reason this place had a weird smell to it like if the bathroom was plugged and the smell was coming out from their not a very delightful smell. If I had four hands I give this place four thumbs down

I never complain about restaurants but this was the worst Denny’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 45 minutes to get our food after ordering and it was cold. The waitress didn’t come back at all in that time period to ask if we wanted more coffee or drinks. When we finally left, the cashier charged the wrong amounts on our cards.

Had to give it one star cause I can’t give it zero. First of all I walked up to the hostess who seemed confused of who was in my party. When we sat down in a really crunched up booth it took about 25 minutes for a waiter to come and take our order. When we FINALLY got to order he kept forgetting what drinks were going to who. It took about another 30 minutes for us to get our food. And again he was confused on what went where. We never got refills and a person in my party was choking from dry cold food and lack of water. What was supposed to be a nice lunch turned into a 2 hour disaster. I can safely say I won’t be coming here again.

I do not understand all the one star reviews, it is a dennys after all. menu is the same as is the food of all dennys.
all you can really rate is the service. and it’s been nice.
nice to us and more importantly nice to my 6 year old and my 1 year and 7 month old.

Horrible service. We went at 9pm on a Saturday night. Place was almost empty when we walked in. Got a table in about 5 minutes. Then it took 20 for the waitress to get over to taking our order. I asked for a separate plate for my daughter’s hash browns.
The waitress said, «So, you want a separate plate for the hash browns?» She spoke perfect english. So, I’m sure she understood me. 18 minutes later, our food arrived minus the hash browns. I asked for my eggs over medium. They arrived with one egg broken.
15 minutes or so later, we asked her, as she rushed by like we weren’t there, about the hash browns. «Oh yeah. Sorry», and brought them a few minutes later The Banana Bread French Toast was the smallest single slice of bread I’ve ever seen. Maybe 4′ across x 4″. And over cooked. At no time did she ask if we wanted anything else, or if everything was ok. She never came back. .
Meanwhile, the place became VERY busy.
At 10pm, I started waiving a menu around in hopes to get a check from anyone. 15 minutes or so later, I walked behind the counter and asked a guy if he knew where our waitress was. I told him I was waving a menu for a long time. She showed up a few minutes later saying, «Sorry, I was busy with another table.» Dropped the check on the table and scurried away.
My daughter said the toilet in the ladies room flushed every few seconds, making her very uncomfortable. We never told anyone, because no one ever came to the table without us chasing them down.
Then I waited in line for almost 10 minutes just to pay the check, as they were short handed, or just slow. I did leave a 11% tip in hopes that someone might get the idea. I did not talk to the manager, as they were too busy, and it seemed others wanted to discuss their issues too, and my daughter said she was tired of waiting.
So, don’t go in there unless McDonalds is closed, or out of business.

What a disappointment seriously

This is by far the worst Denny’s experience I’ve had. It seems like somewhere, an ominous corporate type must’ve said, «let’s charge the same, but give subpar food. «well if that’s the thinking, then they have succeeded with flying colors.
My wife ordered a bagel, I had the biscuits and gravy (with 1 egg), and the kids got the chocolate chip pancakes. Obviously, the kids liked their stuff (it had chocolate, and they are kids). How did my wife enjoy her bagel? We don’t know, because as the food was coming out, she was informed that they no longer carry bagels. She chose an English muffin while the rest of us already had our food. Her English muffin came out 5 minutes later. My biscuits and gravy were disgusting. They taste sour and made my stomach hurt. That’s that I didn’t even finish it (it was to gross to finish). To top it all off, the «mild roast coffee» that they charge $ 2.09 for was bitter and the first cup they brought me had been really old and microwaved.
To say that I WON’T be back to this Denny’s is an understatement. I would almost wrote off Denny’s all together, but I’m willing to give another location a try. If they fail me again, I’ll simply wrote them off and stick to IHOP (they are right down the road).
