The food was decent… could’ve been better could’ve been worse… The service however, was literally the worst I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I and in our 20’s & are often looked at like we might not be the best tippers (due to our young age) but this waitress Cathy took the cake when it comes to stereotyping. She didn’t come to remove any of the dishes we had at the edge of the table (for the entire meal) never once asked us how everything was or if our drinks needed refreshing. When we did ask her for something she’d walk away mid sentence. She gave us our left overs container and then stated «I can wrap it for you if you can’t do that» And to top it off we got a pitcher to share and it had a nice black hair waiting for us at the end. Naturally, we did not see it until we poured the last glass. So we drank an ENTIRE CONTAMINATED PITCHER!!! So, to say we will never go back is an understatement.

Our experience started off good but turned average pretty quickly. Gave our name and told the wait would be 5 – 10 minutes, and we were seated after about 5 minutes. So far good! Our waiter brought out bread and water– also good.
The food however was merely average. It took a LONG time to receive our food (which we didn’t notice at first because we were chatting but after a while we started to realize). The ribs were charred and had barely any meat on them and the steak that was supposed to be pink was cooked almost all the way through. The French onion soup was hot and the grilled chicken was good– sort of hard to screw that one up though.
The waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating, but we probably won’t return to this Outback any time soon.

We had dinner tonight as a family of 4, and it was great! We were seated promptly (we came early knowing it would be busy later!), hot fresh bread was brought out quickly, drinks were brought out immediately, steaks were perfect, and the service was excellent. Going out with 2 little ones is usually an event but tonight, it was a great experience. We’ll be back!

Really good lunch; food and beverages were just perfect. Salads are very fresh. Sabrina is a great server and Jeannelle’s beverages are terrific!

Went in with my family expecting a nice family diner. They sat us right away but that was probably the only good thing. My husband And I order our steaks medium rare and they came out over done! We decided to eat them and not say anything about it. But what really upset me was that not even once did our waitress which I believe her name was Ivett went to check up on us. We NEVER got refills! My kids wanted ranch and steak sauce but couldn’t get it since she just came back in the end to give us our check! I’ve been to different Outback locations and had an enjoyable dinner but this was just bad!!! I will never be back.

OVERPRICED JUNK FOOD!!! I went into the Moreno Valley location and the experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. Went in around 8pm, place was not empty, and the service was bad. To make things worse, we had not received our food by 9 (an hour later) we still hadn’t received our dinner. Being that it was a work night and I had become tired, I asked for the food to go. Received my $ 60 to go dinner for 2, without flatware, steak sauce or napkins. I felt totally ripped off and would have been much happier eating the JUNK off the dollar menu at McDonalds (which I totally despise)… buy at least would have felt I paid for.

Not good at all… service was Terrible it was my bday and from being seating till we spoke to the manager everything was not professional the waitress was not attendant and me and my girlfriends felt so uncomfortable it was really really really BAD no more Outback steakhouse for me

My Birthday Club just experienced the WORST dinning experience ever at the Outback Steakhouse in Moreno Valley!!! The Proprietor’s name is GREG HEIST… (The franchise owner). From the top to the bottom the service was unbelievably Horrible. We had to ask for bread, water etc, And can you please take our order!!! After more than an hour after being seated. We called the mfr over to complain and he offered no apologies for the slow and unacceptable service. We left the restaurant after the food came to the table… at that point we no longer wanted to patronize this place… Awful experience for the birthday girl in our club to experience on her special day. We will NEVER go here again… People take heed to my warning!!! I can’t even give it a star. That would be giving them to much credit!!!

Was here yesterday with my boyfriend, I have to get gluten free and the gf menu here was amazing! He got a bloomin’ onion and a pasta dish. He said his food was very good and mine was delicious. It wasn’t busy in the restaurant at 2pm. Got in and got out. Good friendly service! Will be back!

Tonight we had amazing service! Request LaShawn she’s wonderful and on top of her tables! I never had to ask her twice for anything! Nor did I have to ask for ice tea refills :) I also loved how friendly she was…

This restaurant had great food but service was horrible. We had one of the most rude servers I have ever ran into. He got all drink orders wrong and continued to get refills wrong. He did not bring out the right sauce for our bloomin onion and it took almost an hour to bring our entrees out. The manager tried to throw a free bloomin onion at us but was not sincere in his apologies.

Not going back, it took about 20 mins to have a waitress getting our drinks order and another 15 to get just the drinks, then another 15 mins to get the food ordered and more and more time waiting for the food to come to our table, the place wasn’t that packed and when we finally got our food, everything was cold, like the waitress brought it after it was served for a while. It is also pricey and portions were small. In overall we didn’t like it.

This place is great but really pricey. I am not a huge fan of red meat but the ribeye steak was pretty darn good. I got it done medium which I’ve never tried and I liked it: p I feel so horrible for liking rawish meat

I’ve been to other outbacks before but this one is disgusting! Steaks came out with hair or on dirty plates. The manager was mark or marty and he was a douchebag. Instead of apologizing, he assured us that we were wrong. This establishment is a poor poor representation to outback’s good name. I thought i had found an oasis in the desert of Moreno Valley while passing through but it was just a mirage ran by an idiot!

Our server was nice but she was very slow. I ordered steak and lobster with a side of mashed potatoes. The restaurant was pretty empty but it took a while for the food to come out. When my food came out they were missing the mashed potatoes she said they are almost done. I finished my meal and still my mashed potatoes were not done. I asked her if they were almost done and she said «I decided to just put them in a To-​go box for you since they took so long» she never even asked me if I wanted them in a to-​go box or not she just decided to put them in that. Then we asked for to-​go boxes and it took her over 5 minutes to get them. I would be more understanding if this outback was busy but it was empty. Also I told our server that it was my grandma’s birthday and they said they don’t celebrate/​sing anymore

The food was good and our bartender was good (unfortunately I don’t know her name, petite with dark tinned glasses). I will NEVER go to this outback again!
First off when we first got there, after ordering I went in the bathroom and it smelled like a sewer! When an employee left the handicapped stall she walked right out without washing her hands. I walked into the stall and realized that’s where the smell had come from. Then the servers were counting their money at the bar and talking crap about the tips they didn’t think we’re good enough. There was a bunch of yelling coming from the kitchen and when we looked around the manager and a cook (while the yelling was going on) were standing by the opening of the kitchen door staring at all of the waitresses asses as they passed by. We finally complained and the manager said, «sorry that’s where the girls count their tips and I didn’t hear any yelling». Wow is all I have to say. Don’t go here.

Generally disappointed with overall experience.
Service was poor. Drinks and blooming onion were very good as well as the fresh bread. Salad was very good. I ordered the rib eye with bone in which was slightly over cooked but tasty served a little on the dry side and tougher than I would expect for a $ 27 steak. Wife ordered fried shrimp which was prepared properly. My son ordered a New York medium which was served well done and dry. Daughter ordered steak salad which she had no complaints. Manager was gracious I asked to have the New York removed from the check which he did
He offered us dessert but we declined. Outback used to be one of my favorite restaurants with consistently great food but the last few years quality and service has suffered. What is top management doing? The secret to improving their business is not
Expensive TV advertising but return to the original standards that I once enjoyed at Outback.

Used call ahead seating to get on the waiting list. Called at 6:25. Showed up at 6:50 and were told «Great! Just 5 minutes.» Several groups walked in and were seated before us. Around 7:25, my husband checked in with the hostess, as we’d been standing in front of her for about a half hour. She told us that our names had been crossed off, but was able to seat us quickly after that. Was a bit annoyed that she wouldn’t think to check that we weren’t skipped after we’d been standing so long.
Our server was very nice, but our service was below average. I ordered a glass of wine and she repeatedly forgot to get it from the bar. Eventually a bus boy brought it out. We ordered two appetizers, but only one came out. The second arrived after we’d finished the first.
Must say, everything we ate was delicious. No problems with the food, which was hot and flavorful. We will not be visiting THIS location again due to service issues, but looking forward to another Outback visit.
