Had a great visit to this store all because of Marcos Saenz, A sprint retail consultant. We went to the store on day st and they gave us no help and were rude, Marcos awnsered all our questions and was patient with us, thank you Marcos.

I was immensely satisfied with my experience here. I was helped by an amazing sales associate Marcos. He made my experience very pleasant. I had many questions, and he answered them all. Great experience at this Sprint store last weekend!!! If you make an appointment you don’t have to wait. But when you walk in make sure you tell them you have an appointment. I want to thank Tim and Margaret for great customer service. They sure know how to treat a customer. I had a small issue when I walked in the door but Tim and Margaret were so wonderful with helping me. I will for sure be back at this store and recommend my family and friends to go here. I got my new phone and love it.

I had the best customer service at the store with Richard, Steve, Liz, Tim and Margaret. They are the nest team that I’ve had the pleasure of learning about the devices, accessories and services. They are my new go to spot. Thanks for all your help guys

While rebooting my phone, the sales rep(Margaret) accidentally ripped off the protective plastic(that covers the home button) of my Lifeproof case. After rebooting my phone, she was ready to send me on my way without even recognizing the damage she had caused to my phone(and certainly without an apology.) When I brought it to her attention, she told me to get a new case through Lifeproof. EXCUSEME??? Her manager(latina woman, whose name I didn’t get) told me the same thing. She even said«there’s no way for me to know if(Margaret) really did that.» I said, «well she’s standing there… go ask her!» To which Margaret vaguely admitted what she’d done. Finally, after holding my ground, the manager gave me a new Lifeproof case, but not without having the final, grammatically incorrect, last word: «Okay, I’m going to go ahead and do this for you this one time. And next time, you need to make sure that you take off your phone case before giving your phone to us to fix, because we’re not RELIABLE for these things.» My response: 1. Whether or not this is the«one time» you have to do this has nothing to do with me. It has to do with Margaret keeping her nails under control. Don’t even act like this was my doing. Like I came into your store to swindle a new phone case from you. Give me a break. 2. If your store policy is to have customers remove their phones from their cases before you will assist them, then that’s what Margaret should have told me. How about, «Sure, I can help you. But can you please remove you phone from case first?» It’s your responsibility to advise your customers of your policies. 3. It’s «liable,» not«reliable.» Yet, clearly, you are not reliable either. So, well said lady.

I have never had such poor customer service as I had to day with the rep, Richard. Although it stated in my plan that he can add a line, I feel he did everything in his power to ensure that I didn’t get it. He refused to speak to customer service to get the same information I was getting saying, «we don’t do that.» I called while at the store and the rep on the phone was willing to give me what I was asking for and as I asked them to put noted in the system so Richard could see it and Richard insisted the notes weren’t written correctly so I still didn’t get what I was entitled.

Worse experience of any cell company lied to and misled about the service I would receive they gave me a hard time when I retuned the phone after 4 days you have been warned I recommend you shop elsewhere

I am canceling my service. The customer service reps in this store are only interested in there own agenda and not helping there customers. Jeanilee T is right on the money“Deceitful greedy scumbags work here.” I broke my phone and just wanted to get it insured with an open mind for upgrading my phone and upgrading my contract. The only thing the sales assistant was interested in was changing my contract to the new limited data contract and said I had no other option. I told him I was going to quit my contract and he said«quit then». I asked for the young African american’s name and he refused to give it to me. I asked another rep for his card and he gave me a car with the wrong name. My mother called customer service because she is the primary account holder and Anthony was very helpful to her. He explained to her that they were incorrect and that I should have no problem getting what I need. I went back to the store and Arron K assisted me at the front he explained to me that even though I already waited in line earlier and was mistreated I would still have to wait I n line again for an hour and a half. He also said that they would not do a 2 year phone upgrade in the store and that I had to go online. I asked Arron for his full name and he refused to give it to me. I asked him for his card and he said he did not have one. Something needs to be done about the people who run this store for Sprint as a whole. To make a long story short They wasted half of my day and I still have a broken phone. Im done!!! I am sure other on this corporate account are right behind. Sprint customer service is the worst service ever!

Whenever we go, there is no one here! We never have to wait and everyone is super friendly. I had an issue with my bill and spoke to Megan, the manager on duty, she was so helpful and as nice as pie! She knew who I was when I walked in the door from our conversation on the phone. And had even had all of my information ready and waiting for me. And I had called in the morning and came into the store in the evening. Save you’re time and patience, don’t go to the one on gateway/day street, drive the extra few miles and go to this one!

My visit today to this location reminded me of why I have remained a loyal Sprint customer for so many years. My phone has been acting up and it turns out I had a swollen battery that the insurance and warranty no longer covers. Alfie could sense my frustration, but he went through all the deals they had on the phones and ended up recommending an upgrade which was more worthwhile than ordering a new battery since my phone was outdated. He tried to accommodate my needs the best he could and ended up selling me a phone that was perfect for me. He also somehow talked me into getting the landline deal(which I have not had one in years) as well as some accessories that came in handy. They all seemed like a good deal when he presented it to me. The store was not that crowded compared to other locations, they do offer a repair tech center, but those ladies leave about an hour before the store closes. Alfie was helpful and set all my equipment up for me. It is so convenient to have a Sprint store so close to home. Highly recommend this location!

This place is a brand new corporate sprint store. Great customer service and the wait for repair is not long at all. This is my new favorite sprint store! Yay :)
