I get good service almost every time I’m here. There was about one or 2 moments when someone has gotten a little snappy but I have seen enough good business from them to chalk it up as a bad day. They help me with all of my questions, only offer me the best products, and always try to find the best deals. I feel like the employees there actually like their jobs and are knowledgeable. At times there is a bit of a wait but it’s a busy store so it’s understandable.

i signed up a few months ago. some girl with braces freaking added this service called«jump» without my knowledge, she didn’t mention it or anything. she literally added this extra service with out telling me. after 5 months i go online to my tmobile account and i finally catch it. really pisses me off… when you sign up make sure to tell them NOT to add any extra service because that’s what they will do if you don’t say otherwise.

I’ve never really had a problem at this location. Service was always relatively quick, and the people were always pretty friendly. I got my Motorola Cilq here then my Galaxy S2 and finally my S4. Oh and if you’re worried about parking, you can always park on the other side of the building by the bank. The three or four spaces in front kinda suck. I don’t visit here often but like I said, I’ve never had a problem here
