Two road-weary travelers needed a break. We spotted Jack’s sign from 101, and stopped in. Mistake. The coffee was putrid and lukewarm. The tacos were fine. Disappointing, ’cause I love Jack’s coffee. Oh well.

I had hoped to have the problem solved before writing this review but unfortunately On behalf of Jack-in-the-Box none of those promises were followed up on. One evening before taking my daughter to dance class I took her by to get something to eat for dinner I had made my order through drive-through pulled up gave her my card watch her take cash from another employee to get change for that employee with her same gloves on went to the back to make my kids food I told the employee to tell her to change her gloves apparently she had when she came back to the front to give me my money back with no cloves on!!! We will no longer be going back there again until they all know to change cloves when suppose to and wash their hands every hour on the hour!!! Common sense people

Everything was as I ordered it, but the manager called my order and then immediate left it on the counter to do something else. I had to ask someone else for ketchup. I had also ordered an egg roll, and there wasn’t sweet and sour sauce in my bag! So while I ate my food in the dining area, I watched the crew. Everyone BUT this manager was giving attentive and friendly service. In fact, I lost count of how many scowls I watched this guy give. I felt sorry for this crew. I know we can’t give names, but let’s just say this guy’s name tag should have instead read«JK», because he was a joke!

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER!!! Everytime I go to this Jack in the Box they mess up my order. The drive-thru is the worst. You have to repeat your order like 3 times and they still get it wrong. They take your full order and charge you all the money, sure, but you’ll be damned if you get it all in the bag. The kid at the drive-thru dropped my change so I had to dig out some more to give him. Checked the bag, «Where’s my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger?» From the time I pulled round and parked the kid was already off drive-thru duty on break so I guess that explains why he didn’t give a shit to do his job right. So we tell the manager we’re missing a burger and he goes«What? I don’t believe you!» digs thru our bag without gloves on or anything, fingering our onion rings, before he goes to replace the burger. Didn’t realize till we got home«DAMNITTHEYFORGOTOURBREAKFASTJACKTOO!!!» We didn’t get a receipt and didn’t feel like going back so we had to just eat our money instead of a delicious breakfast jack. Stick to the Jack in the Box off Monterey, that kind of stuff never happens to me there.

Decided to use the drive-thru and was not very amused. I pulled up to the window and waited between a munite to a minute and a half. Finally a mans voice came throught the speaker «Can i take your order» a simple welcome to jack in the box would have been nice. I ordered a number 11 large meal with a sprite, regular fries. He replied «you want a number 11» –yes «What size?» large «What kind of drink”-sprite «Coke?» –no, sprite «Regular or curly?» regular So after all of this i was waiting for a total. He came back on and said «ok, number 11 large with a coke» «would you like cheese?» i had to re explain the order. It was the same thing all over again. This is rediculous. There was nobody else in the drive thru either before or after me. What kind of fast food place does this? Im sure that the wait time to place an order is not supposed to be 4 to 5 minutes.

I know it’s kind of off to Unilocal a fast food place, but I just find this particular Jack in the Box to be awesome enough to warrant it! The staff here is always so friendly and greet you with a smile at the drive-thru. They also take care to make sure your order is correct, and everything is presented nicely and thoughtfully(as opposed to just slung in a bag). I recently happened to be on other side of town and visited the second Jack in the Box location in Morgan Hill… it was not even close to the same level of service and food quality. Excellent place to get fast, consistent and tasty food!

I like this fast food place! I live nearby and use this restaurant pretty regularly, about once a month. The food is always freshly made, the service is fast, it’s clean and the staff is super friendly — and all consistently so. Good job!

I don’t remember ever having too bad an experience here. Then again, I pretty much just drop in to redeem the latest buy one get one free coupon. The latest one was for the recently introduced waffle breakfast sandwich, and I was surprised when they asked if I wanted to substitute a different sandwich instead of getting a second waffle sandwich. I got the ultimate breakfast sandwich instead. They were both warm, fatty, and filling. It’s one of the only Jack in the Box locations in town, and I don’t see much wrong with it. Just counteracting the negative reviews a bit.

No Bacon. No Bacon no Bacon. I ordered items that do not contain Bacon yet my order had Bacon on it. I do not eat pork and when this happens it makes me upset. Been here twice and it has happened twice.

This is one of two JITB’s in Morgan Hill. The other one, located downtown, is not even worth mentioning because they have far more service issues and limited hours. This Jack In The Box has their Drive-Thru open 24/7, with the exception of closing every once in awhile for maintenance. First off, the food itself is fairly high quality, and consistent. There are a number of items to choose from, and breakfast is available anytime, unlike a lot of other places. They will also feature special menu items which are available for a limited time, and they sometimes change often. The DT service(especially at night) used to be great at this particular location, but in recent months, especially during my last visit here early this morning, has gotten a bit worse, which is the main reason I give a 2-star rating here. For example, the last two times they forgot part of my order; the sauces, napkins, etc. I had to go back through again, and another time had to go drive back through a THIRD time because they did not include yet another item. I also find that some of their staff are a bit terse or not very friendly when taking orders. In fact, it’s a pretty fair guess that you will be told repeatedly«Will this complete your order…» over and over again after each item(s). Other than that, the food here is really not that bad, so long as you can cope with the drive-thru order screw-up’s.
