McDonald’s

I got a simple order that they messed up. No big deal, but they insisted that I ordered incorrectly. Annoying.

The food is pretty much always terrible. I usually just avoid this place. Last time I went they were out of hash browns

So unbelievably awful.
Messed up ⁸⁄₁₀ orders, and I only return here because its closest to my home. Manager as can be and they don’t know customer service…

This gets 3 stars. Waiting in line with only 1 girl at counter and waiting on food takes away stars. Plus side has kids play area that totally entertained 3 year. Food was ok. I don’t expect any more from a McDonalds

I stopped for an ice cream cone and was listening to the TV and the manager had someone turn down the volume without asking if I was interested. I’ve stopped at this location before and sometimes the TV is not that interesting. They also have a trash can that blocks the handicap passenger from getting out. I requested they move it but it didn’t appear they cared.

Have been to this McDonald’s several on my way to work in the past few months. It’s never open on tine at 5am. I usually have to wait 10 minutes for the drive thru to open. I’m not the only car waiting. I’ve also been given the wrong items on multiple occasions over the past few years when I’ve been the only car or one of two in line. I can’t believe this still goes on. I wish the corporation would pop in early and slap the franchise owner with a Big Mac!

McDonald’s…I am seriously concerned! I had my first McDonald’s 13 cent hamburger in 1966 at your only Sacramento, California location. At that time your burgers were novelties but were actually quite tasty. Now in the 21^st century, even though your food offerings only rate as uninspired at best, the socially and mechanically inept workers the company employs merits some serious reconsideration. Scholars ruminate about declining face-​to-​face social skills in our Twitter, Instagram, etc. world. Did I say I was concerned?
My grandson and I stopped at the Morgan Hill (Condit Rd) location on our way back from a San Francisco Giants baseball game. We approached the counter and quickly discovered the ordering registers were in a mechanical miasma. Two young ladies were sniping at each other on how to remedy the situation. After waiting 12 minutes, the two finally had the mental acumen to summon the manager who punched several buttons on the two registers and voila! McDonald’s was back in business. OK… mechanical glitches can bite any business. No problem there.
Ready to return to her usual routine, Yunissa (or Younilla… hard to read her name tag) snarled, «Whatdaya want?» McNuggets, fries and a Sprite for my grandson and a medium Coke for me. Order placed and about 11 minutes later our order was ready. My ever polite grandson, offered a timorous «Thank You.» Our clearly perturbed food server shoved the bag containing the food toward us without a reciprocal word to the «thank you.» Sad… very sad!
This WILL NOT be my last stop at the Condit Rd. McDonald’s. I have an enduring faith that an institution that has endured the mercurial highs and lows in the fast food industry can rise above the social ineptitude and lassitude of its employees like the young lady who served us and continue to provide its customers with pleasant and efficient service. C’mon McDonald’s…get it together!

The perfect place to make a stop even it wasn’t right off the freeway. The bathroom was clean and the parking lot was had enough sports to park and run in

Great friendly staff. felt no pressure to order quickly upon arriving 10 mins before they closed tonight. wont mind making this stop again when im looking to order late night at a drive thru.

Everytime I come here for breakfast they always forget the cheese on my sausage egg and biscuit I am always calling and reporting them this time I went and got a chicken sandwich and waited a while for it when I finally did get it and get home before I even opened it I could smell the bun was burnt I am so sick of this McDonalds I will never go there again I’ve called and complained you would think they would get it by now

What is wrong with your coke machine?! Every time I’ve been here, the coke is super watered down. Friends and family have gone there and noticed the same thing. Also, the restaurant is super gross inside. Drive thru is quick and the order is usually correct, but I find myself going to J.I.T.B. next door because their coke isn’t watered down.

Not only were they very slooooow, the manager needs to learn about correct language and customer service. When I asked her if that was my order, all I got from her was
«yeah». Yeah? You can say «Yeah» to family and friends, but to a customer? I asked her again and again she said «yeah». What an idiot with no class. Wouldn’t even think about going to this place again.

I really just stopped here to go use the restroom on my way back to SFO from Monterey. The restroom was pretty clean but I ended up buying coffee there.
That’s how McDonalds gets you. Nothing comes free.

Came here for a quick restroom break and one dollar iced tea. Clean and fast service (probably because there was no one there)
Parking was easy. Would recommend people to come here for a quick restroom break.
