Got a ham croissan’wich this morning in the drive thru and got to my destination opened it up and was not surprisingly disappointed yet again with this place. Burnt bun, The picture speaks for itself. Never ever again Burger King!

Had a good experience my breakfast was served really fast. The sit in area was actually really comfortable. The mini hash browns were bomb but the French Toast not so much. The employees were friendly and I didn’t feel rushed overall pretty satisfied

The drive thru takes too long!!! Waited for almost 20 mins. Instead of asking the car in front to move to wait for the rest of there order. And they got our order wrong and didn’t give the recite and argued with us when we told them that we ordered a number 2 and they never gave us fries or our drink. They have a bunch or idiots working the drive thru no wonder people don’t like coming here. Never again.

I was there yesterday and I came inside because the drive thru is a joke(but not the funny kind) and I walk in to see an employee running out of the bathroom, My husband had to go so he went in after the employee came out. As soon as the employee came out of the bathroom his manager starts yelling at him that he took to long in the bathroom, the employee goes on to say it took him so long because there was a big mess that he didn’t think he should leave there. She straight up called him a liar and told him«It’s OK when you went to the bathroom I clocked you out so you have 8 minutes left on your lunch», the employee was furious because YAHECLEANEDTHEBATHROOM and WASN’T GOINGTOGETPAIDFORHISTIME, thats hella illegal. When the employee tried to ask the store manager why the other manager is acting like this with him and the store manager told him he couldn’t work anymore today and clocked him out herself, and walked him to the door. When the employee demanded an explanation, they wouldn’t give him one so the store manager tried to shove him out the door. He left and they were all proud of what they did, saying they were afraid for their lives. After the kid had left they called the cops on him. They are absolutly rotten at this BK so DONTGOTHERE. I felt hella bad for the guy, he lost his jobs, got the cops called on him and all because the two manager women who are EVIL people. THEONLYGOODTIMETOGOTOTHISBKISBETWEEN11pm and 3am, might take a lilttle longer than usual but you’ll get good service and nice freshly cooked food

Two visits, two incomplete orders and kids heart broken to eat burgers without fries. Understaffed, clearly lacking sop’s that ensure your order makes it into your bag. Don’t leave the drive through without checking your complete order. Also what was received was over cooked, imagine this place goes out of business soon as I certainly won’t take my business there again.

Geez!!! Either you pick McDonalds or Burger King? Going through the drive thru at night not only takes forever but they only accept cash employees need better training or customer service skills. Ordering takes 15 minutes and another 15 just to get it and if they screw up your back at the drive through for another 15 minutes. Rather go home and sleep than waste 30 minutes of my time for managers who don’t care about their customers

Ghetto fab ok. Maybe the manager of the window cashier should tell their staff having literally TEN fresh hickies all over the front of your neck is not only tacky but gross ok? We know you obviously had a night of passion, but there’s no need to show everyone your«badge of honor» or «possession mark» as I like to call them. Cover that shh up with makeup, a scarf, or turtle neck PLEASE. I know big girls need love too but it’s not cool to be all showing it off like you’re bragging or something. I don’t know if I even wanna go there again.

Can’t say much about the food. It’s the usual fast food you would expect. The 4 stars are for the service. I come here only a couple of times a month. But every time I am here, the service is always great. The staff are always super nice and welcoming and smiling even when they are understaffed and swamped with customers.

They got my order correct, which is usually a problem since I special order everything, but the fact it took 15 minutes in line till my order was taken, another 10 for the cashier to even acknowledge me, and then getting to the final window to be screamed at «HERE!» then have my bag literally thrown at me… Ugghhh, will NEVER go here again. I see why you have a help wanted sign in front because your workers are all complete unprofessional assholes.

Currently sitting in the drive through for what has now been 20 minutes at 9 pm Surely this is a joke. I expect no apologies but my order better be correct, which is something this BK struggles with more than any other fast food joint I’ve frequented.

This location sells bags of ice! Located same lot as Safeway — Safeway sells $ 4 for a bag of ice but BK sells it for less than $ 2 with tax. When it’s a major holiday they will not sell ice but other than that far better deal compared to your normal list of stores who sell ice.

Depending on what time of day you decide to eat here, you may not be happy with the service. I walked up to the counter and browsed the menu for about 2 minutes before i was greeted with«what can i get you» I asked for a number 2 with no pickles. large. After a long pause she gave me my total and i handed her my card. The lady walked away with my card to finish her conversation with another employee there. She came back to the counter and swiped my card then she turned to the lady she was having a conversation with and yelled out to her«your change is on the counter!» Finally, 6 to 10 minutes into my visit i received my card and receipt. About 10 seconds later I got my order. As i was walking out she gets my attention and asked to swap out my double whopper as it was the wrong sandwich in my bag.

Came to this Burger King located at 830 E Dunne Av, in the same center as Safeway and Home Depot. Decided the drive thru was the quickest route, NOT! The party in front of us obviously knew the take out cashier and engaged in almost 5 minute conversation with her. The cashier, Maria, completely ignored the next customer(me) and continued to have her discussion. Once the other party vacated, I drove up and she never even apologized for her rudeness. I not only will not be coming here again-especially based on prior reviews-I will be contacting corporate. I don’t expect much. My advice, go to McDonalds, Jack in the Box or anywhere but here.

By far the worst customer service especially after 10 pm. At times I have sat at the drive thru for 10 – 15 just to place an order when I am the only one in the drive thru! Once I do get to place my order I have to wait another 15 more minutes before I get my meal! All the surrounding restaurants open late at night get you in and out ASAP!

I ordered the fish sandwich meal with a drink and fries. I don’t normally review fast food places, but this BK has way cool and comfortable table and chairs, very classy seating for a fast food place. I’m not always a fan of fast food, but this one BK location has quite the ambiance.

We came to this Burger King, instead of the one in Gilroy because it was rated higher… What a joke!!! Slow service, cashier didn’t even acknowledge us for two minutes! Trash & crumbs on every table, employee just walked bye it all !! Really… What are the employees paid for?!! At $ 5 for a cooler whopper, and it wasn’t even busy — 2 ppl in the whole dining area, and drivethru just a couple cars! Need I say more!?! :-/

On 6−25−13 I bought a Chicken Sandwich. When I took a bite, heard a loud crack and it broke off my tooth. I contacted the District Manager she said«Do not worry it must have had a bone in it». Not to worry about anything that their insurance company would take care of it. It has been 2 months of calls not being returned and rude people stating that there is now nothing they will do. What a sad excuse for a company. The food is actually unsafe to eat and they refuse to do anything about it. The only advice I can give is to stay away from this and all Burger Kings.
