McDonald’s

This place is very unfriendly and pushy staff. I brought my small well trained dog (all my dog was doing was sitting) in to this place. As soon as I came in they looked at my dog and didn’t say anything then one of the working yelling out order numbers looked at me and yelled, «YOU CAN’T HAVE THAT DOG IN HERE!» So I politely apologized and left to put my dog into my car with someone. I came back and tried to order but they were very rude while taking me order. They don’t have any no dogs, exempt service dogs inside signs on the door or around the door. They could have said, «sir we unfortunately we can’t have you in here with your pet unless they are a service animal.» I would have been fine with that.

I should have listened to the reviews. Slow service and worst ICED Coffee!!! EVER! Taste like crap!!! Staff needs some training!!!

Apparently I’m leaving the first 5 star review. I stayed away from this location for a while because of all the bad reviews, but I finally decided to give it a try and paid particular attention to the service. Well I think the negative reviews did their job to bump of the service here. I have now been here three times and can say that I have experienced good and friendly service every time. They did lose my order the second time. When I finally asked about it they apologized for the mistake and hand delivered my meal to my table with a larger portion than I had ordered. I have also not had a problem with anyone not speaking or understanding English well. Whatever problems this location had in the past seem to be gone, as of September 2015 anyway. Give it a try.

Slow af… was in drive thru for 30 minutes’ made me late to work!!! watching the kid pour my coffee gave me anxiety looking at the depressed look on his face

this mcdonalds is the worse mcdonalds ever! their customer service is poor they are rude and they dont even care about their customers. I went in today and i had to stand there for 5 minutes before anyone even noticed me and once they finally did i had repeatedly told the lady no mayonaise so when i got my order she completely ignored that and there was globs of mayo. normally this wouldnt be that big of a deal but im highly allergic to it and i couldve have been severely sick. so when i brought back my sandwich the lady gave me a dirty look. then, my mom said her hamburger tasted old and when she brought it back she asked to speak to the manager and the manager didnt even care. when we went to sit back down i overheard the maager talking to her employees (in spanish) about me and since i can understand spanish i completely heard her bad mouthing us and telling them we were just bitches if you want to be treated nicely dont ever go to this mcdonalds!

Slooooow, unfriendly, no self-​serve soda fountain. Have had to repeat my order more than once on more than one occasion. Isn’t the McDonald’s menu part of every language on Earth??? Apparently not.

This McDonald’s in Vineyard Town Center, is bar none, the worst in Morgan Hill, period.
The main problems with this location are that the Drive Thru staff have a difficult time understanding (and speaking) the English language, therefore if you speak Spanish to the order takers, you likely won’t have this problem. Nevertheless, the DT will likely get your order incorrect most of the time, I can virtually guarantee it. You are also very likely to come away with no straws, napkins, or other utensils, which is beyond annoying.
If you complain to the drive through clerks, they will likely give you a bad look and accuse you of not being clear with your order. They will argue and say your order was correct.
I’ve been to this location a number of times both during breakfast, and lunch. The lackluster service was the same nearly every time. In fact, I stopped coming to this McDonald’s. Save your time, and aggravation, and goto the one on Cochrane instead. That store has their act together.

Can anyone here speak english? Can anyone here get the order correct. Can you consistantly say no pickle, no salt on the fries and its as if YOU spoke a foreign language? Mmmm, yep.
