KFC

Very disappointed in service and quality of food. Food was not freshly made, wedges were cold. Chicken Meal sizes looked like kids meals. Environment of the restaurant did not give a sense of cleanness. Flys roaming, and a specific smell you get when you walk into the restaurant. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Sold me raw chicken wings! I bit into too! Went in to talk to a manager and there wasn’t any manger there. After a being relentless the clerk called her and she said she is on her way in from union city! She had him take down my name and number and said she’ll give me a call back also asked if I wanted to exchange for something else or get my money back. I told him it’s not about the money it’s about the health issues. I also called into the one 1800-​number to file a complaint. I hope I don’t get sick from this. The clerk said the chicken is pre-​cooked and they cook it in an oven at a set time perhaps the oven wasn’t hot enough.

Had a horrible meal here… Every other KFC I’ve been to is awesome, but the one in Morgan Hill is terrible… Bad customer service, they always forget to give me my sauce, or a drink, or something… Went there last night and ordered a combo… They forgot to give me sauce, drink, and my side of corn! Geez… I can understand a mistake here and there, but this is EVERYTIME I go in there… Always a problem.

This has got to be the worst KFC I have ever been in. I have visited this place several times and I repeatedly get the slow unresponsive service and every time 20 minutes after ordering they need to make a change cause they don’t have what I ordered. Terrible customer service.

Everytime I’ve come here, and that’s about 3 times or so in the last 2 years, the staff have always been rude for no reason. It’s like what someone else said on here, they act as though they’re doing you the favor for waiting on you and taking your order.
My wife and I went through the drive-​through today, because we got a craving for barbecue chicken sandwiches. I even said as we were driving into the drive through that their customer service has always been rude. They did not prove me wrong this time either.
We placed our order for a barbecue chicken sandwich meal. The lady through the speaker said they did not have any barbecue chicken made already, and that we would have to wait. Her excuse was that they didn’t have any made in the morning (it was 1:30 in the afternoon when we went) and that they had a lot of orders inside to get to (there was 1 car in front of us and 2 cars total in the parking lot). We asked how long it would take, and she replied «I’m not really sure, we have a lot of orders inside right now and it could take maybe 10 mins.»
After that exchange, we reversed out of the drive thru, thankfully nobody was behind us.
I’m sure I will eventually try coming back here sometime in the future, since it’s the only one in Morgan Hill, but every time I do, I warn myself to be ready to deal with rudeness.

I can not believe I went to KFC again but I did a few days ago as I wanted something a bit different. So I got what I was looking for. A few years back KFC’s chicken was like rubber. It was not really eatable. The food is not five star by no means but it reminds me of the fried chicken we had in Iran when I was a teenager before I ran away. With skin and deep fried the calorie count is beyond acceptable realm of human wisdom while trying to lose weight in particular. But three peaces with no other sides is quite manageable. Yes I am now new again. I am fresh and nutty again but unfortunately my metabolism has slowed down since I was 18 so don’t expect to see me on any better shape any time soon if I keep up with this thing. Black Bear Diner and KFC, the corner stone of wholesome diet vision.

Excellent service here! The workers are all very cheerful, and helpful. This is by far the best KFC I have ever been too! The food is always cooked to full quality. The management here is on point!

The chicken here is «usually» fresh and hot, and there isn’t really a problem in the freshness department. However, we’ve gotten chicken here before that tasted like it was from the morning shift, and we are here at 5PM.
Around dinner time, the place is jam-​packed with customers, so ordering can get a bit hectic, especially when they forget side dishes and only give you 5 ketchup packs when you specifically ask for a handful or extra please. You drive off and have to come back to collect the missing items. This shouldn’t be too difficult to remember, as working to fulfill a customer order on the busiest of times should not impact your judgment. I worked there for 2 years, back in 93 – 95 (scored 103 on a secret shopper on Superbowl day; trust me, it was packed)
However, the restaurant inside seems to be covered with FLIES. As long as the chicken is piping hot when it gets home, I think the germs are nuked, hopefully. If they get their flies situated, I may be coming back more often, but for now, I will stay away.

Be careful! !!! We have been trading at this KFC for yrs, however this time [this week] was really bad. We both got sick, the chicken was old and we found a human hair [ not from the head] in the coleslaw. The manager gave us a refund for our meal, but we were still sick,
I told an assoc. at work about it and she said she just got salmonella poisoning from eating there. The work area was dirty. Tables were dirty.
We won’t go back there ever again.
I may call the health dept before someone dies. YYYUUUKKK.

Went to KFC near closing time. I asked for wedge fries with my order… «Sorry, but we’re out of wedge fries.» What?! Minus 1 on my Unilocal review. I substituted corn instead. Then, «Oh, and we’re out of biscuits.» Uh oh, minus 2 on my Unilocal review. We drive up to the window and they announce big smiles, «Sorry guys about the shortages tonight. Dinner is on us. And we gave each of you extra chicken.» I also found an extra corn. If that doesn’t deserve a 5-​star rating, I don’t know what does. Kudos to the management for turning a negative to a great big positive!

Went for the first time recently and am so glad we did. Lilia took care of our order and even made changes for us to accomodate different people’s orders/​requests within our group. Super friendly staff, clean restaurant, and quick service– not to mention great food!

The crew in afternoon on Saturday. Is AWSOME. Best service ever… Really!!!

I was across the street at HD today and got a huge wiff of kfc. I have to tell you it sent me crave’n some chicken bites… much to my dissatisfaction this place completely annihilated these poor little chicken bites. They tasted like they were cooked to order 2 hours before I ordered them and then nuked for me when I finally came through the drive-​thru. Horrible. I’ll never go back

It’s KFC, what were you expecting?
About 2 to 3 times a year, I get a hankering for the over-​salted blood pressure boiling Colonel. Why? Because I’m a product of America. Over eating, over salted, over sugared blob of mindless flesh.
So when I need to get my fix, I go to the first KFC I can find. I usually get the same thing, half crispy half original recipe. Now this is the only KFC in town, so it’s not like we have choices. But in general, for how tiny this KFC is, it really could use a ton of improvement.
1. They need to keep the place clean! It’s always dirty every time I go there. The dining area is dirty, behind the counter is dirty.
2. You have to wait a while for chicken. Um, hello, it’s KFC. That’s what you are supposed to have ready, Chicken!
3. I get that you want to help me. But asking what I want 1 second after my eyes just looked up at the menu isn’t helping.
Again, KFC has become just a «need a fix» food for me, and thank goodness I only go there a couple times a year. This KFC though needs some help.

This kfc is the greatest place on the planet. For fast food this place is excellent. It’s clean and fast. The service sets it apart from other fast food chains. The people have always been friendly and nice as well as very accommodating. I love this place and think it is the best restaurant in Morgan hill
