Ordered pizza and Found long strands of hair on my slices of pizza, called managment of pizza hut and they were very rude and stated there wasnt anything they couldnt do about it. very rude & nasty.

When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 6 minutes!
You’ve been here in town for over a year and you still don’t have gluten free crust option…
I do like Pizza Hut pizza but I can’t give this place my business. Plain and simple.

Ok. I only complaint I have is why do you have to lazily throw raw spinach on a cooked pizza? This is the ONLY pizza place to do this. How about you put ALL the ingredients on the pizza THEN throw in the oven to enhance the flavor of the spinach? I’m just saying!

They use to be really good and the last few times have been terrible. They have been really late quit a few times. Last time we ordered wings they were literally not cooked. (Picture will be uploaded later) I’m never ordering again!

Seriously so incredibly furious with the service at this place. Waited twice as long as they said to me for ONE pizza delivery. And when I called to check up on it, the lady had the nerve to lie about calling me.

I had placed an online order around 1pm and had been waiting for almost an hour for a pizza, hot wings, and a 2 liter of soda. I called them only to find out that the driver was «on a lunch break» and that the items wouldn’t be delivered until he got back. The employee told me that the estimated time my food would be delivered was going to be another 45 minutes… seriously??? Almost 2 hours to get a pizza delivered??? It’s the last time they get my money.

Its simple, Please cook my pizza and wings for an xtra 10 minutes.
When they do it, they do it well.
when they dont, they Fxxx it up.
Called in asking for a simple half pep/​Half combo cooked xtra & wings cooked xtra I was told no problem now, its when they say no problem to quick & deliver in 35 minutes is when I should have known there was a problem…
My wife loves Pizza Hut which means yes un fortunately I will be ordering again…
In the past its happened more than a few time that I call ahead toi give them extra time for the well done pizza & when I get there I have to wait for an xtra 15 minutes so they can put my pizza in the oven again.
Its a simple procces, You have to get it correct, please…
You are just making me drive down to Via Mia Pizza Guys-​Yes they are more expensive but no surprises-​Just a clean product as ordered

I wish I could give zero. Dumb #$$ in the back were so rude. I ordered told a time came to get wasn’t ready told to wait 5 waited 15 asked where’s my pizza they forgot it 7 more minutes. I told them are they sure I have a house full of guest and no hostess or pizza they offered manager said sure manager told emp. Tell her I’m busy I’m not going over… my frustration went from 5 to 10 got s refund got Dutchman’s cost more but money well spent. Great pizza good just service. I would never go back. Owner should be ashamed and embarrassed of his store based on all these negative reviews of his location. Two thumbs down!

The building is nice and new. The employees have no experience and lack judgement. The quality sucks. They were confused on what I ordered online (it’s all there!!!)
I Submitted deal online for 2 for $ 10. Got charged almost $ 14 and was told that’s that tax and they weren’t aware of any deals. This was placed online!!! I can’t believe they couldn’t count. I wasn’t going to argue. Customers were already angry and it was a Friday evening.
I’m not sure what’s going on in there. I wouldn’t trust the integrity of the food after seeing how often customers become irate after dealing with their «staff». I wonder if they’re consuming too much oregano back there.

The quality of the food here is horrible, I just went in to take back some chicken wings that were not even cooked! They still had full blood in them. Don’t they know how to heat up food? I mean you just throw them in the oven. I mean that really just upset my stomach by just even looking at the uncooked bloody wings. I will upload a picture if possible. Dont buy wings here

I went online and preordered two pizzas, wings & breadsticks. I got to the store right on time and was told my order would be ready in 14 minutes. When I asked why when I preordered online did they not begin my order until the pickup time. All I got in response was a shrug and a grunt.
If you look at the other reviews you will see another person who had to wait after using their online order system. Obviously it is of ZERO value in speeding up the process.
I thought I would give the relatively new place in town a try. Ok now that this experiment failed, I will go back to My Pizza, easily the best pizza in town.

Store is clean & service is fast. Every time I go into the store I always see this employee who always looks mad & takes orders without eye contact and not to mention she never saying hello to the customer. I’ve witnessed this employee on two separate occasions use profanity while talking to customers. I don’t see that as very good customer service. Pizza Hut, please have your employee by the name of Vanessa (evening shift) properly trained if she is going to be dealing with customers.

I ordered the large combo pizza and was delivered something else, called the store on 8÷23÷13 @ 5:30pm and talked to manager Alera. She was polite and replaced my order. Kudos to the Morgan Hill Pizza Hut 15 790 Montery Rd

Not gonna lie, I only went out here to redeem a grand opening coupon for a $ 5 one topping «large» pizza. Obviously I had to go for a pepperoni, and there was a reasonable amount of it in the pizza. I was happy with the relatively quite location in a non-​busy strip mall, and I also didn’t need to wait beyond the 15 minute quoted ready time for takeout. The pizza was decent, but I’m not expecting «mindblowing» out of a chain like this anyway.

This is a new place and is still working out the kinks. I used the Pizza Hut app to order. The pizza wasn’t ready until about 30 minutes past the time the app said it would be. Place was busy, all the customers seemed to have coupons in hand, maybe that was the reason the staff was somewhat confused. The pizza was just ok. If you like pizza totally without any oil on the crust like frozen pizza’s come then you’ll like it here. I like a little olive oil on my crust. Ordered extra cheese didn’t really get it. I think there are lots better places for pizza in Morgan Hill.
