Round Table Pizza

I’ve been a customer here for over 10 years. I usually pick up but yesterday I asked for delivery. Pizza was late and they got my order wrong. I called to let them know and was greeted by a very rude woman who claimed to be the manager. She said she remembered taking my order and that I was the one who ordered the pizza wrong and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked to speak to another manager or owner and she refused and said there was nothing they could do. I told her I would call Round Table corporate and sort it out, she almost dared me to and said, «go ahead.» Such poor customer service and a terrible way to treat a long time customer. Plenty of other options in Morgan Hill. Time to take my money elsewhere.

This is as good as pizza gets! I have been coming here for years, the staff has always been amazing. Courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. They always supply you with plates, never forget the condiments, always double check your order when ordering and when you pick up. the taste is consistent and always the best. They have a lunch special which is awesome. Different types of pizza, all you can eat pizza and salad. They always have coupons you can use and try to save you money. You can always use your AAA card for a discount here which is great. Great place for a pizza party and pizza is always ready on time.

I had the best experience with Round Table today! They were awesome!
I called ahead of time to order a pizza a specific way and they totally did it for me! Heart-​shaped to be exact!. We had previously talked to Fabiola, which is such a sweet person, and she let us know to talk to Jessica today about this to get my order in. Nobody else wanted to do this for me! Like how hard is it to make it right? Anyways, I called Jessica today and she got my order in right away and had it ready by the time I went in to pick it up. She was very pleasant to talk to when I called and helped me make a choice on other things I wanted to order. The pizza was very good and their hot wings were awesome too! .
Not only did they get my order exactly how I wanted it and on time, but when I arrived, they were very friendly as well. I will definitely be ordering from them again! Thank you guys! You’re the best! :)

The pizza was excellent! they even got it delivered a half hour earlier than they estimated. A little expensive, but what isn’t these days? (I got the king Arthur’s Supreme)

I caved. Swore I’d never go back to Round Table. But with Dutchman’s closing, my options were almost nil. I ordered online at 4pm for a 6pm delivery. I selected the option to pay when it’s delivered. The delivery guy showed up at 6:15 and said I had to pay in cash. I didn’t have cash. He told me I had to call the store to give them my cc info. I called and was put on hold for 8 min. Someone else comes on the line, asks me «for here or to go»? Uhm What!!! I said I ordered online and need to pay via phone. Back on hold I go. 5 min later a woman with thick accent asks for my order #. I said can’t you look it up? She said no. I asked delivery guy for the order #. I then closed my door again, the man is still outside looking at me through window. I am giving my cc info and he rings my doorbell. Again, WTH? I open and he said «Hi, sorry». The woman is saying all is well, I am paid, I hand my phone to the delivery guy so he can hear her say «it’s paid for». I sign his receipt and close the door. He rings the bell, I open and he said «You put my tip here, ok»? Pointing to my signed receipt. So 25 min later, we’re eating the pizza, it wa cold and soggy. Never again.

I give this place 5 stars because regardless of the service, I’m never disappointed with my pizza. I had a not so great experience last week with a delivery order, and the owner, Mohammed, personally delivered a pizza to my work for free! He genuinely is one of the nicest men you will ever meet! Thank you again and the pizza was delicious as always!!!

I’ve seen a few poor reviews regarding Round Table and I have to say my experience has been different. The pizza has been good and I’ve always received good service. The other day there was a minor mistake with my order. Instead of making excuses they made me another pizza, charging me for the one. I’ve been to other places in town and the pizza isn’t as good.
I’ll definitely stay loyal.

I was brought up on Round Table Pizza. Back in the «olden days» in the Almaden/​Blossom Hill area, that was one of the few places to get pizza other than Old Cal. Growing up we even had Friday night pizza for years. To this day I find that for the most part, Round Table Pizza still tastes the same as it did when I was a kid no matter what location you go to. That said, this last experience that I had at the Morgan Hill location was not good. Let’s forget for a moment that Round Table has some of the most expensive pizza around. I don’t have a problem paying good money for pizza that is good. However, this time we picked up our pizza, took it home, opened it up and it was BURNED! It wasn’t just toasty… it was Burned Black! I don’t even know what to say about a place that would sell a burned pizza and charge $ 25 for it. How could they not say that it was overcooked and they needed to cook us another one? We would have understood that things happen and waited for the new one. It was late when we picked up and we were not going to go back. VERY disappointed and not happy as I have always defended RT to my husband who prefers other pizza. Usually the pizza is good if overpriced.

Friendly people, but took an hour and a half for the pizza to come when they said only 45 minutes.

Placed an order online and it told me I could pick up my pizza in 20 min. when I got there (which was closer to 30 min after I placed my order) they told me I had to wait another 20 – 30 min. Um what’s the point of ordering online and pick up if I have to wait another 20 – 30 min.

We were on a roadtrip in California and found this place. We were looking for a nice inexpensive lunch, and Round Table hit the spot.
Staff was welcoming. The salad bar had a decent variety of items. I told them I was a vegetarian and they quick baked a Vegetable Supreme pizza and put it on the buffet.
Three of us had lunch there and all three of us gave the place a thumbs up.

Placed an order for delivery by phone. RUDE staff. Guy hung up on me before I could ask him a question on my order. Not cool, Round Table.
Plus side… Davood always delivers my pies with a smiling face. Great guy. They should fire the usual f*cknut who answers the phone and put Davood on phones.

I decided to do a last minute pizza and bowling party (Morgan Hill Bowl) for my son. I went in and asked the employee if I can reserve the back room. She said there was no problem I got it for 2 hours. I had never ate inside and to my surprise it was buffet hour. I was so happy with the staff they made it so easy, they kept a tab for me as my guests arrived. They even asked us what type of pizzas we wanted so they can keep making them. I was so happy and the pizza was great! All the kids and adults were happy and satisfied, we even got to try a new pizza I had never had, chicken and jalapeño! Delicious! I will definitely come back during their buffet hours and in the future reserve the back room again. Thank you to the staff for making this very easy for us.

I get a buy one get one large pizza free coupon in the mail and decided why not get a pizza. I call and order a veggi pizza and a pepperoni for the free one, I planned on picking it up myself so I ask the total and it came out to $ 40!!!Whaaaat?! I said did you charge me for two? No that’s how much it is for a Lg pizza, we’ll never mind that’s rediculous! Well mam what do u want to pay? Uhhh really are we negotiating on a $ 40 pizza, sir I’ll just call Via Mia pizza and get 2 Lg pizzas for $ 25 tops and that’s WITH delivery. Well, we have top of the line ingredients, sorry sir it’s pizza cancel my order.

I’ve been sitting for over 20 minutes now waiting for them to bring out a pizza for the lunch buffet. Anyways I’m going to break this review down in three catagories.
Service: The service here usually sucks and they are rude. Mainly the young girl that works here who always wears the nor-​cal sweatshirts. She is rude and when you approach the register to order she comes off with this pompous attitude that you are bothering her by asking her to do her job. If not that she is too busy going out to her car to help you.
Product: The pizza is cheaply made. Lack of sauce and cheese. They short hand their product.
Furniture: The inside is dirty and gross. The seats are cracked and worn. Marks on the walls and dirty floors.
Overall this is one of the worst RTP’s I’ve been too. I will usually drive to San Jose to avoid this place unless I’m time restricted.

I don’t understand why people review this place so low. I’ve gone here quite a few times and have never had a problem. The pizza is always good and hot, never too greasy. I went last night and was surprised that the lady had given me a discount as the amount I was told over the phone was different when I had paid. No complaints there!

Garbage. Refused to honor coupons that were on their website, for their location! Pizza was disgusting and not worth $ 38.

After watching our pizza get cold for about 10 – 15 minutes while they cooked our garlic twists they forgot about, I saw the girl behind the counter knock over sauce cups over the filthy floor and stack em right back up.
I almost did not want to eat the pizza, this is the last straw with this place. There are other local pizza places here that do it right. I can’t support my favorite chain, because quality means nothing to them.
Food ¹⁄₁₀ they overcooked it, & forget to pop those «pizza bubbles»
Service they keep the channels on a spanish networks and kept the TV super loud so they cold hear it in the kitchen.

This is bad pizza that you sometimes cannot help but crave. I don’t think they really have a right calling this pizza. Then again, I am a pizza snob who has spent many years living in NYC, the mecca of pizza.
Honestly, I would never waste a dime on this junk, but my wife always gets a hankering for it. So, I indulge her like any good husband would do.
In a weird way, I get why she craves this junk. There is something about it that despite it not being too good, is good enough in a simple not so good way that’s easy down the hatch.
Yeah, that didn’t make any sense. But what do you expect, eating here doesn’t either.
