Really great, and friendly service! I had the Korean bbq wings and the brussel sprouts and they were delicious! The best part was the olive oil cake dessert. I would definitely come back!

Nice place and atmosphere. I prefer it for business lunches. Once in a while the waitstaff(one young man in particular) has an attitude. Not sure why, because I tip well.

A great find — view of the river and wonderful food. Service is friendly and professional. And a talented bartender serving cocktails and artisanal beers. A must.

We’ve been coming to Morgantown for many years now and have found the food scene to be a little lackluster. Which makes finding Table 9 so refreshing! The waterfront area is such a serene location and it’s a mystery why restaurants haven’t taken advantage of it. Table 9 seems to have it in the bag. We started with the sriracha fries, fried pickles and crispy Brussels sprouts which were all delicious. Our favorite entrees were the duck confit and the lamb chops, both were cooked to perfection and paired nicely with the provided side dishes. Their drink selection was nice, from great wines to local craft beers. And if you’ve got a sweet tooth, the espresso cheesecake is a must have.

Great food and atmosphere. Mixed drinks could be better. The Brussel sprouts and bacon are scrumptious. Dining outside in the summer is a nice change up too!

Stopped in Morgantown on our road trip and tried out Table 9. Food was delicious. Usually my husband and I are avid sharers so we could taste a wider variety of food, but there was no sharing this time because we each loved our plate so much. We got the avocado egg Benedict and fried chicken croissant. The staff were also super friendly and cheerful. I wish we were there during the summer so we could sit outside by the river, but I liked how the inside had so much natural light from the big windows.

The brunch at Table 9 is excellent. I had the bacon omelette and a Michelada. The omelette was what you expect, but nice large pieces of smoked bacon made it perfect. Add the homemade siracha, and is wonderful. My wife ordered the avacado eggs Benedict. It was perfectly cooked. The eggs were done sous vide style. The eggs were perfectly cooked, soft runny, but perfectly done. Each egg was placed in an avacado nest on an English muffin, with perfect hollandaise sauce. The pomegranate mimosa was a little too tart for her. Good to go on Saturday morning, because alcohol can’t be served in West Virginia until 1 pm on Sunday

This place continues to have the exact same menu since it opened. When I question this their answer was«we change the side dishes with accompany the proteins». CHANGE the proteins. This is changing the menu. And while we are discussing the proteins– stop using cheap cuts of meat. Hanger steak — cheap cut. Lamb cap(the is NOT the traditional lamb rack cap which is a good cut and less fatty, this is a cheap hip cut). Pork cheeks — cheap cut of meat. Please stop using cheap cuts of meat and start using higher quality cuts. I would rather pay 29 dollars for a good cut than 18 dollars for a cheap cut. I will say though that the duck and risotto are good. The Malbec and the lemon drop martini are also good. The waiter was also very attentive.

One of my favorite higher-end places in Morgantown — I’ve been three times. They actually have what I consider the best fries in town(served with garlic aioli and sriracha)! Don’t pass those up. The brussels sprouts with hollandaise are also quite good. Mmmm. Also, they consistently offer creative vegetarian entrée options which are hard to come by usually; I got a teriyaki mushroom risotto dish once that was AMAZING and I don’t even like mushrooms that much. And a salty, buttery, caramel pot du crème for dessert. Can’t wait to go again.

We had dinner tonight and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time, certainly the best I’ve had since moving to Morgantown. The thing to know is that this restaurant serves small plates which is reflected in the prices. We knew this going in, but our terrific server also explained different ways we might approach the menu. We shared appetizers: fries, beet salad, and grilled shrimp(one of the best and most interesting dishes I’ve tasted in months). All were tasty and amenable for sharing. We decided to order our own entrees. I had the hanger steak which was served with celery root purée, duck fat potatoes, and asparagus. My dad had the lamb and my mom had the osso bucco special. Each dish would have also been easy to share if you wanted to try that approach. i tried a taste of everything and each dish was perfectly executed. My steak was cooked rare but was still nicely seared. I appreciated that vegetables aren’t an after thought here; all of the vegetable were fresh, high quality, and artfully prepared. For example, my asparagus was grilled and my mom’s broccolini was roasted. In a world of steamed vegetable medleys, the chefs at Table 9 know not to cut corners and allow quality produce to shine. We were tempted by the poached pear dessert with almond ice cream. It was a good end to a great meal. I appreciate that it wasn’t cloyingly sweet. I know that some have complained about portion sizes, but I felt like we had a lot of food for good value. Perhaps most importantly, the food was delicious. If you come here expecting a 12 oz steak, that won’t be your experience. But if you and a dining partner order a couple of dishes, I think you’ll leave satisfied but not stuffed. Over-all the restaurant space is inviting. This isn’t a stuffy place; there’s a large bar where you could sit to have small plates and watch the game on the big screen. There’s also a large patio that I hope to visit when the weather gets warmer. With impressive weekly specials(like the Tuesday burger deal), I look forward to enjoying many more meals here.

Absolutely excellent experience every time! Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive!(The only complaint I’d have would be the bartenders can be a little heavy-handed, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.) My boyfriend and I both have rather tricky diet requirements(he’s vegan and I have food allergies) and we called ahead to ensure that we’d be able to eat anything there, and they accommodated us completely! We didn’t have choice of menu, but with our trust completely in the chef we were not disappointed in anything in our 4-course valentine’s dinner, in fact it was the best meal I’ve had in a long time! I definitely recommend for any special occasion dinner!

I am from Ogden UT and love going to SLC to try all the wonderful restaurants that are down there. Table 9 was like some of those places. We ate here for lunch on a Wednesday it was pretty quiet, only two other tables filled. The waiter was very nice and attentive. Also made a great suggestion for my husband. We had the crispy Brussel sprouts and hollandaise as an app and it was a really good combination that I never thought of before. The Brussels sprouts were nice and crisp but, not burnt. The hollandaise was light with good saltiness and lemon flavor. I would defiantly recommend it! I had the grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was very moist and juicy and grilled wonderfully. The aoli and onions were great on it as well. I could have gone with less cheese and more garlic in the aoli but, I absolutely LOVE garlic. My husband had the steak Flatbread recommended by the waiter and it was delightful. The steak was very tender and had really great flavor, this dish had the perfect amount of cheese. I also liked that the proportion of peppers and onions wasn’t more than the meat. The Flatbread was nice and warm and brought the whole sandwich together very nicely and i only had one bite of it. We both had the Caesar salad instead of fries, the dressing was creamy but, not super thick which I hate. I do think it was lacking the saltiness I like about most caeser dressings. I don’t like anchovies whole on my caeser salad but, I do wish the dressing had a little more of that flavor. The romaine was a little wilted and not crunchy but, it is December so I can imagine it’s a little harder to come by. Overall I would get the caeser again because even with those small pieces I felt were missing it was still very tasty just not what I was expecting from a caeser salad. I will defiantly be back here on our next visit but probably for dinner to see how they differ.

I ate here three days ago and I’m still annoyed by my experience. I don’t know if I was expecting more from Table 9 or what but the whole thing was lackluster. A group of sorority sisters and I were in town for a mini reunion and stopped here for brunch. Tip – don’t be a brunch amateur, make a reservation! They aren’t on Open Table but you can call in and easily get in. There were nine of us and our server was friendly but she seemed to get flustered anytime someone moved or when we asked for separate checks when we first sat day. She muttered at least three times how she could do it but it would take a long time which I found odd because it’s a college town and surely we weren’t the first people to ask for separate checks. It was perplexing. As for the food, I was disappointed by the menu. There was a decent selection but nothing really stood out which is odd because I love brunch and easily get excited my brunch items. They have a few hashes, omelets, sandwiches and such. The special of the day was a lamb chorizo hash which sounded amazing but after waiting a long time for our food, fell completely flat. It was a) cold b) had bones in the hash c) lacked flavor d) potatoes not cooked all the way through. I tried to find our server but couldn’t so sucked it up and finished it. We waited and waited and when we were all done she was asking how everything was which was a moot point since we then needed our checks that would take forever to get. Add them being out of hot water for awhile which resulted in no tea or coffee plus a broken bathroom stall and this was forgettable at best. I wouldn’t recommend the hassle or waste of money.

Where was my food? I read previous reviews that’s said this place pumps up the prices and skips on portions. I should have listened to those instructions. I ordered the hanger steak and it wS literally 4 or five pieces of means and 5 asparagus and two onion rings. The meat was well cooked and so was my entire meal just no depth other than 7 bites and you are done:(the service was great! So was the atmosphere. I just can’t give them four stars based on the size and price of the food

Ohhhhh heck noooooo, I haven’t been this upset about food in awhile, not the taste or quality but the quantity. Where the heck is the food? Look at the pics. No complimentary bread or salad. My fiancé ordered the hanger steak, might as well be called the hangry steak. Look at it, what is that about 3oz of meat, my lamb had about 3 bites, no sides no anything just look at it. Bringing out the dessert menu talking about, Did you leave any room? Lol, how about we are leaving here to go to another restaurant to eat, seriously. Total price for the hangry steak, lamb, 3 oysters and a mojito $ 52 before tip. Service was great though. sad panda :(

Another fantastic location with lovely views of the river. Parking can be hit or miss but there is a garage nearby so that’s a plus. They even have outdoor tables available when the weather is nice. Service was very friendly and quick. We visited for brunch and I was shocked to see that there weren’t very many patrons. There are not a lot of options for brunch on the Bridgeport/Morgantown area so I figured they would be packed. I even made reservations just to be on the safe side. The food was very good. My favorite thing we ordered was the sriracha fries. They were fantastic. I had the chicken and waffles, it was good, but not my favorite chicken and waffles ever. The chicken was a little on the dry side, but still very good. It was a large portion as well. The bloody Mary’s were also very good. I really want to return for dinner the next time we are near Morgantown!

We came here with a group while vacationing on a Saturday night. It wasn’t packed and we got in quickly. The service was friendly and the food came quickly. The food was well prepared and well presented but the portions are small. We ordered the brussel sprouts, clams, scallops with asparagus and bacon, lamb, hanger steak, and the soba noodles. Some of our entrees/apps were only so-so like the bone marrow and the watermelon. The lamb was excellent as was the brussel sprouts. The drinks and wine were good too.
