An amazing little sushi counter, has some of the best rolls I’ve ever had at a great price. The Pink Salmon Roll is so light and tasty, the fish is always fresh, and everything is served with a smile. But I bet you’ve never heard of this place. Why? Because it’s in a farmer’s market next to the Staples across from the Morristown train station. It’s a to-go counter with one guy who’s there all the time inside of a big(highly recommended) produce market. I’ve gotten grocery store sushi before and been very unhappy; after 10 times walking by getting fruits and veggies I picked up a roll to go and was hooked, I get my dinner there once a week now. I took a sushi virgin there two months ago, he’s now pissed that he can’t find sushi that good anywhere else for anywhere near the price. No it’s not a restaurant, and no it doesn’t look like much, but damn it’s good, in my opinion the best in Morristown. Go and get a roll to go and prove me wrong. Hours — Monday-Saturday 10:30 — 7:45pm(produce market closes at 8pm)
