Well, I’ll give it two stars because at least the food was served up piping hot, the staff was nice, and they had beer. But, seriously, how can you serve lobster ravioli that tastes like a cardboard box? Just the most bland fare I’ve had in a very long time. And as an added bonus, my wife had gastric distress most of the night from her salad. Food court food without the panache.

I first tried N.B.N. in Huntsville, and was excited to find out they were coming to Birmingham. The food is always great and comes out fast, and with their HUGE menu, it has something for everyone. My go-to meal is the beef stroganoff with mushrooms. Portion sizes are plentiful, though I do wish they’d give more than just one breadstick to go with the meals. It’s great pasta served fast. What more could you want?

This was almost exactly like Noodles & Co., and I LOVE Noodles & Co. The spicy Cajun pasta with whole wheat penne and tofu was absolute perfection. Excellent variety of dishes.

Great quick service restaurant for a fast lunch or casual dinner. Every time I been here I’ve been impressed with the portion size and taste. I would not get a starter with your meal if you are eating by yourself unless you plan on taking food home with you. With that being said the lettuce wrap is incredible and a meal within itself. I also recommend any of the Asian dishes, but especially the Thai Peanut. The noodles melt in your mouth.

I think any restaurant that serves multicultural foods is always going to have multiple levels of criticism. If you come here expecting that you won’t get authentic pasta, Asian noodles, or American dishes, then you might fair well. Otherwise, their food is mainly all carbs, all grease, with maybe some room for actual flavor. At a catering event provided to the pharmacists in my department, I got to sample everything and we all felt our heart gained a pound afterwards and it was difficult to breathe. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant is very family-friendly. I just wish there wasn’t so much grease in their noodles.

This place is a solid three bordering on a 4 star review. The place is clean and the food was good. The reason I don’t give it 4 stars is bcz it has a fast food feel to it(much like panera) and I stood in front of the cashier as she turned and walked away from me and never looked back. It’s hard to believe she didn’t know I was coming considering there is a door bell that alerts the every time the door opens. She turned and walked away– never to look back to see that I was standing there ready to place my order. I stood there for what felt like forever, but I’m sure was likely about 60 seconds when a nice woman walks out of the office and proceeds to take my order. I asked her for recommendations and she offered one from all the different cuisines — Asian, American, and Italian. I decided to try the spicy chipotle with chicken. She said it was one of her favorites. The food came out very quickly and was piping hot. I asked for extra cheese and bread and once I got my food, I quickly realized that I probably would have been fine without the extras. The portion was very generous. I am a pasta lover and will usually eat my entire helping and then pick off my hubby’s plate, but this helping was so generous that I actually had leftovers. I really enjoyed this place and think it is a great, inexpensive, and quick family place to stop off and have a week night dinner or lunch.
