Ordered online and only after i arrived back to work from picking up my sandwich i realized they put mustard instead of mayonnaise. Yuck! Called to complain and lady who speaks minimal English just said«ok» and hung up. Worst customer service. Never again!

Extremely slow and ran out of the sandwich I wanted. I won’t be going back to this location.

Ran out of meatballs during the dinner rush. Lisa moved so slowly… we had to wait until she finished a simple order ahead of us and the time it took to finish 16″ sub. Never returning to this location. Lack of overall enthusiasm and caring.

I love Subway and I’m one of those people that orders the same thing everytime. This was the worst customers service experience ever. I told her the bread, meat, and cheese I wanted and then I asked her to toast it. Once ask her to toast my bread she pointed to the toaster and there was a post-it saying the toaster was out of order. She never said a word she just starred at me. I told her I didn’t want the sandwich and sucked her teeth and threw the sandwich away. I don’t undestand why she wouldn’t inform me the toaster wasn’t available and that’s what they’re known for. Ugh I will never go here again.

It’s a Subway. How cool can this review get?

Far and away the worst customer service. The employees do not even try to communicate. Several speak very little English and do not understand the simple questions regarding their sauces or toppings… not that they are complicated.

Not a very good subway franchise. I tried their egg & cheese breakfast today and it was bad. The flat bread was tough and chewy, probably stale. No paper towels anywhere, one small lousy one in the bag. Coffee creamer is also out of sight. If you ask for the creamer, the response is … how many do you need? I had better service at gas station coffee places. I will never return to this location.

I’m not a fan of Subway. The only sandwich I can tolerate is the meatball sub. This particular location is right near my work but they have the palest, mealiest tomato slices i’ve ever seen, which kind of ruins even the meatball sub for me. Another complaint is what I call«portion limbo»: the 6″ sub seems like not quite enough food but a footlong is waaay too much food. It’s so tempting to get a footlong because you feel like you’re sticking it to the man, but if you eat the whole thing you feel disgusting and sleepy all day afterwards. I used to have a friend at work who was a meat lover but his wife was a strict vegetarian and she would prepare all of his food, so he was constantly craving meat. This worked out really well for me in terms of Subway Sandwiches, because I would get a footlong and give him a third of my sandwich to eat with his vegetarian lunch, and watch his eyes light up, but alas he works somewhere else now so this arrangment can no longer continue. One thing I will give Subway credit for is their new jingle. I feel like until their recent ad campaign arrived, it had been a really long time since a good musical ad jingle had come along and really burrowed itself deep into my brain this way. So sing along with me: five… five dollar… five dollar footlooong
