Such an amazing place. Beautiful view and even better food. Our waitress was fantastic. She was very friendly and even got in on our joking as well. Will definitely return.

Had a fabulous dinner at Arnies. It was a birthday celebration and the staff was so accommodating. They had a vase with lovely flowers on the table for me and a crème brûlée for desert. The wait staff was top notch. Wonderful menu selection. Enjoyed the view of Puget sound even though it was dark outside. If you can afford a bit of a splurge, this is the place to go for a celebration dinner.

The fish and chips is always good here, if you like good clam chowder, this is the place, the sea food salads are really good too and so is the view. This is one of our favorite places to dine.

We were there for lunch on a weekday. It was crowded but not noisy, and it seemed well managed. Service was excellent, efficient and friendly. Between the 5 of us, we ordered calamari, clams, chopped seafood salads, fish and chips and fish tacos. The calamari was forgettable, clams were tasty but very tiny, the fish and chips and the seafood salads were very disappointing. I don’t recall a comment regarding the fish tacos. The fish and chips came with three golf ball sized pieces of fish and soggy fries. There was a comment that the fish tasted ‘fishy’. The seafood salads contained a small amount shredded crab, tiny tiny shrimp, a pinch of blue cheese crumbles, minced artichokes and no dressing to be found. I remember iceberg lettuce, not wild greens. We are not big eaters, but three of us left hungry. It would be tough decision to choose Arnies again.

I used to live in Mukilteo for 20 years and have been living in California now for 10. I have to say it has always been one of my favorite restaurants for both dinner and Sunday brunch. They make an excellent filet mignon. Whenever we’re in town it is our«go to» restaurants for a special meal. Of course I love the view of the Puget Sound also!

My wife and I enjoy grabbing lunch or happy hour here. We always sit in the lounge. Reservations are accepted for the dining area. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Décor is dated and could use a face-lift, but the views are pleasing. On this particular visit, we each ordered a Manny’s for $ 5.50. Our Manny’s were flat so we requested new pours. Our waitress didn’t give us any problems with our request; however, she did state that the keg was near its end. If she knew that, why would she have even drafted our beers in the first place? We shared a cup of Clam Chowder for $ 4.50. Our chowder was hot in temperature and quite tasty. My wife ordered the whole House Roasted TBLT sandwich for $ 12.50: house roasted turkey, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on toasted whole wheat bread. Served with fries and a dill pickle spear. My wife was pleased with her meal choice except for the pickle spear which was on the tough side. I ordered the half order of Crab & Bay Shrimp Melt for $ 11.25: crab, artichokes and Parmesan with bay shrimp, tomato and cheddar on sourdough. Served with fries and pea salad. I’m glad I only ordered the half order since this sandwich is rich and filling. The pea salad was cold, crisp and refreshing. Thank you Arnies for providing us with an enjoyable lunch experience.

Worst service EVER! Made reservations for 10 for my nephews birthday lunch. We arrived and informed the host we were waiting for two more in our party(we ended up only having 7 total in our party). They arrived about 10 minutes later, we waited and waited and waited for a waitstaff to come to our table. It was a very long time before anyone returned. When she finally did return she took our order, then again we waited for our food. Once she and another waitstaff returned with meals… they forgot… yes…forgot the BIRTHDAY dinner?! Really? They attempted to make up for it, but by then we were fed up with the lousy service, I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Awesome food and service, my two sons took me to dinner there last week for my birthday and we sat in the bar and it was excellent! Jonathan waited on us then. We thoroughly enjoyed so much that we back again tonight and sat in the dinning room, this time Erika waited on us, spectacular food and service once again! We definitely will be frequent dinners here!

wow, this place needs updating. i didn’t try any of the food, just the beverages, but people seemed to enjoy themselves. the staff was fine but it just felt old. it’s handy if you are up north, but sometimes you run into ferry traffic. choices are more limited up north but this isn’t a destination place.

Waste of money for the most part. I ordered steak. Appearance was good, but steak had no flavor. Never had steak this bad.

So in my previous review I noted that the area seemed lack luster. In the ferry line again today and waiting for my spousal unit… we decided to take a pit stop. Let’s try it again. Food was better tonight in the bar. Here is my updated review. Ambiance: 2 Star Cocktails: 2 Star Crab Cakes: 4.5 Star Green Chili Polenta Fries: 5 Star Crab Legs: 4 Star Prime Rib Dip: 3 Star Coconut Ice Cream: 4 Star Key Lime Pie: 4 Star Ivars is better for both food and ambiance.

Love the oyster shooter!!! We went there before 6pm and they have this special menu which consist of appetizer, main course and dessert with decent prices. I ordered the shrimp cocktail, salmon and ice cream as the dessert. All great. The oyster shooters that we ordered for appetizers are so great. Delicious. The services are also great. Will come back again

Took my girlfriend there this morning for mothers day brunch. I had a 9:00am resevation. The hostess took a look at me and said they were totally booked! She never asked if I had a reservation. In fact, I had made the reservation 9 day prior. I gave her my last name and time of the reservation(she never asked). The food and the atmosphere were fantastic, but maybe a little sensitivity training is in order. I will not be returning.

Last night was my and my husband’s first wedding anniversary, and we made an online reservation for Arnie’s in Mukilteo at 5:45pm. When making the reservation, there was a space for«additional comments» so I did mention it was our anniversary and we would like to have a window seat away from a ‘high traffic area’. We arrived slightly early for our reservation, and were seated around the time our reservation was made for. The only ‘hiccup’ was the young hostess — who was absolutely pleasant — took us to our table before the bus person was done clearing it. It was a little awkward but all was good. Upon approaching our table, our server, Joey M., was pleasant and wished us a Happy Anniversary which was nice! His service was warm and prompt, but not stuffy and overbearing. He offered us a cocktail menu, and my hubby and I opted to go each with a glass of bubbly. We decided on two appies — the arancini for my hubby, and the mixed greens with basil vinaigrette for me. The arancini were perfectly golden and crisp on the outside, and ooey-gooey cheesy on the inside; they were served atop some marinara AND alfredo sauce. As a former server myself, there are a couple of things I like to see in service at restaurants — one is that my glass(if water or another refillable beverage) is refilled without asking. The other is if our bread basket is low, to be offered some more. IN both cases, Joey kept a keen eye and always made sure did not go without. For dinner, my hubby had the northwest pasta which was chock full of mussels, clams, salmon, cod and baby shrimp. He raved about it. I had the shrimp cake-encrusted mahi mahi with jasmine rice and a side of seasonal veggies(green beans). The meal was delicious — no complaints. My husband and I felt too full to order dessert, but to our complete surprise, Joey brought out a burnt vanilla crème with a candle. This dessert was complimentary. While we did use an Entertainment Book coupon to get one entrée free, we tipped Joey on the full bill amount — and then some — because his service was outstanding. It’s nice to have another seafood restaurant on our list of places to go in the area. And next time we visit Arnie’s in Mukilteo, I will ask to sit in Joey’s section!
