Great pizza. Loved that there was a wide variety for by-the-slice instead of the usual cheese and pepperoni that most places have. Pizza was nice and hot and fresh. The crust was not at all like the delivery chains — had a nice, light char and the flour on it made it yummy. We got the breadsticks, too, and they were steaming hot and super fresh! Atmosphere was great. I’ve never been in a New York pizzeria but this is what I sort of imagine it to be like. Everyone was friendly. This is my new place to go when I want great pizza by the slice.

FINALLY! Decent New York style pizza in the PNW. We relocated from NY to the Eastside 3 years ago and have tried and failed to find a great slice(Hot Mama’s in Capitol Hill comes close). Now we found it! Nice thin and crispy crust, the right ratio of sauce and cheese, and the cheese has the right chewy texture. This is better than any pizza we have had in Seattle or on the Eastside. It was good enough to earn a high five from my son. We will drive 45 minutes for Brooklyn Bros. pizza again.

Wife is from Jersey and I lived in S. Philly for 5 years… wife says it reminds her of Shore pizza. If you don’t understand that then you really shouldn’t be leaving reviews for this place. My parents live on Whidbey and we stop here to get pizza togo because nobody in Seattle gets it. Thank you for having awesome dough and keeping it proper!

Stopped in to refuel on our road trip. 11 of us total, mostly kids. Outdoor area was perfect to sit since the kids had been cooped up in the car for 4 hours. Service was superb, pizza and Caesar salad 5 stars! Thanks for being so hospitable

Thought it would be amazing but expectations were too high. Went to pick up the pizza. By the time we got home the pizza was cold. Literally like 15 minutes of a drive and the pizza was cold! Yes they taped the pizza box down for us for whatever reason but that doesn’t help the fact that we had cold pizza.

Brooklyn Bro pizza gets a one star because in this industry costumer service is everything. My boyfriend and I walked in at about 7:30 and we’ve been to Brooklyn bro’s once so we were standing at the front looking at the menu and the lady told us to grab a menu and sit down and come back up when we’re ready to order. Extremely rudely. My boyfriend and I took huge offense to that because we were looking at the big menu on the front. Not to mention the pizza looked like it had been sitting out all day so we decided to walk out and drive a couple miles to Lombardo’s.

Decided to give this new location a try last night and we are glad we did! First off, the parking situation here is sooooo much better than the other loacation. We ordered a large pizza and a couple of beers. The pizza was cooked to perfection. They had a decent selection of micro brews and where happy to let us try them first. The service was excellent and I highly recommend everyone come in for a whole pizza over the slices.

Thought it would be a great idea to order some pies for the office from this newer pizzeria in town. We placed an order the day before for 4 pizzas and bread sticks to ensure they had a heads up and we were able to pick up on time. Our lunches are time constrained so speed is important. Came into the restaurant a few minutes before the agreed upon 11:45am time. The server politely looked up our order and proceeded to charge me. The first blow of the day was a $ 140 tab — FOR4 pizzas and breadsticks??? Wow! MUSTHAVEGOLDFLAKESSPRINKLEDONTOP. Price aside, I started to patiently wait. Keep in mind the time constrained lunch we all have. 35 minutes later, pizza is finally ready and we find out they didn’t even start the order until I walked in the door. The server apologized somewhat and offered a cannoli for the inconvenience. A cannoli? Really? I’m paying $ 140 for 4 pizzas, just waited 35 minutes for a pre-order and I get a cannoli! The pizza was good. Not $ 140 good but pretty delicious. But what poor, poor service and pricing. Not to mention my coworkers having to eat the pizza like it was a competition as we were all out of time. Sorry but I would not recommend this place if you are economically snug in the middle class or your time is precious. I’ll stick with Costco next time. Pizza is just as fresh, cheaper, and they get it right on the time.

Great choices of toppings, beers and pizza pies. The menu is a little complicated but overall it was a great experience with enjoyable music and atmosphere. The food was yummy, kids kept asking for more! Happy kids, happy parents.

Went last nite for dinner. Pizza by the slice as well as salads, beer and wine. Ordered a glass of Merlot. Forgot the brand but it was good. Ordered a slice of the veggie pizza and the caprese salad. Nice size for both and very tasty. Pizza had a really nice thin and crispy crust with not too much of any one thing. Service: excellent and very accommodating! Temperature was moderate and did not need a parka! Music: not sure if they had it so that’s a good thing as whatever it was it was not deafening. Easy parking.

Best pizza around! Get the margarita pizza!!! My husband and I love this place. We always split a pair of bread sticks and then get a small pizza. It’s about$ 26. A little pricey but worth it!!!

While I still adore their pizza, the service is unforgivable. During a lunchtime crowd on a Friday, despite having at least 5 people staffing the place, the line that was 20 people deep barely moved 3 people in the 35 minutes we were there. If they want to stay in business catering to a busy crowd, they need to get their act together. Management needs to up their game.

As far as New York Style pizza around these parts, you do not have a lot of options. I traveled to this spot based on other Unilocal recommendations, as well as other reviews in search of a good slice of NY style pizza, and Brooklyn Bros Pizzeria hit on all cylinders. I was a little confused and overwhelmed but the hand-made menu, which was on a blackboard and written well, but I could not find the pizza sizes(they are on the back wall). I knew I was getting a cheese pizza since my kids were in tow, I just couldn’t see it on the menu until after I ordered. After all, what pizza place doesn’t have cheese pizza?! We sat ourselves and filled out cups with the fountain drinks and waited. It seemed like the food took a little longer to bring out than I think it should have, but the wait was worth it when you take that first bite. While it’s not perfect in respects to NY style, it’s darn close enough! Surprisingly, the entire pie was demolished and we did not have any left overs, sadly. I really like the«Hippies» sign walking in the door! I look forward to trying out their O.G. location in Everett! This is definitely worth the stop!

Love Brooklyn Bros! It’s great for lunch if you’re looking for a slice. Slices aren’t too expensive, lots of different options, and they’re pretty fast(they reheat the pizza in the oven before serving) I love coming here for dinner too. For sizes, you can only order a medium or larger but the prices are a little on the expensive side for a whole pizza. It’s definitely worth it though. I love the thin crust, and the pizza just tastes great in general. I’ve never been disappointed. Staff is pretty friendly as well

I’m from the west coast but I certainly hope anyone from New York would be ashamed for these guys to represent their pizza. How many hours had the slices sat in their cold glass prison before I put them out of their misery? The cold limp slices were warmed up and brought out to me, and it was sad. Warmed up coagulated cheese adorned them and tiny curled up crispy pepperoni slices sparsely populated them. A rock hard crust sealed their doom. The two miserable slices set me back over $ 8! They are thin and not much on them. I definitely felt ripped off. Plus one star for growler fills. Wish more places did this. There was a decent selection of local micros.

Pizza is great, service awful. After waiting for about 35 minutes, asked how our order was coming. They indicated my wife’s calzone was burnt, so they were redoing it. Her dish gets delivered, my pizza no where to be seen. Ask where it is, cashiers says they are really busy. Finally shows up after another 10 minute wait. Don’t think we will be back.

If you’re looking for a quick bite for lunch, come here. They are pretty fast and efficient in heating up your slice of pizza. I wouldn’t say the pizza is very special or tasty. I usually love eating pizza — especially the crust but it was just mediocre. It wasn’t too expensive. It came out to about $ 3 – 4 per slice. There is plenty of parking outside the restaurant.

Great place with great pizza! :3 I felt like maybe the slices could have been a bit cheaper? I finished mines real quick and still was hungry. I got the Hudson. We also got a cannoli which was alright. I definitely want to try the other pizzas though!

Oh yeah, baby! Worth allllll the hype! The Unilocal reviews here don’t seem to reflect what I’ve heard through word of mouth, so I’ll throw my hat into the ring. This was hands down the best pizza I have ever had in the Seattle area. We got a 14″ Hudson and a half Caesar, and it was the perfect amount of food for my 6’6″ husband and me. That plus two drinks = $ 27. Not too shabby! They also had a case of pizza cooked 80%, that they will throw back into their 600 degree oven once you order them to finish the cooking. Damn, this was GREAT pizza! I also noticed that they serve beer here, although I did not peruse the menu. Please, please, please come to Mill Creek. Elliott Bay has nothing on you!

I’ve been to Brooklyn Bros twice(once in Everett and once in Mukilteo) and I’ve been very pleased and extremely satisfied each time. They only offer a handful of pies but do each one very well. I’ve never been to NY so I can’t say I’ve had«authentic» NY style pizza, but I can confidently say that the pizza at Brooklyn Bros is awesome. I especially enjoyed the sausages and roasted garlic atop the Bowery — super flavorful. The Hudson was also very tasty and found that my favorite topping was the Polly-O ricotta, which was rich and creamy. It did a great job countering the red peppers and sausage. I do have a major complaint though… please open up more locations outside the 425 area code!
