Subway

January 2,2016: disappointed in sandwich quality & service. 1^st: toaster is broken and I was not told until after sub was made. They offered to microwave and I accepted. Big mistake. Let’s just say no comparison. Got home discovered bread was stale. Now feeling like I should view kitchen if I ever decide to go back.

Every time i go here there are 2 ladies behind the counter they are always so nice and smiley and even if the line is long they are quick and patient. i love going here. i only wish i new there names :)

I’ve been here on several occasions– usually when I forget to bring my packed lunch to work. It’s close to my office, usually quick, and generally painless on those days where I need to take a quick lunch.
Subway is as Subway does and it’s a Subway. There isn’t too much to add as far as food/​drink choices go. They’ve always had all the ingredients and functionality (toasting your sub, etc.) that you’d expect to find at any other subway restaurant.
The service is okay. They usually have more than enough people to man the line during the lunch rush. The employees here are mostly youngish and do tend to exude a noticeable apathetic attitude and hatred toward their job. But I’ve always gotten generous portions thrown on my sandwich and fast service, so I can tolerate the not-​so-​subtle glares when I’m there.
I don’t have any special affinity for this Subway, but the convenience will keep me coming back.

Obviously, I like Subway. But I had to give this location 2 stars because of the horrific amount of teenagers/​children I ran into recently on a Friday when I was trying to pick up lunch during my break.
JESUS CHRIST. Apparently, every other Friday, Kamiak HS has a half day, so all the teeny bops are here at around 11:30. If you wait until 12:30, you will run into the elementary school children. *yanks hair out of head*
Just avoid this location unless you like waiting a long time and listening to annoying kids gossip and be rude to adults.

Since I have had more than a dozen checkins here I thought I would review and say why I always come here :). This location is amazing. The staff is young and initially weren’t the friendliest. But they probably make minimum wage and like I said they are young. However they give you what you want. Extra veggies slightly warmed whatever you desire. Since I come here so often (it is right next to my work) they definitely recognize me and are more friendly. But in all honestly they are so quick I am in and out in 2 minutes. My previous regular subway shop was in Marysville but was the worst. They gave 6 olives for a footlong. This location hooks you up!
Location

So I was regular at this subway location. It’s close to were I live and who can beat a 5 $ footlong sandwich.
Anywho, the coworkers need some reevaluating from their manager. Every time I walk in I’m there waiting for 5+ minutes for assistance. The blonde girl and the male boy were just chit chatting in the back table doing nothing but talking. Finally when I looked over and said hello, they both argued on who was going to help me. So the blonde girl ended up helping me. She was so rude about it though. She had a mad face on the whole time while making my sandwich.
This is the WORST customer service by far! I have stopped coming to this location. I’d rather drive a few extra miles to get excellent service than drive around the corner and get poor service.

You know, Subway is pretty consistent. It’s hard to write a review for a place like Subway because for the most part, the food is usually the same no matter which location you go to. Therefore, this review mostly pertains to the service and convenience of this location.
The big drawback to this place is the parking. If you try to come here during rush times (lunch of dinner), good luck finding a place to park. The small parking lot is shared with several other fairly bustling businesses so you may find yourself having to park at the Montessori school down the street.
The service is usually really good at this location, however, which is always a relief because I’m usually on edge after hungrily searching like mad for a parking spot followed by waiting in a long line.
Therefore, I deem thee 3 stars

I don’t think it’s that hard to make a sandwich so being a sandwich artist, I have high expectations. The blonde girl (probably a high school teeny bopper) who made my sandwich was kind of out of it, not the friendliest, and lastly was busy chatting with her male co-​worker. I was the only one there but she rushed my sandwich, threw everything on yet was skimpy on the veggies. For example, I counted 3 slices of bell peppers on a foot long sub & maybe two pickles. Really? She asked me what sauce I wanted and I cleary said: «Sweet onion & honey mustard»
She freakin gave me yellow mustard and only yellow mustard. I was too tired & frustrated to complain but i do wish her well in life & her future endeavors. GRRRRRRRRRR!
