Taco Bell

Worse Taco Bell location I’ve ever been too. This is base on a few tries their. I love Taco Bell too. The staff is immature and unprofessional. I recommend Taco Bell to anyone but I don’t recommend this location at all!!!

My husband just came home and brought 4 tacos, we opened the bag and one taco was open and dumped in the bottom of the bag, the other 3 tacos had about ½ oz meat, ¼ oz cheese and nothing else. My husband called to complain because the tacos were supposed to have lettuce, tomato, and sour cream on them, the manager said they were out of lettuce and tomato. They did not say anything at the drive thru about being out of lettuce and tomato or he would not have ordered them How does a Taco Bell run out of lettuce and tomato? We will be taking the food back tomorrow and talking with the general manager.

I had to repeat my order 5 times and the people still got it wrong. Stephens sucks at working Drive thru. However Kyle and Melissa that work there are great at what they do. Those two should be given some appreciation.

I’ve had many superb dining experiences at this particular Taco Bell location. I’ve always found the wait staff to be extremely courteous and willing to meet all of my needs.
Typically, a visit to this location of authentic, home style Mexican cuisine begins with me pulling into the parking lot and being greeted by one of their infamous greet staff, the only location that I’ve seen do this thus far. The staff member will then guide me directly to the drive through window where I am again greeted by another staff member, not through a PA system, but an actual person, standing by the drive through menu, asking to take my order. I usually order the three taco supreme combination, which taste reminds me of standing on the shores of Cancun, wind blowing through my hair, sand in between my toes, Taco in one hand, large Mountain Dew in the other.
After placing my order, the server SPRINTS to the cooks and loudly yells «Prepare the grill! We have an order to fulfill!» I don’t know if he does this to get them to work, or if the enthusiasm is protocol for this location; either way, it makes me feel as if my order was the only order that mattered throughout the entire day. I like that.
As I proceed to the pick up window, the greeter appears out of no where and offers me a hand massage while waiting for the order. Could you believe that?! Not only, is my order of exquisite mexican cuisine of extreme importance, but my physical well being is of concern as well! I usually politely decline, but one of these times, I may have to accept his generous offer.
When my order arrives, taking usually no more than 5 minutes, I’m never disappointed by the presentation. Grade C ground beef, piled with 3 day old lettuce, fresh tomatoes, a glob of sour cream and a hand full of processed cheese, all contained in a hard taco shell, magnificent! Not to mention, my Mountain Dew is ice cold and sweating, even if its freezing out. I pay for my food and the server asks, «Is there anything else I can get for you, Mr. Ramos??» I respond saying «No, my good sir, you’ve been of utmost service today. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.»
I put my car back in drive, set my drink into the cup holder and prepare to drive off, but before I can move an inch, a thought crosses my mind and I turn to the server and say, «I forgot to ask for hot sauce.» And the server motions me to look into the bag. And to my disbelief, there were four packets of fire sauce sitting directly next to the tacos. I release my foot off the breaks, look over at the server and give him one last nod of approval and drive away.
This is a typical occurrence whenever I visit this Taco Bell location. My hope is that the management will cease to change and that the food remains tasty and nutritious.

Nice to have friendly English speaking staff. Please give us hot sauce and napkins, sometimes, they forget. Beef gorditas are my fav along with the lime sparkler drink. Place is kept pretty clean.

The service was great the young man behind the counter was very nice and had a great attitude. Service very friendly the food was cooked right too. Finally, a taco bell that hasn’t gone down hill.

First! Taco bell is normally my favorite late night munchie spot, but I sometimes find myself their for lunch. They have a full menu. Meal deals are currently $ 2.25. They have stepped up there game over the last 6 months. A while ago I’d spedn most of my lunch on line or waiting for food, they were terrible. Now, they’re fully staffed and quick! It’s pretty clean and normally have everything available, although the time before last they ran out of the Hot sauce.
