I chose Pacinos because of a reviews on Unilocal and everyone in the car was starving. To my whole families surprise it was the best food we had all week in Myrtle Beach! My daughter had the grouper and she said it was the best fish she has ever eaten and she has eaten a lot of fish. My son had spaghetti with meat sauce and that was very good too! Of course we had to try desserts and everything was fabulous. Can’t wait to go back again

This was a great place to go out for a nice dinner without the kids! The atmosphere was very calming. The service was very attentive without being nosy or disruptive. The tomato basil Mozzarella bread appetizer was amazing and the veal parmesean was also delightful. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had a wonderful meal. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing meal and excellent food.

Great food and quaint atmosphere. We ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo, Linguine with Red Clam Sauce, and Veal Saltimbocca — the shrimp dish was fantastic. Live piano music in the background was a nice touch.

4.5 to be more accurate. Good food, good service and a caring owner watching over makes this a great go to Italian with a splash of mediterranean thrown in. Priced right with an unbelievable complete $ 8.95 early bird special available.

A great little slice of Italy in Garden City. Muscles in Diablo sauce were a treasure. Great Italian wines, very reasonably priced, entrée diversity from the all the basics with daily specials. Wonderfully attentive staff made us feel at home.

Wonderful food. The Mediterranean appetizers are tasty: peasant bread, hummus, baba ghanouj. The lasagna was hot and cheesy. It is a small restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. They offer both American and Italian beer and wine.

We have been on a good run with Unilocal reviews. This is a place we had driven. By several times. The outside is very unassuming, but ohh the inside is so good. Very nice menu, but several specials were on the board that featured fresh local ingredients and imagination. I had the chicken special and was not disappointed. After leaving I discovered my credit card was missing. My wife called at closing time and the searched inside and out for it. Who could ask for more. Turns out this fool dropped at his next stop. These a great people and great food, give them a try and you will be delighted.

Great food and service. Small, intimate setting. Reservations recommended because of size. We went for family birthday celebration. All dishes were excellent. Lasagna, chicken, shrimp scampi, clams and mussels and salmon. No one had a bad meal. This place has been here for years and with good reason You can’t go wrong with this choice.

The Mediterranean part is a stretch… Went there a few nights ago… Very limited amount of Mediterranean offerings… Truly disappointed with the items… Not even a sampler platter of items as with most authentic places. My wife had the one of the Italian dishes and was great… Her special had entrée with salad, great bread, and a cannoli for desert. Nice food(Italian) and service.

Very good family-friendly Italian choice with a middle-eastern slant — what other restaurant can you say that about? We stuck with the Italian stuff: ravioli, chicken Caesar salad, chicken Sorrento, etc. my wife had the salmon, which was huge and delicious. The service was great — the owner and the wait-staff checked on us repeatedly and were very friendly. We’ll be back on our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

We haven’t been to Pacino’s in a while. I have no idea why! I had chicken Marsala, and hubby had hummus entrée. Both were awesome. We had falafel, and stuffed mushrooms for appetizer. Both were great. Wine selection is great. Service was great. We will definitely be back. Very nice owner. We haven’t been to Pacino’s in a while. I have no idea why! «I like it, I like it, I love it.» Last night Pacino’s Mediterranean Grille proved to me that they are a five star restaurant. As in a previous review, it’s best to make reservations. It’s a great place to bring a date although some tables are close together. I noticed they had a limited early bird menu from 4:00 until 6:00. Appetizers came first and they were filling. Mike chose the Mjadara which is served with pita bread. Lentils, onions and rice. A delicious dish. I chose the Tomato Mozzarella Bread. So yummy and this appetizer can easily be shared with your table. With your entrees, you have a choice of soup(pasta fagioli or a house salad. Mike got the house salad with blue cheese dressing which was great. I chose the soup which was absolutely delicious. M said he would get the soup next time. For dinner, he chose one of the specials of the evening — chicken ravioli. Me — veal piccata. Mine also came with a side of pasta with a choice of red sauce or to have it in the same sauce as the veal. I picked the latter and I am so glad I did. Both of us put the feed bag on. Dessert, yes we can. A wonderfully light lemon mousse cake with a touch of coconut. It melted in your mouth. The owner comes around to check on things(I do wish she would introduce herself). The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. What more could you ask for? Yes we will be coming back.

What a pleasant surprise!!! I heard good things about them and on a whim called for a reservation. We loved everything: the food, the atmosphere, the wine selection and even the friendliness of the owner. I just changed my rating from five star to three-star. Actually just changed it to be 2 stars. After my first wonderful experience, I actually pushed a group to try this place instead of their regular favorite restaurant. Four of us ordered chicken Parmesan and one person ordered eggplant. The calamari appetizer was overcooked and had the consistency of rubber. The escargot was no better. When I first looked at my chicken, I was ready to ask for more sauce as it looked dry. I quickly change my mind when I tasted the sauce. It had absolutely no flavor. Someone must have just opened up a can of tomatoes. Everyone in the party agreed that it was terrible. The garlic bread was inedible. The only good thing was the cannoli. I actually apologize to everyone. I asked the waitress if there was a new chef and she said no. It is hard to believe that my first visit was five star and my second only 2. Maybe they had a bad day but I won’t take the chance to go back or recommended ever again.

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years and not many places have impressed us like Pacinos. First off all the reviews are absolutely right when saying make a reservation, this place is small and the wait can get long. Our waitress and the rest of the staff were very nice and welcoming and we were always attend to. Now the best part, the food. Everything was great from beginning to end. We started off with the stuffed mushrooms and a loaf of bread. Then had the Veal Saltimbocca and Shrimp Scampi(entrees come with either a soup or salad). Finally we ended with a bang sharing the Choc Soufflé and Tiramisu. Everything was hot and fresh, portion sizes were great, and all of that food still didn’t break the bank. I highly recommend this spot for a dinner for two or even a nice family dinner.

Highly recommend this place. Delicious food, nice atmosphere, great wine selection, super attentive staff and cozy-home feel. Mom n Pop business at its finest! The atmosphere is warm and cozy. Surprisingly not tacky(I’ve seen many tacky Italian restaurants-regarding décor) They kindly accommodated our group of 24. The fresh, warm bread they served our table in generous supply was great! I give the meal 9⁄10. And not that there was anything wrong with it, it’s just that I won’t give a 10 unless it blows me away… I had the florentine stuff shells. Delicious! Definitely a home made sauce. It comes out super hot! LOVE that! My brother ordered the egg plant rollitini– he said«best eggplant I’ve ever had» I over heard him raving about it & I saw my 100% Italian mom get a little jealous! Haha Service was a 10⁄10! Our waitress was very knowledgable about the menu, shared the specials with us and was super quick with drink refills with the help of the buser. The owner came to our table to say hey and asked us all where we were from. Very sweet and a nice touch. Makes you feel like you are a guest at her home. We definitely recommend this place to travelers coming in from out of town or anyone who lives in the area.

Be sure to make a reservation, for even on a rainy night this place was full. That said, here’s what I found after we were quickly seated. The place is cozy. I love the arches and the red walls, as well as the classic décor. A musician in the front is an interesting idea, though I believe I arrived just barely too late to hear them. The hummus,(those who know quickly learn I’m a hummus and hot pepper aficionado), was excellent. In fact, it’s why I chose to dine here, along with the prospect of Falafel, which unfortunately was sold out.(Which is a good sign.) The baba ghanoush was very smoky, almost a bit too smoky, though also very good. Skip the cold flat pita slices and ask for warm sliced Italian bread instead. You’ll be happy you did. Ask if they have any dinner specials — I had the salmon, and it was definitely worth it. The tilapia dish was also quite good. The spaghetti was American style sauce with angel hair, though not bad — if a bit less al dente than the Italian restaurants I grew up in. There is a large selection of wine to choose from, and many can be had by the glass, the half-carafe, or the bottle, so you can try more than one, which is nice. The tartufo gelato was really, really good, and paired very well with a latte, especially if you spoon some of it into your mug. ;-) Cheers!
