Staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. Most of the negative reviews are about price and are from unsophisticated people who don’t understand that buying meat that is certified hormone and antibiotic free is more expensive than low grade beef.

Great fries and burgers. Agree with he Five Guys comparison. But better! Service is great. Everyone was extremely nice. Place was very clean!

This is not a gourmet burger place like they claim. Burgers are not cooked to your preference. They do have a number of toppings so you can choose your toppings. I paid an extra dollar for blue cheese and maybe got a teaspoon on the burger. Plenty of other better burger places around. Would not go back.

My first visit. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is nice. However, the burgers are not good quality despite their marketing. The biggest turn off is how greasy the burger was. I really wanted to throw it away but I just overpaid for this carnival type burger so ate most of it. Also, a clever and deceptive marketing advertisement on the menue is «range free and vegetarian fed beef». News flash, all beef cattle are range free and obligatory vegetarians. No need for me to come back.

Love the taste & quality of food! I got a cheeseburger combo, complete with fries and a drink for 9.97! You can get the lettuce wrap option, which is great for us carb counters. Fries are freshly cut, and everything is served hot & fresh!

Kind of like 5 guys but with way better food and selection. The burger was refinery a cut above the norm. Well prepare and great tasting. I can’t wait to try the hot dog! Cajun seasoning on the fries actually had a great flavor instead of just heat. I liked the toasted branding on the bun, pretty cool.

Great burger, not a fan of their own«burgerfi sauce» tasted strongly like vinegar. Their burgers and fries aren’t fancy but they taste fresh and are good portions for the price. Will definitely return.

Great environment, great service, and even better food. One of the best places to eat in the grand strand!

Not good. Not bad enough to get 1 star, but barely good enough to get 2. Over priced burgers and the fries just aren’t my style. I’ve gone once and it will probably be my last.

This place was terrible. I paid six dollars for a burger the size of a McDonald’s cheeseburger, it was super greasy and tasteless. The onion rings were good but also outrageously expensive. I got the one tiny single patty burger and a small order of onion rings, no drink and my bill was $ 11.96. So not worth it, will never go there again! Angry!

Great burgers, lots of toppings to choose from, had the fries w/parm and herb. Patio seating available. A little pricy, but well worth it.

I’ve eaten here many times and every time they cook my burger just how I like it! The fries are awesome(parm and herb are my favorite) and the soda machine means everyone gets what they like! The staff are super nice and the ambiance is great! The price is reflective of the great quality you’re getting. This is better than Five Guys(I like them as well though), we highly recommend BurgerFi!!!

This is my first time to BurgerFi and oddly enough, it took me until until a trip to South Carolina to try it out. I think of BurgerFi as a Five Guys copy, only in a more hipster and modern package. The burgers must be made out of 70⁄30 ground beef, because they are greasier than your mechanic’s hands. If you are looking for a hangover cure, then you have found your place. If you desire more fat, the fries nearly bled through the paper bag in which they were housed. A little too much fat and grease for me, but then again, still better than Five Guys. I probably won’t be back any time soon, but it is worth a try.

When I first saw the name, I thought, of the Marine Corp motto…“Semper Fi!” …and chuckled. I thought it was funny and actually was going to pass on by — thinking it would be just another burger joint. But curiousity killed the cat and I couldn’t resist going in… to see the ridiculousness of the name. However, from the very first step into this«burger joint», I could sense serious business — just like meeting a platoon of US Marines. The interior was interesting, modern, and clean. The concrete floors reminded me of Chipotle’s…but the lighting and ambiance was industrial and fresh to me. I ordered(these items have their special burgerfi names but i forgot) a kobe beef hot dog, cheeseburger, hamburger, veggie burger, and a family size fries plus complimentary water cups for me and my troops… which all came out to $ 35. I would have ordered three more vanilla milkshakes but their machine was out of order — and that would have boosted the total bill close to $ 50…which in my book is serious business for burgers for four. They had a super fountain with the LCD, choose your own drink multi-mixer like I’ve seen in Burger King. They also had table service to deliver your food which was a nice touch. Staff was smiling and friendly. None of these previously mentioned things would matter if the food was sub par — however, the food was commendable. The Kobe Dog was the super sleeper — i thought I was just going to get an overpriced hot dog — but this one had an excellent burst as you bit into it and the taste was more worthy of being a sausage than the derogatory«hot dog». The veggie burger was tasty but not all that filling as hoped for and probably was the weakest link. The fries were nothing short of impressive — tasted freshly cut and perfectly fried. I was originally going to rate this place a 4-star, but I tried to think of a similar faster food burger joint that I liked better, and I couldn’t…hence I upgraded my rating to 5-star. If ½ stars was an option, 4.5 would be appropriate.

Went to counter and asked if they could accommodate a food allergy(like River City and other can do), and was told ‘no’ by counter person without even checking with cook(s). next…plenty of good burger places in MB

7÷3÷15 We re-visited this restaurant and upon entering, again, the disco-blasting volume of music was a real turn-off. The volume is way too loud for a burger joint. We received our meals the same as last time, but this time, the onion rings were soggy and greasy. The burgers and fries were good and we poured our own drinks. We sat at a table, centrally located, and I noticed there were 2 more tv’s, all of which were set on sports and auto mechanics. No tv was to entertain women and children. The volume of the music is so loud, you can’t hear who you are dining with. I did mention this to a young lady who worked there and she did lower the volume. I asked her if the owner was there and she pointed, he was sitting way behind me. I wanted to go talk to him after our meal. As I got up, I called to him, but he was calling to an employee and didn’t hear me, so I just left. This is a man cave restaurant and doesn’t have any appeal for women, the elderly or children. I’ll give this restaurant one more chance, before I remove another star.

As much as I like to give a good review, because I wish this business to survive, I must admit, I was very disappointed. The burgers were substandard in quality, quantity & taste. Definitely overpriced, unlikely to be affordable for the majority of people. I’m sorry, but I would not try it again. Disappointed :(
