Nice little bar on the boardwalk. We had burger and fries and they were really good. Beers were cheap during happy hour. Would stop there again.

A friend and I went to visit a buddy in Myrtle Beach last week. While walking the Boardwalk we seen this place and really got a kick out of the front of the bar. We decided to go in and loved the place. Its nothing fancy, just a laid back place with a really friendly staff. We hit it off right away with the bartender and we felt right at home. We ordered a few dogs and a burger and they were delicious. They also have a cool juke box with really good tunes on it. I will definitely go back the next time I’m in town.

Out in Myrtle Beach with my family for spring break… best food since we’ve been here… my kids had the burgers, philly cheese, fish sandwich and I had the basket of shrimp… everyone’s food was so fresh…

First of all, yes it is a dive bar. Great little bar for drinks and food. The bar tenders are great. Brea, Russell, Spitty and Ishy are friendly. Tonight I had Spitters wings with fresh cut fries. My fiancé had Lee’s Chicken Parm, grilled. Everything was hot and fresh. The hand cut fries are the best in town. I have dietary restrictions and they were more than happy to accommodate my needs. Their burgers are fresh and cooked to order. There is a live band 6 nights a week from March through November on the The Bowery side. We have had a great time on that side also.

Walked the boardwalk one night, with a group of friends, we wanting to bar hop. Came across Duffy’s. It sounded like a fun place to check out. We could hear the music playing from outside. And we could see people dancing inside, through the windows. The entertainment seemed great, which is what dragged us in!
Got carded outside, walked in to pay the cover, noticed it was still a smoking bar. So we left. A smoke filled bar is not a place for us. Which is why I gave it only 2 stars. We are originally from New England, and up there you haven’t been able to smoke indoors since I was just a young kid. So it’s odd that some places still allow it down here.

Stopped in for an after dinner drink. Bartenders were nice and friendly. I could see the cooks making burgers on the grill and they looked awesome. I was only going to have one drink but had two because it was such a friendly environment.

Best burgers ever! The service was fantastic! In Myrtle Beach for 3 days and we had the pleasure of eating here twice.

Great little beach bar. Right on the boardwalk. Burgers are fantastic!!! And they have a big selection. Fries are typical board fries… decent. Staff super friendly.

We had burgers & cheese fries. Delicious! Good portions, affordable prices, and right next to the ocean! Recommended!

It is a great place to get some good dive bar food. The people working there were nice and very friendly. We did go during off season, so it was not crowded for lunch. We had the ½ pound burgers, plus with the fresh cut fries, they were great! We also ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. Very good place — we would recommend it.

Yep, it’s a dive bar just like the other reviews say but service is great and loved the burger. (I didn’t eat one) fresh ground beef patties. Did help him with his fresh cut fries.
Fyi. it is a smoking bar.

I love this place. On the beach, cold beer, great people! It’s a dive bar but it has great food and great people.
Sit outside and enjoy the scenery with some friends and a cold one. The play classic rock music which I enjoy.

If you are looking for classy this is not the place but if you are looking for a great burger or wings this is spot on! A game of pool. A couple of beers or drinks and dinner. The burgers are fabulous! Hubby said the wings could be a little crispier but I think he’s picky. Happy hour Monday thru Friday four pm until seven. Might be our Friday night haunt.

Was craving a hot dog so checked out duffys. Wow, everything we ordered was so delicious! My mother had the bologna sandwich and raved and loved how much meat was in it. I enjoyed my all beef hot dog with freshly cut fries. This place did not disappoint. Russell was our waiter and he was so kind. Definitely will stop by again!

Nothing spectacular but the food and the service is great. Love this place. Every time we are in Myrtle this is a must stop in joint.

Stumbled upon this dive bar as I was looking for lunch along the boardwalk, and boy was I taken by surprise! I had the ½ lb Angus Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of fries and holy crap it was amazing. This burger was killer. I hiiiiiighly recommend it. With the Swiss cheese and bacon, mmmmm!!!

This is a classic myrtle beach relic. It is old and it doesn’t have anything impressive to show other then being part of the Bowery where Alabama first started.
We visit myrtle beach several times a year and this is always one place we agree to go to. We always order the wings with fries and they have always been fantastic. 10 wings, fries are under $ 9. Appetizers are also very good.
You are promptly greeted once you walk in and you feel right at home. They have some of the best service on the boardwalk. Pool tables located at the back. Again nothing super special other then they are always consistent on their service and quality.
Also even though it’s a bar, during lunch I would say it could be family friendly. I have never seen anything I wouldn’t want a small child around. Few people having a beer and rarely anyone smoking. Can’t say the same after dark.

A «no frills bar and we know it» bar with nothing spectacular but a lot of charm to make up for it.
Good happy hour between 4 – 7 with $ 1.50 beers and $ 3 well drinks. However, they are a bit watered down. Note: didn’t try the food, but the people that were next to me swore by the cheeseburger.
Bartender is super friendly, so if you want to have a cheap drink and chat up — a good place to go.
