Fish tacos were pretty good.
Neg– chips were stale and it’s the only place we ate at in Myrtle Beach that does the automatic 15% tip, even though we were only a party of 4.

«World famous» BBQ pulled pork sandwich was just like the prepackaged kind I get at the grocery store. Husband had the chicken tacos and he said they weren’t anything special. Nachos were globbed with canned chili, generic cheese sauce and served on a bed of stale taco chips.

Food was fair. We had Blackened Blue burger, Bang Bang shrimp tacos, and cheese sticks. Service was friendly. Food was PRICEY (for what get)! Yes it’s on the ocean boardwalk with a view, but up the quality of the food for these prices. 4 – 5 tiny cheese sticks sorta cooked for $ 8.25. Pfffft… way to expensive! Give the burger a 5 outta 10. Shrimp tacos were decent, 7 outta 10.

BEWARE: They automatically put 15% gratuity (tip) on every bill. So even if you do get bad service (we didn’t) they get tipped anyway.

Went here for dinner tonight. Was not all that busy. I had the shrimp tacos I think they call them bang bang tacos and deep fried pickles.
Pickle chips: Very good. Server with a good amount of ranch dressing. Well breaded and not doughy.
Bang bang tacos: Very good. Had just the slightest taste of heat. Was served with chips and salsa. The chips were out of a bag and the salsa was passable.
I really enjoyed the meal. The bartender did not seem to mind that I was just sitting at the bar drinking water watching the game for over an hour.
Good place.

Food is decent.
A lot of drinks to choose from.
15% automatic gratuity.
This was recommended as the best food spot by the locals. You won’t get any steaks here, but the tacos are okay.
I would come back.

We came to Myrtle Beach with my in laws for a day on the boardwalk. Lunch at Moe Moons was good.
My husband and I ordered the Jamaican me crazy fish bowl drink… this drink took 2 hours to finish… it’s was yummy, 4 different types and flavors of rum, pineapple, coconut etc. Food was hot and flavourful. Great menu for all ages.
Our server Jenny was awesome! Very attentive and was good with suggestions from the menu. We sat outside on the patio next to the boardwalk with great views of the ocean!
We will definitely be back! Love the music selection as well! :)

Perfect for people watching!!! The food was just okay, the drinks were fairly decent.
Gratuity is added to every check (unless you’re dining solo) so, there’s that.
Service was just okay…
Moe Moons is open late so that’s why we went.
Oh, and they also have nice outdoor seating.

Let me start by saying we didn’t have a bad experience at all here… But it’s just a basic bar with run-​of-​the-​mill bar food at Myrtle Beach prices.
We came during crappy weather and there was hardly anybody there. We sat right down and ordered. Our food came out quickly and the waitress was nice. I ordered nachos… They were ok but not great. I always hope for fresh chips and a little something «extra» when I get nachos at a restaurant… But this was canned chili, canned nacho sauce, jar salsa and bulk restaurant chips. The only fresh thing on it was the diced tomatoes. Husband got chicken tacos, said they were good… But they came with the same institutional tortilla chips.
Like I said, nothing bad… But nothing to really impress me either. Just average.

This place in a really good area of Myrtle Beach. Very touristy, right next to the Sky Wheel. Came here with my boyfriend & our 4 almost 5 year old and everything was good! I got the taco salad, pretty good, but could’ve been better. It was a huge portion so I only made a dent into it. My boyfriend got their catch of the day tacos (tilapia) he was in loveeee with them, barely saved me a bite. The little one got Grilled cheese sandwich with fries which she seemed to enjoy because she was actually quiet for a few minutes. The only thing that I didn’t like was we were sat outside and there were lots of annoying little bugs (of course not the restaurants fault), but the bugs kept getting in my drink so I had to keep asking for a new one.
Overall, we would go back next time we are in town, but probbaly sit inside.

I almost did not stop in because of the mediocre reviews, but this was one of my favorite places in Myrtle Beach.
The location is great — right on the boardwalk and in the center of everything. We sat outside under an umbrella in June and it was perfect. Service was great — they kept an awesome refill on our drinks (I’m that crazy person who ordered tea on vacation and not alcohol) and the drinks my friends got were very yummy and well priced.
Food was surprisingly great. We started off with pretzels — which were kind of weird because they were soft, but also strangely amazing. The sauces they came with fit well and while at first I was like ‘this is weird’ in the end, it was a delightful surprise I would come back for.
My husband god a philly that was actually pretty damn good (this coming from someone who lived in Pennsylvania and ate like real Philadelphia phillies) and I ordered an amazing salad that was perfect for the beach. Grilled pineapple — and lots of it — atop lettuce with other yummy toppings. Really the grilled pineapple made it. It was perfect beach food.
Overall, a nice laid back place on the beach that is perfect for lunch.

Yup! This place was pretty awesome and that had a lot to do with our awesome waitress! She was so sweet to not just us but everyone there! The menu is small, pretty much just like anywhere else in Myrtle but I wasn’t impressed with their food at all.
I got the steak and cheese which was very dry however, their fries were good. We got a free bud light each because of their Wednesday promotion and in addition to that we also got their Long Island fish bowl which was… OooKkk nothing too great.
Another downside to this place were the BIG ASS coach roaches! They only come out at night but they’re big and scary enough to make all the girls scream, myself included lol… Not even going to lie, I alost took down the table trying to get away from one.

We went to Moe Moon’s for a very late supper so there was no wait for an outdoor table. It’s a great location on the boardwalk and view of the ocean. We ordered two sea food sampler platters at $ 26.00 each to share between 4 of us and although it was pretty delicious there was still a lot left over when we finished.
The restaurant automatically adds a 15% gratuity whether your server was worth it or not but ours was worth it so it was fine by me.
The only downside: they BLASTED the most god-​awful techno music. Maybe their way of clearing the tables quickly because you sure don’t want to linger after a meal to listen to that crap.

Great location. Right next to the big Ferris wheel.
I ordered the Catch of the Day tacos and split a Hangover burger with my brother. The burger was delicious. It came with fries and those were delicious too!
The tacos on the other hand were just okay. Should’ve just stuck with the burger.
Good service though. Everyone was friendly.

Had the tropical punch fish bowl, tasted a little sweet, like a Gummi bear. My brothers enjoyed the long island iced teas.

Other than being in a wonderful location, right on the boardwalk, right on the beach, this place is terrible; no one enjoyed their food or drinks. The chicken and steak philly were both bland, the nachos were simply gross, the lettuce in my salad hadn’t been cleaned, and no one had even the slightest buzz, even after a margarita in a fishbowl, and my water tasted like soap. Crappy food that’s way too pricey, do not recommend.

Not a bad little place to grab a bite to eat. We stopped in around11:30 pm they were still serving. Not much to choose from this time of night. Very friendly staff and the beer is cold! Close to everything in the downtown area. Good was really good. We just came for appetizers.

I want to preface this review with the FACT that it was Memorial Weekend, and
the close out of the annual Bike Week.
Now for the pros:
— Their Rita Reunite Fishbowl drink was a God Sent! The amount of
liquor they add was borderline illegal. I loved it!
–My server was professional, friendly although the environment was
chaotic.
–The miniature lump crab cakes were superb.
NOW THE CONS:
~When we arrived the manager was bringing LE into the establishment
to escort a group of 3 out the front door. Although he was a bit irritated
he did not have to alarm the patrons who were there.
~ Once we were seated it took 30 minutes for our server to come. And the
average wait time for the surrounding tables were about 20 – 30 minutes as well.
~Once the server made it to our table after the 30 minute wait we were told that
because of the holiday weekend ALL checks must be paid FIRST and that a
mandatory 15% gratuity would be added. Thank goodness my server was
awesome. She was actually worth 20% but hey her employer screwed her that
weekend not me.
Over all it was a mediocre experience. I will definitely give them another try
if ever I am back at Myrtle Beach. I really want to find out if the dining experience
would be any different.

Stopped in after reading other Unilocal reviews. Glad we did! She had the fish tacos with fresh made onion rings. I had the shrimp po boy with fries.

As far as beach bars goes, Moe Moon’s is what it is. It has the perfect location for hungry beach dwellers. I suppose it also can save people in need of drinks.
The service was good. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive.
The food was okay, and everything was more expensive than necessary. Otherwise, it’s not necessarily bad, but it is definitely not the best bar and grill I’ve been to.
