This place is amazing. It’s my local bar that I go to all the time. For anyone who watches How I Met Your Mother, it’s like my McLaren’s. They treat their locals really well here, which is why I keep coming back. The chef, Billy, always has great specials going on that he designs and cooks. I can tell you I’ve never had a bad meal here. The prime rib sliders are definitely my favorite though. All the bartenders are super nice and take excellent care of everyone. The draft selection is what I like even though I always get the same beer, it’s nice to have options if I want to switch it up. The liquor selection is pretty standard, no crazy expensive stuff. The inside has a nice intimate feel with TVs all around for big game days, but the outside is where it’s at. About four TVs so you don’t have to worry about missing anything, and it’s right on a lake with a garden so you have a great view while enjoying drinks with all your friends.

Wanted to see a Buckeye game last Saturday night and catch a bite to eat. Food was good. We shared a Caesar salad, my wife had the clams and I had the chicken//andouille sausage bog which filled me up. Met the owner, Tom who was a great guy and you can see his enthusiasm in everyone who works there. A great place to catch a game or a quick pop with friends. Checkout the Outback Area. Lot’s of HDTVs to see whatever game is on tonight. Would definitely go back.

Great seasonal beers and a wide variety of craft beers on tap. A local bar with an epic view out back. You can find us here every year on our beach trip. Live music after 10pm and a laid back atmosphere makes this place a must. Worth checking out on your next trip to Myrtle Beach.

In from Virginia with one of my friends visiting The Be Well coach and we decided to check out this tavern. Heard it was a hole in the wall but very good. We ordered drinks and dinner. The service was great and the atmosphere was fun. They had an ultimate jenga game going on which was different and very intense fun for the bystanders! Theres a tiki bar theme in the back and it sits on a lake. A nice touch is the bug zappers becausr no one wants to be harrassed by mosquitos when your out having a good time. Would def go back.

I came for the«open» jam night. It is a great idea and there were definitely some good musicians, but the organizer didn’t bother to adhere to the list. I waited around from 9:30 to 12:30 and had to watch people that came in after me and others who had already played go up while I was never invited up. Lame, I won’t be back.

Food was good, but service was horrible. Waitress stopped coming to the table after my mother complained about her chicken being burnt.

Pine Lakes Tavern is a little hole in the wall in Myrtle Beach. This place is such a gem. The food is amazing. She crab soup is award winning and has lots of crab meat making this marylander happy. The fried green tomatoes were also amazing. Menu is a little small — but every item we got was fantastic. Also live bands play at 10 pm. Decently priced and not the typical«bar» food you would expect. Service was also exceptional. Not exactly a «kid» environment, but some kids were here. I will certainly be back and would suggest going here instead of a chain restaurant.

It doesn’t look like much from the front of the building, but this place is pretty great! The bar seats are super comfortable, there are plenty of bar games to play, and a quaint little pond out back. We’ve been in twice in three days, and everything we’ve eaten has been wonderful!

Nice little bar. I think it may be under renovation. There was no pool table and the were using the shuffleboard table for storing stuff. They had about 10 beers on tap and a good liquor selection. The place was super clean.

Love this place. I had the special from the board, Shrimp & Grits +2 sides. Glorious. Besides the great food I really enjoyed the entire atmosphere. Out back they have a great deck on the lake, tables, and an area for bags etc. Bartenders are the coolest. I Love this pace!

Got a free appetizer on the Unilocal app. Had crab dip which was good. Happy Hour beer specials made the trip very affordable. We played darts and shuffle board which was pretty cool. The seats at the bar are very comfortable. The service was nice and friendly.

Hands down this is a fantastic place! A locals favorite! Great friendly staff, a huge selection of Beers both Draft and Bottled. A real Chef in the kitchen = Not your ordinary bar food Excellent food and it was cooked to order and flawless! One of my favorite items is the Grilled chicken sandwich, it had caramelized red onion, bacon, cheese, on a big nice bun.

Moved here two years ago, and finally found that local bar that makes you feel like home. My favorite bar to watch sports in Myrtle Beach. Great local bar, awesome bartenders who remember you. You want to see a game, they’ll put in on for you. One of the few non smoking bars in Myrtle Beach, huge plus with all the rednecks smoking down here. Great for NFL Sundays. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside is wonderful. The food menu is small and limited and I’ve had better food, but this is my only small and I mean small gripe. Also tons of craft beers on draft which change quite a bit every few weeks. Best bar to drink and watch sports in Myrtle.

Tried Pine Lakes based on the few reviews that were here. It is absolutely worth it if you like a home town bar atmosphere. The beer selection is very good with quite a few good crafts. The food was not bar food! Not a large selection but very well prepared. I started with wings which were all drums and 7 weighed a pound. The crab cake was also very good. Finally, the service was friendly, quick and appreciated.

Another great local spot!!! Just remodeled from the exsisting bar before them… It’s now great and welcoming. Huge tap beer selection, outside deck seating AND a great menu! Everything there is good but I have to mention the wings. Something as simple as wings and it’s sooooo worth mentioning! They are huge, and full of meat. I order mine well done because they are that big. Best wings in town. Staff is super friendly too

Really laid back bar. However the bartender seemed as if he could care less about new faces. One would think that in the middle of January during slow season any business would be welcomed. Great draft selection tho! Who knows about the food. It wasn’t available at midnight. Maybe that’s a SC thing.

Bartenders are on top of their game there. They usually have a good band playing on the weekends. The food is good at reasonable prices.

So glad I now live closer to this place… great look and vibe. Bar itself is super cool and unique… low comfy stools make it easy to sit a spell… outdoor deck on the water is a sweet surprise. Live music all the time. Great service and selection. Need I say more? Ok yes, last but not least: you MUST try the crab cakes. Amazing.
