The worst Starbucks experience ever! Rude and slow. Every drink they make has to go back for a redo. I asked for an iced green tea. She didn’t even make an effort to try and make it right! When I asked her to mix it so I don’t drink chunks of tea she literally took a straw to mix it with! Really??? I can do that!

Clean store recently renovated. Fairly accessible with plenty of parking. The coffee was fresh and the service was pleasant. It was a standard Starbucks experience and you shouldn’t be afraid to stop. We were in on a rainy Sunday night, I am sure with its proximity to the shopping center at Mystic it gets crazy busy on nice days and the shopping holidays.

I feel kind of silly reviewing a Starbucks because, you know… it’s a Starbucks. Whoop-de-do. This Starbucks, however is quite nice. Big, airy, lots on windows, and when I went in on a Saturday mid-morning in September, there were plenty of seats available. However, the service was quite slow on the day I went. I was in line for about 10 minutes with only 5 or so people in front of me. That said, the woman at the register was nice, and while I was in line, the barista walked along the line and got people’s orders so she could get started on them. I’ve never seen them do that at a Starbucks outside of New York, so it was nice — it saved me a few minutes of waiting on the other end. Note: they don’t have soy milk at the counter with the other milks, sugar, cinnamon, etc(the barista told me they don’t put it out because few people at this location use it), so if you want some to add to your coffee, ask for it when you’re picking up your drink.

Love the friendly and helpful staff at this Starbucks. My coffee order is always done just how I like it too.

Most Starbucks are alike, so it seems strange that I would rate this location any higher than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. That said, I absolutely fell in love with this spot! I don’t typically travel to Mystic, however it’s on my way between where I live and my family. One day I had a hankering for a Salted Caramel Mocha so I fired up the ol’ Starbucks app to see where I might be able to feed the craving and this little spot popped up, and so I went. I don’t know what it was about this place but I loved it. The location was light and airy, with plenty of seating should you so choose to dine there. The coffee was pretty standard as far as Starbucks goes, but the atmosphere made me enjoy it more than usual. And, it seemed this location(maybe due to its size) offered more baked goods than other stores I’ve visited.

Decent Starbucks but has the industrial interior. Not a comfortable place to hang out. No smoking on back patio allowed either. Baristas are quick and got the order right 5 days in a row. Not bad. I would go back, but wish Starbucks would go back to the comfortable interior. The metal/plastic chairs are just not as inviting.

Only one drink per receipt on the«treat receipt?» Well that’s news to me! Other locations have honored multiple drinks off of a single receipt. Guess this one is special. The girl who relayed this info to us was not super nice about it either.

It is a Starbucks so you know what you are getting. Nice location, staff was very nice. I didn’t get a fancy schmancy drink so I can’t tell you if they make a good latte, etc.

By far the best Starbucks I frequent. The staff is friendly and remembers you, the coffee is made properly, and it’s a convenient stop before I hop on 95 towards Boston. However, it does get busy during tourist season and I sadly tend to avoid it then and head to Groton instead.

Typical Starbucks, which means I’m a fan! Great friendly staff and the facilities are always clean. No drive-thru here though.

This is one of the better Starbucks in the state. Maybe that’s because it didn’t originally start out as a run-of-the-mill Starbucks. I forget exactly but I think the building started out as a Dunkin Donuts. The inside is open and airy with lots of windows. There’s also outdoor seating. By the way, its locaton is located directly across the street from Mystic Aquariam. So maybe, just maybe, you’ll see either Kela or Jasper waddle through the front door. They’re two of Mystic’s star beluga whales and I hear they’re very addicted to Starbucks peppermint mocha frappaccinos.

It’s the closest Starbucks to me & also one of the best. It’s in a touristy area & not too far off of 95. The baristas are friendly & I’ve never seen it too crowded. As far as Starbucks goes it doesn’t have a drive-thru which would be nice but it’s very spacious & clean inside. They just renovated too & it seems like they made it bigger somehow. There’s also a nice outside patio to sit during warmer months.
