A joke. Unless you get there first thing in the morning they have nothing. Colata machine is broken every afternoon. The morning staff rocks but afternoon crew are awegull. This one they get your order right most of the time but only cause it’s a limited menu satellite office.

Window clerk for drive up dropped my change on the ground and said«oh sorry» then proceeded to tell me to get it myself. It was just a quarter but thats not the point. Then when we showed him in the freezing cold by getting out of the vehicle and trying to get it– and couldn’t– he just said«oh darn sorry.» And shut the windows and turned his back to us. Again just a quarter whatever but probably the worst customer service ive ever had at dunkin. Bad look.

This location is terrible. I just went through the drive thru with my family for the kids to have a donut on a Sunday morning. We ordered a half dozen, the employee repeated our order, we paid, were handed a crumpled up paper sack of donuts and when we looked inside, all 6 were not what we ordered. We asked if we could have the 6 that we ordered and the employee stated that they were out of the types we chose(glazed, sprinkle & french crueller). She said that we had to keep the bag of donuts she gave us, we could not have our money back & that she could manage to get a couple extra donuts for us but that was all she could do. It was absurd, we didn’t want the ones we were given and the kids were not interested in eating custard filled or jelly filled donuts. She gave us 2 chocolate frosted donuts for the kids and we left. Bonus was that 1 jelly filled donut in the bag had a big black hair in it and 1 custard filled donut came with a blond hair. Nasty.

Coolest Dunkies I’ve ever been in. Wood paneling on the walls, Giant antique looking leather sofas and chairs. It was like some weird Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts crossbreed. Service was friendly the three times i was in there on a long weekend away and fast. who ever owns this Dunkin Donuts is going the extra mile.

I’ve noticed Dunkin Donuts has their nice stores and their run-of-the-mill stores. I like these upscale models with the leather chairs and sofas, local decorations and higher quality finishes like dark wood and end tables. They make me want to stop-in, buy coffee, sit in a chair, and space out for a few minutes. I’ve only seen them in Mystic(I know of two there) and Beverly(near the City Hall). Well, this one is nice and I like it and the girl running the place was extremely friendly and sociable. She even explained the 60th anniversary and the donut contest, or something like that, but I wasn’t really listening.

Tip: In the corner are three big leather chairs. Next to them is a table with free maps. On the maps are coupons for a free donut(with your drink purchase).
