I love this place. I always get an iced dirty chai and it’s always delicious and the staff always is very friendly! I’m not good at these reviews but I just had to write something nice about this place! Most importantly the product tastes great I think the they have great coffee!

The Honey Cinnamon Latte is my new addiction! Vault is a must whenever I’m in town. Friendly, helpful staff and the best latte in town, if not anywhere! They also have the best Eggnog latte around the holidays.

It’s a good day when you can find a local coffee roster that knows what they’re talking about. Great service and advice. Good looking pastries, but what I really liked was the fact they use local products. Definitely a stop on my way back through. Excellent cup of coffee

Can I give this place more than five stars? I was so upset when they closed the Mystic Beanery and our vacations to Mystic just weren’t the same. When we came over the summer, I was happy to see another coffee shop. Well… I was instantly hooked. They must add something to their espresso/coffees because it’s the best I’ve tasted. Wish they would branch out to the Lower Hudson Valley in NY. I couldn’t wait to come back on Columbus Day weekend just to go here. You won’t be disappointed. Hope they also start online ordering for mail order coffee bean purchases.

I love this coffee hut. Excellent service and delicious hand-crafted beverages. Very intimate but not crowded. It’s a delight to come here, it’s obvious they love what they do.

Around the Mystic area looking for a pick me up, local coffee shop preferred. Fortunately this place was close, had a maple ginger latte… yummmm! The staff was very welcoming, I only had a drink but the baked goods looks great. Will definitely go back & try the caramel cider, looked amazing! Support local folks!

Unlike most other places at the tourist trap known as Mystic, Connecticut, Vault Coffee Roasters was a very nice hidden gem. Both the coffee and the hot chocolate were very tasty, with pretty designs on the top. The muffins we tried(blueberry and banana nut) were very light and delicious and were made at Mangoes, a spot two doors down. The staff was friendly and the menu was extensive, with options for pretty much anyone. I rate it 5 stars. Tip of advice: Don’t get pulled into the tourist trap and check this place out.

The single person managing the store on a July afternoon was nice, cordial and friendly. The store seemed blank. There was a lot of empty space and just didn’t seem stocked with a lot of anything in particular which would make this stand out. The selection was mediocre at best so we went with the safe bet of an ice coffee. I’ve had my share of coffee from roasters to beaneries, etc. The coffee was ok. We did appreciate the fixins counter which included skim milk, cream and simple syrup. I just didn’t feel at home like I did when the Beanery was here.

This little coffee shop is serving up their own unique flavor profile blends, roasted in small batches at Dave’s in Westerly Rhode Island. It feels current in here; warm wood, chalkboards, and the lovely scent of freshly ground coffee. The scoop is that they’re relocating to a bigger space in the village come spring, roasting their own beans in-house and serving sweet and savory crepes. They’re all about local sourcing, getting their milk from Windsor Dairy(Johnston, RI) and offering Hosmer Mountain sodas(North Windham, CT), cider from Clyde’s(Mystic), and baked goods from Mango’s(a few doors down). Oh, and the coffee is delicious!

staff there is very good. the place is clean and spacious. ok so if you dont know any better this place is pretty good! however the place that used to be there was Superior. getting a coffee is all about the coffee and the experience. before you would walk in and be overwhelmed with this wonderful coffee smell. now its all painted white and stark and boring. here is what my issues are. if I want a large mocha I should be able to have a large mocha. yes its a first world issue but why only one size? makes me crazy! the coffee is ok. its not out of this world good and when they make it its not hot enough. they do have smoothies and some frozen drinks but again. so many things are all just one size. we have tried this place a couple times and each time try something different. each time staff is nice but coffee is meh. I’m not a fan of Starbucks but Id rather go there than here :(

My friends and I must be in the minority, because we were not impressed with Vault. We all preferred the Beanery that was in its location prior to it closing. I’ve had both the hot & iced chai and didn’t think it was that great. The layout is improved from what it was, but the lids/cream/sugar are in a bad spot where people are waiting for their drinks.

Super friendly staff really cares about what they’re making. Great coffee too. Had the iced mocha and the lady got the mixed tea and lemonade. Definitely give it a whirl

After a bit of family time, I needed a boost of energy. I was so thankful to see the chalk board outside Vault, enticing us inside to get some coffee. For an otherwise super touristy area, this spot is really special. They definitely care about the source of their beans and milk, and the people who work here are super down to earth. The cold brew they serve, Dave’s, is super delicious and will definitely do the trick.

Exceptionally good stuff at Vault from their daily made, fresh muffins, to their featured lattes, and even local artist work on offer. This is THE hippest shop you will find in all of Olde Mistick Village shopping mall. It’s simple, but contemporary. It felt a little home, NYC. There’s no wi-fi, but they do use Square tendering service, and the guys look pretty hipster-ish, and are super friendly and excellent baristas. The cinnamon and Spanish lattes were phenomenal.

Excellent coffee, and extremely friendly staff. Not a large selection like most coffee houses, but I think it’s better that way. The baristas are really able to focus on every individual cup of coffee which makes for superior quality. Try the Spanish latte, delicious.

This place is great! The staff are always really really friendly. They get fresh baked goods from Mango’s in the village. They get as much as they can from local places and tell you on a chalk board where things are from. I get the soy latte or soy hot chocolate and they are always so tasty.
