ZERO stars if I could! We received REFRIED fries. Seriously? How are you guys still open? And your drive through employees were completely rude and ignorant. Worst customer service ever. Yea I wasn’t expecting 4 star restaurant but geez… serve edible food!

My first time ever step into Jack in the box .very good customer service .nice place .good manager and employee. Food was good.

Jack in the box has always had hot fries! Here it has sucked!!! Burgers were cold as well!

Dear Jack in the Box on Trancas Ave in Napa,
We had a terrible earthquake this morning.
Hours later, when it was finally light, my daughter and I looked at our trashed home, we decided we needed food and coffee before we could begin the clean up.
We had no power and decided to drive somewhere, anywhere, to find food and coffee.
The problem was that the power outage and damage extended far beyond our neighborhood, but throughout the city of Napa. Every store, gas station, retailer was closed, many blocked off with yellow security tape. Then, I spotted your restaurant… open…and turned in.
A Jack in the Box employee was letting the people in the line of cars know, they only had coffee. For no charge, with cream and sugar and a smile!
Your business was damaged too, and in the middle of clean up.
Whoever had the idea to provide this service, is my hero for the day!

They always gave me wrong orders on Fridays nights (after 2 am) missing items, wrong orders, no forks. Blah!!! Always something! They need to pay more attention on costumer service.

This place is full to the brim with useless people. I don’t know how hard it is to slide a pita in a paper sleeve without ripping the side right the hell off of it. Maybe if their parents would have been able to slide a condom over that boner, they would have better people in line to work there. God it sucks ass!

They never got my drive-​thru order wrong. The teriyaki chicken bowl wasn’t bad. And the employees are always kind. I can’t complain :)
Extra star because i love being able to order breakfast for dinner and other stuff. Yay Jack in the Box!

Going down hill. Used to like the sourdough jack. It’s gross now. Everytime I’ve gone in the last couple of months something was wrong. Last time was the last time. Everything was soooo greasy the bag was stained.

Jack treated me right. I got chicken fingers, curly fries and root beer. The best thing about my first Jack in the Box experience, they had frank’s red hot in little packages for my chicken fingers. I was happy.

As much as I try to avoid fast food, Jack in the Box unfortunately ends up playing a staple role in my life… Crack in the Box has provided some of my life’s greatest moments of indulgence that almost always take place after a night of partying or smoking with friends. $ 1 Big Cheeseburger, 50 cent tacos, and surprisingly good Egg Rolls — you can’t beat Jack in the Crack. I have to give it up to JBo being the ultimate in cheap fast food — just don’t go when you’re sober or you might actually taste it.

There was this automatic ordering/​purchasing machine, but it was not really user friendly. As a programmer, I felt so sorry for that. (Who made this anyway?) And Maybe because this ordering machine, the employees were not taking any orders but just chatting with each other. I felt very ignored.
Not a good spot at last.

Service is slow!!! Three times I have been here and three times I have experienced extended waits.
