Little Caesars Pizza

This is the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. The food is same as any Little Caesars. It is the service. It does matter if there are 2 or 15 people in line, it seems to take at least 10 minutes to get a so-​called Hot-​N-​Ready pizza. Clearly the management of this store is lacking considerably. Don’t go here if you are in a hurry.

Very low quality food. I know I should not expect much for less than $ 10 but I would rather pay double the price at Marys or Round Table. I don’t really have much to say except for that the food is not good and I would to recommend coming here.
My pizza wasn’t cooked that well, a lot of it was raw dough. The pizza is super dense and heavy, like each slice weighs a pound.
Cons: Poor looking and run down facility, low quality ingredients and food.
Pros: Staff was friendly

Okay, so this is cheap pizza. That is what it is supposed to be. Anyone complaining that it was «cheap», uh, duh! But cheap can still be good.
I won’t just go in and buy a $ 5 hot and ready pizza, in my experience they have usually been sitting their ready for a bit too long. But HELLO you can actually call in an order! We like the pretzel crust pepperoni pizza with cheddar cheese sauce. We order it extra cheese sauce and light salt and it is only $ 8! For the same price we also like the Hawaiian with white sauce instead of red which they are happy to substitute. You can get light sauce, extra sauce, extra cheese, stuffed crust, pretzel crust, pan crust, red sauce, white sauce, cheese sauce and so many other options and nothing is over $ 10!
It is still cheap pizza, it is never going to taste like Round Table or our favorite Fazeratti’s but it is only a 15 minute wait to make your cheap pizza better.

Usually my expierence when going to this place isn’t as horrible, though still the staff is lacking customer service skills. However, my last visit was on a Wednesday we were there 10 minutes after it says they open and the store still remained closed. The staff that was inside just stared at the other customers and myself waiting for their doors to open. The proceeded to laugh and continue looking at us while we patiently waited. Finally 20 minutes after they’re suppose to open their store, a female staff member walks over and just unlocks the door she didn’t even bother opening the doors for us. There was an another woman who was behind us and was pregnant as soon as we walk in the door the cashier asks my friend and I «Are you ready to order? If not so I can take her order,» referring to the pregnant woman. Yes we were ready order and I’m sure we all knew what we wanted as we had been waiting outside. The nerve some people have. Yes we did order, and yes I did make it known that they’re clearing lacking customer service skills and a friendly staff. I refuse to learn, I make sure I tell people that I know to take their business elsewhere and I hope they hire new staff all together.

I ordered a pizza without any meat and without cheese and I found a couple of pieces of meat so maybe they should be a little bit more organized.

One of the best Little Caesars around. Always have hot, yummy pizzas ready. They do take orders for pick up if you call ahead! Best for a cheap, fast, greasy dinner. Oh, bring cash because their credit card machine sometimes goes out.

I been here twice first time was ok they got the pizzas right and ready fast the second time… i had to repeat my order around 4 times for 2 pizzas when we finally got them 1 was made wrong and on top of everything they had a rude attitude about making another one took about 40 minutes to get out they need to pay attention and work on there attitude the pizza its good but the service its sh#%=xy

I had their sausage pizza and a cheese pizza. Both were flavorful and a normal amount of toppings. I love their sauce, just the right amount. I was pleasantly surprised because when I went to another city’s Little Ceasar, their toppings were so skimpy and scarce, I quit going to Little Caesar’s altogether. With this Little Caesars, I’ll be back over and over again. The lines were long at 5:15 p.m. on a Friday night. But when it is good, people will flock.

Seemed like a bit too much sauce but the cheese here was better than in Vallejo. The wait was insane (pretty sure they forget about us: c) but all things considered, it was pretty good.

This is the best pizza chain I have been to. I never tried little Caesars before and decided to give it a try because there were so many people waiting in line for a pizza. My pizza came out fresh and tasted so good.

Not sure why its so busy because the toppings are so skimpy and when I was waiting for 14 minutes, 3 people came in stating the pizza was wrong. Unilocalers, make sure its the pizza you ordered. This establishment is like amateurs, you order a pizza, they give you the wrong pizza. At least take a peek. It sure beats returning from your house. Also, Round Table and Papa Murphy’s gives you a whole lot more toppings than this place.

I just got there and they pulled my pizza out like it was just finished! And then they offered me crazy bread for a dollar! Best Deal ever!

Hey, I’m, going to go pick up a pizza when in Napa on Sunday by request and take it to the Napa state Hospital but I just gotta say Sergio from this place was over the top delightful. Outstanding customer service and just a delight to deal with a super nice person over the phone. Jury’s still out on the pizza itself but gotta say — Sergio is awesome and some great customer service company is going to swoop him up! Nice job Serg, great directions, great handle on the easy pricing, just a nice reflection to their business. Go Sergio, I wish all people in fast food were this gracious.

Only good if you add your own toppings and have it made fresh by requesting a half and half of something.
Sucks otherwise. Sucks hard.
