The customer service at this location is out of this world. Chatting with the gal on the phone about my son moving on to the 2^nd grade… look what was delivered for my son… Oh ya pizza has always been amazing…

In town for work meetings. Pizza delivered to hotel was awesome, whole staff loved it. Kudos to delivery person, Jenny!

I am not proud of it, but I am definitely a pizza person. While visiting my son up in Napa, we have had the opportunity to try several different pizza places. We stumbled upon the Pizza Guy — because we wanted a pizza delivered and it was late at night and we had very few choices.
It was one of those great discoveries that you sometimes stumble upon!!! Although they were eight minutes away by car, and I was kind of doubtful that the Pizza would arrive hot or crispy because of the distance, and knowing that pizza sometimes get soft when it is enclosed in a box and the crust gets steamed — (all of which is not their fault!) — it arrived perfectly hot and crispy.
Just to make sure we heated up the oven and threw the pieces in there for a few minutes, bringing it back to its original state, coming out of the oven Hot, Crispy, and Perfect.
The place is very affordable and they obviously use the best quality ingredients, because you can taste it. I’m sure that they have quite a challenge dealing with people late at night who possibly have been drinking, and can get a little short on the phone, but their employees are very well trained and the delivery people — (boys and girls) are very friendly.
Definitely give it a try — it will be worth it…

I like the pizza, but I ordered through Unilocal and 2 of the 3 items I ordered were wrong! Very disappointing.

Good pizza for an affordable price. My new go-​to spot in Napa for a quick easy meal.

I wanted to try these guys for the first time. Called for delivery, and after repeating my phone number 3 times to the giggling moron who answered the phone I told them to forget it and called Round Table. If you can’t pay attention long enough to get my number right, I don’t feel too confident at how my order will turn out.

Great gluten-​free options!

I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to pizza but due to the convenience I ordered from these guys. I ordered the pizza how I usually get it from another place I have frequented and was pleasantly surprised .
They are getting the full 5 stars for a few different reasons:
–they deliver and it doesn’t take an hour or more to get the food and when it arrived it was still hot and the salad was still cold.
–the price for what was ordered was very good and I will have to say I will be ordering from these guys from now on if I decide to ruin my diet again…
–the food ordered was tasty and they don’t skimp on the ingredients.
–I’m tired of seeing places that have pretty good food get lame ratings from over sensitive and easily offended patrons…
I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered through eat24 which made it more convenient and recommend it… I just wish more places in Napa used that site.

Tonight was my first time trying Pizza Guys here in Napa and I gotta say I’m super impressed! I’ve drove by it a million times and heard about it but tonight I decided why not? Great decision because it was a great value, got here 20 minutes before it was estimated to arrive, the driver was friendly (not to mention kinda cute ha ha), and of course the food was delicious! I would highly recommend them because they are definitely my new favorite pizza place in town!

We’ve lived in Napa for 40+ years, and have tried vertically every take out pizza place in our town. Finally we have found our favorite. Pizza Guys is far the BEST take out/​delivery pizza in town. Their pizzas are awesome, always HOT and delicious. Sometimes we order a Specialty Gourmet Pizza, and sometimes we build our own. Either way, we’ve never been disappointed. We are pizza type people, but we are sure everything else on their menu would most likely get a 5 star rating too. «Pizza Guys Rule!» If you haven’t tried them, your missing out big time. What’s for dinner tonight honey… Pizza Guys for sure.

Ordered once and done. Ordered take out the person wasn’t very helpful on the phone. She wanted to sell what they made and refused substitutes. The pizza arrived soggy and cold. I thought I would have a warm dinner instead I had cold leftovers. I can name five pizza parlors in Napa that are five stars. I will be ordering from them in the future

I always receive the best customer service here! Jenny is amazing! She always makes the experience warm, smooth & efficient! So grateful in a land sorely lacking of gluten free pizzas that I have found deliciousness and great customer service in one!

Unsure why these guys don’t have more stars. The pizzas are well made, the service is good, and they have coupon deals all the time. Sure beats paying like $ 40 for Round Table.

Pizza guys is awesome! The food is consistently good, all of the staff is funny and friendly and the prices are reasonable!

These pizza guys are good. Great pizza for the price! Great customer service. Especially Laura on the phone, she was great. Keep up the great hospitality and pizza!

Idk what happened with all the other peoples orders or what they’re complaining about because every time I’ve gone here (few times a month) I’ve had exceptional customer service, with great suggestions, great prices and with an ending product I keep going back for. Will be coming back soon as usual!

Wow! Did their prices ever sky rocket. Crazy how they use to be affordable now their outragious. Sad I wont be ordering from them very often. Never any coupons or promotions anymore aswell.

This place is pretty good for a cheaper pizza place, but… the staff is very unfriendly and not very helpful at all! I had two large pizza boxes, a box of hot wings in one hand and a 2 liter in the other and i had to pull the door, instead of pushing like other doors, and I was offered no help when I was obviously struggling to get the door open. They just stared at me. This kind of behavior occurs just about every time I go in. No common courtesy at this place!

Hey Pizza Guys, your going down hill, while raising your prices. Are we missing something here?
You’ve lost my family in Napa as customers and that’s around 135 customers. Good Luck Domino’s! I mean Pizza Guys.:/
