This was the first time coming to The Robledo Winery! It was a great experience to say the least! The tasting room felt very welcoming! I love how they have the history of the family started in the business on display! The people are great! Luis, Don Robledo’s son was there greeting and conversing with the guests. He is such a nice guy! Made the guest feel at home. And the wine is the best! «El Rey» is my favorite. An interesting fact each one of the Robledo kids has a wine named after them. I can’t say enough good things about this winery! I love it!

First Mexican owned winery — Awesome Tasting room felt like a warehouse — Okay The tasting staff felt like a bartender at your local beer hall — Not nice Tasting experience was bit rushed — That sucks Wine — pretty good. ½ off of case of Sav-blanc??? Sold. Good honest wine. Seemed like good folks but the tasting experience was missing something. I definitely recommend the wine, I love what they achieved, but I think they should re-think their presentation /wine tasting experience. Happy eating — R.

In my opinion, the best winery in California. The Robledo family makes you feel as you are a part of theri family. The tasting room is beautiful. I always make them my first stop in any day of wine tasting. I want my palate fresh for their wines. Whether you like whites or reds, you will be amazed by the quality and love they put in their wines. My personal favorite is the 2005 El Rey. I unfortunately do not live in San Fran anymore, so I have not been in over a year. But I make sure to tell anyone traveling out there to stop by and buy a few bottles. I should hopefully be out there again by the end of the year and will be making the first day enjoying Robledo’s newest releases.
