They were cool at first and I was going to give them a 5 star but the tides turned quickly after about a month later of working with them, I was awarded a Housing Choice Voucher and I asked If they knew of any apartment complexes who were accepting them. The nice pleasant gentleman unexpectedly got nasty., rude., harsh, his voice and attitude changed quickly lol. He acted as if I asked him if he wanted the Bubonic Plague!!! And he suggested that I look somewhere else., he began naming towns far east away from here, that I’ve never heard of lol. He brushed me off the phone and hung up quickly and abruptly… smh. It’s sad., some people’s ignorance.

I went to Apartment Solutions on the recommendation of a friend after looking for an apartment on my own. All I can say is I should have come here in the first place! Brigette was super! She knows the area, listened to what my «must haves» were and kept me within range of my budget. Now I am moving into an apartment that I absolutely love and am so excited. Do yourself a favor and go see Brigette. You will save yourself a lot of time and aggravation!

Apartment Solutions was a miracle for me. I had 1 week to find an apartment when I was relocated to Chicago. Caryn quickly narrowed down my «wish list» and within 45 minutes had a list of places that fit my exact needs. She was patient and kind and even gave me friendly advice about my new city. She was extremely knowledgeable about the areas and the individual communities. I chose the first apartment on our list because it was perfect! My only regret is that I didn’t go straight to Apartment Solutions instead of trying on my own.

Apartment Solutions definitely deserves a 5 star review. Mike (in Schaumburg) is so extremely knowledgeable of the apartments in the area that he is nothing but helpful in his clients’ apartment searches. You can provide him with your specific apartment «criteria» (price range, pet preference, location, etc.) and he provides you with exceptional suggestions.
My apartment search has gone in many different directions– from the change in area, to the number of people I’m living with, to the price change– he’s been patient and has worked with me the whole way.
He found me a GREAT apartment that met all of my needs. Will definitely use him again shall I need an apartment in Chicago Suburbs!

The care and time he puts into his clients is just plain awesome! I’d recommend this place to anyone tired of searching through
and the like. He provides nice easy to understand forms with all the information and has bits and pieces the internet just doesn’t seem to have all in one place.
