Wow! 5 Stars for Chilis in Naperville! You guys need to calm down. These people are doing an fantastic job at what they are doing. Take a step back and put yourself in their foot steps. Clearly the place is under staff and all them are busting their asses to get what people need. Ive been there a lot over the past couple of weeks and it just keeps getting better. It starts when I walk in and see that they are busy and I expected to wait a while. The host was very polite about it all and I wait for 20 minutes top for a table of 5 of us. We sat down and I could tell who our server was and clearly knew they were going to be busy. Overall the service was spectacular. The staff was helpful in everyday just trying to assist customers and each other. I absolutely recommend this place and people should stop giving them such a hard time. Take a step and put yourself in their shoes. Don’t have something up your ass and think you’re privilege to everything cause honestly you’re not and these people are just trying to do their job and think that they are giving you shitty service and they are actually doing an fantastic job. I’m going there tonight with my family and honestly can’t wait. NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE AMAZING! GOOD JOB CHILIS!

Disgusting blinds! Filthy FILTHY dirty! AND whoever the hostess is working the door tonight, shouldn’t be. I have not seen her smile NOT ONE TIME! What a very dull experience. No rush on food either.

I must say I don’t normally dine in corporate restaurants because they always lack in service but our bartender Juan was great. Very attentive and polite. The kitchen was dirty. Every time I walked to the restroom the floor was covered with chips and filth. The manager just seemed to walk around with a slight limp without asking anyone to clean. The 4 stars are for Juan not for the environment. Go Juan!!! Quit that job and work somewhere that deserves your hospitality skills.

the dining left a lot to be desired:
There was a film on all eating utensils.
Everything was SALTY AF!
Like beyond gross.
From appetizers to the soup to the entrée… salty salty salty.
and I dont mind salt.
APPS: fried pickles, onion rings, fried cheese curds. one expects SOME saltiness.
SOUP: salty beyond words
ENTREE: enchiladas (chicken/​beef) not worthy of bringing scraps home to feral dogs. Probably would have caused some immdiate cardiac issues in said dogs due to excessive sodium levels.
smoked chicken burrito: the only flavor I could taste was salt.

We had a really great server just recently. I wish I could remember her name to acknowledge what an exceptional job she did! Our server was so friendly and helpful, knew the products, had great recommendations, good timing, and always had a smile. It seems rare to find this kind of service much anymore. It was even nicer to find it right here at Chilis. Enjoyed the food, good deals for the amount of food we ate! I would return to this one and hopefully get our cool server again.
