I really enjoy shopping at Naperville as a woman of color. Reason is they are not snobby and so willing to help anyone that comes in the store. This is so different from my experience at other locations like Oakbrook for instance. Great selection of current items and also those on the sales rack with all sizes… not just the smaller ones that are left over like size 4 and 6. I’m float between 8 — 12 depending on the piece and cut. I can always go there leaving with one or a few great additions to my wardrobe for both corporate America and casual.

Oak Park, IL
The customer service here is very good — that’s why I visit them every couple months. The store is pretty spacious, and they keep it very well merchandised. I’m not a huge fan of the clothes for every day wear, but the business dress is perfect and it stays in style. No question about the good quality.
