Best steaks in Naples by far. Fantastic Kobe beef and the candied bacon was amazing

I had the most amazing steak of my life here last night for dinner. I don’t ever post reviews for restaurants but I have never been so impressed by a business that I felt compelled to. The place was packed and crowded. I don’t think there was an empty seat in the house. We sat outside because we didn’t have a reservation and they were completely booked in the dining room for the evening but the manager Eric was kind enough to slip us in. Our service was exception. The entire staff was friendly. But the most impressive part was, without a doubt, the experience in its entirety. The manager was engaging and friendly. The server was knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions, and our night could not have been better spent. Will definitely be back.

WOW! We went to Charred for my husband’s birthday and had a wonderful meal. One of the specials every Monday is the smoked prime rib, available in 3 sizes. We had never had SMOKED prime rib before, but it was great. It came with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable. We both had the small size and did not eat it all. Looking forward to a sandwich for lunch. The wedge salad but very nice, but next time we will split the salad.

If you Are in Naples and want to eat stake there is no better place to go to. My meal that included a bone in ribeye was extremely good. Wine list very reasonably priced. Look deep and you will find some great wines at an incredible price point.

I am a full-time resident and know the restaurants in our area very well. This one is not one that I would recommend. Price for quality of food, service and ambiance is way out of range Food is not to my liking at all. U less you like a Very Strong smoky taste on Everything including vegetables, potatoes and restaurant which is also very cold… I would pass on this one. However if you want a good steak to take home and cook yourself, use the butcher shop .it is and always has been very good…

I’m not a big fan of steak houses and Charred reminds me why. The dinner was fine but paying $ 40 – 50 and up to $ 100 for a nice steak while sitting on wooden benches and chairs is a bad use of money. The salads were good, the au gratin potatoes were awesome and the steak was very good but not at that price. Buy the steak at Jimmy P’s butcher shop next door(still over priced) and enjoy a home cooked meal.

Phenomenal! High Quality unique food down to the butter and sauces. Beautiful presentations, personable service. Christina was our server, thoroughly explained the menu, and gave excellent recommendations. Left feeling completely satisfied.

We went for lunch after 2:00pm and seating was easier. No waiting. Restaurant I understand has only 16 tables. Forgot the waiter’s name but he and theyservice was great. Also very helpful in explaining different cuts of steaks. I chose the $ 21NY Strip Steak and he said I can have it for $ 18 with a side. I also ordered a salad and an extra veggie. Everything was great, my only«beef» was that the strip steak although perfectly cooked(medium rare) lacked a lot of flavor. BUT the added side steak sauce really complimented it nicely. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The steak sauce in the«bottle on the table» is not as good as what was served on the side. Also had the soup of the day: Red pepper cream and Curry soup. Very generous portion for the $ 4 or $ 5. All the entrees and sides are generous. My wife like the Jimmy P’s BBQ Burger, especially the BBQ sauce but said it wasn’t as big and flavorful as others she’s had elsewhere. Separately bought Jimmy P’s bottle of BBQ sauce for $ 6. But looking forward to having more meals here, especially dinner and a more aged steak. There’s a lot to still like in this place. We’ll be here for the winter. Enjoy your time here!

What a great find in Naples! Made a booking based on Unilocal reviews and was not disappointed. Restaurant was buzzing with a great steakhouse vibe; service was excellent from a very knowledgable and helpful Ramon; and the steak(8oz #7NY Strip) was exceptional. Wine and beer selections were also very good. Want to go back to buy some steaks at the butchery deli which all looked delicious for my grill! Highly recommend a visit to Jimmy P’s Charred.

Enjoyed the steaks. High quality. NY sirloin better than filet. Prices seem overly high for even good steak

Hands down best N. Y strip and Kobe burger I have ever tasted. I have been to many steak houses in Miami and this by far has been the best. They get their meats from Australia and cook them to perfection. We also ordered the scallops as an appetizer which were tasty. For sides we had the spinach topped with truffle oil and cheddar bites, asparagus, spicy corn with bacon and peppers and rosemary mashed potatoes. For dessert we had the apple crisp with ice cream. Make a trip to Naples for this place. They also have a butcher shop next to the restaurant which sells wines, soups, seafoods and much more.

By far… This is the best butcher and steak house in Naples, Florida! I’ll start with the Butchers Market. I have never seen such a wide variety of fresh, frozen, or prepared meet in such quantity/variety in one place! They have anything from alligator steaks to camel! And not know do they have the variety of meats, but the knowledge to back it up! Whether it is the kind of meet or recommendation on preparation, this place has it all. Moving to the restaurant: The variety of different cuts and grades of different kinds of meats is unlike anywhere I have been before! They break down how certain classes of meats are prepared or how they recommend it is prepared and the wine list is both complimentary to the dish and varies all across the board in price that can suit anyone’s taste. The server is both knowledgable and helpful in navigating the menu! If you are coming in for a cheap steak… You may as well go somewhere else, but I can guarantee you that the steak you do order is well worth the money! A+ all around!

We went to dinner at Jimmy P’s New Years Eve. One of the finest steaks we have experienced in Naples, or anywhere else for that matter! Eric(the GM) and Michael(our waiter) went out of their way to spend time with us, and were so well versed and knowledgeable about our meats and wine choices, it was not only a wonderful meal, but a learning experience as well. I hesitate to post this review as I anticipate this to become one of the most difficult places to get a table in town as their reputation grows! In spite of Eric’s misplaced affection for the University of Michigan, we could not have had a more enjoyable night. Thank you for the first of many pleasant evenings we plan on at Jimmy P’s!

Great steak. Hard to beat a $ 70 steak. Sides were decent but expected better. Steak was amazing. Melted like butter. Great wine choices but we’re out of our 1st choice.

I love eating meat, so I was super excited to come here due to the reviews. My experience was so underwhelming. My waiter was in a hurry to leave so our group felt pressured to order. Our other waiter was nicer. We all ordered the same temperature for our meats BUT we all received vastly different temperatures. Only one of the plates was cooked to the correct temperature. The rest were either way overcooked or in my case way undercooked. All of them came out different. My dish was not warm so that made it even less appetizing. I just left it there. The only good thing were the sides, they were warm. I’ve had much better experiences with meat at chains like Seasons 52 or Capital Grille than I had at Charred, which is disappointing. Not sure if its the holidays, but this place is just meh.

WOW! Expensive hamburgers, they are good but I am not sure that I would like to pay $ 20 again for their lower-end burger and definitely, no, not $ 41 for the top of the line, though the fries were just perfect, crispy, thin and served piping hot. The house salad was very nice, good dressing. I had a surf and turf, small lobster tail and a 6 ounce filet which hit the spot, perfectly done, medium rare, the herbed mash potatoes were superb. The place is nice, service very good. I will return for the steaks which just by my small sample are worth the high price. The prices shouldn’t surprise because Naples is the town of the $ 50 sandwich + salad lunch.

A little late posting this review. We were there Oct. 11, 2015. We had reservations and walked right into a nice corner booth. Service was intuitive and informed. We both ordered steaks, which were each amazing in their own way. Supremely selected cuts cooked to perfection and delivered to the table with impeccable presentation. Side dishes,(We ordered two, should have shared one.) were excellent. The wine was a red recommended by the waitress. It superbly complemented the meal. We were too stuffed for dessert but took it to go as we were celebrating a birthday. They even gave us a candle with the expertly packaged, and totally decadent tiramisu. Jimmy P’s is a place I’ve already recommended to several friends. Every bite was perfectly textured and balanced, making my palate feel as though it were center stage at the symphony. It’s the kind of meal and service that’s worth making a trip across the«Alley» just for dinner.

Best place in Naples to get the cut of meat you want! Great low key spot that obviously won’t stay that way forever! Outstanding service and meal! They aim to please! I had a great 14oz Wagyu Strip with an Au Pouvre sauce on it which melted in my mouth! On this night my Mom had the Ribeye Cap Cut cooked perfectly medium rare she enjoyed it really well! Also we shared a wedge salad plenty for two! We had a couple local beers which were perfect for the meal, one from Naples Beach Brewery and the other from Ft. Myers Brewery always good!

Best Steak we ever had ! Had the special offer 45 $and a cheaper steak $ 21 and both were so delicious cant tell. But this place is more expensive than we thought, most meals over $ 30. so two dollar signs are not true. But its totally worth for the quality of meat you get!
